Spring Lake is a beautifully landscaped, tree lined private community with a pool located steps from the Thompson Island Trail and a less than 10 minute bike ride to the beach through residential neighborhoods. This 2 BR/2BA upstairs condo is less than a mile to the beach and downtown Rehoboth, boasting peaceful lake views with fine dining and shops just minutes away. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck and take in the serene scenery. Details: 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6, Queen, Queen, Bunk, sofa bed) TV with Cable & internet TV access High Speed Internet 2 parking spaces Parking permit for Rehoboth and Dewey provided to be returned at the end of the stay Central air conditioning Upstairs condo--Must be able to walk up a flight of stairs Large windows and slider leading to deck with lake views Please bring your own sheets and towels. Rental includes 2 beach chairs & 2 bikes. Community Pool Fully equipped kitchen Neighborhood backs up to Thompson Island Trail, a state maintained trail with beautiful bay views Check-in is 3:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. Sorry, no pets or smoking Age restricted rental (renter signing lease must be 25 years or older) Phased construction on the neighboring parcel late 2023. Construction is not permitted on weekends. What to say, everything was great!
From contacting the host with questions before renting to arrival, all was quick and very helpful.
Not knowing the area, I was extremely happy with the location. Very close to everything, especially the beaches!!
Enjoyed exploring Gordon's Park State park by bicycle.
The condo had all we needed and more.
The grounds and pool area were meticulous.

We had a great stay! The location was good. It was a quiet relaxing place to stay. Our only problem was communicating with the owner. We emailed a few days before we left and apparently he doesn't check emails often. He responded 5 or 6 days later. We texted after that but with no better luck. The first time about the ceiling fan, and the next time about the Wifi not working. We never got any response from him. Maybe he was on vacation? Regardless, we still enjoyed our stay and would go again.

Our favorite beach rental
This was our second visit and we were just as pleased as the first time! This place is clean, spacious and perfectly located. Can’t wait to visit again next year.

Baby's 1st Beach Trip
We had an amazing experience taking our son on his first trip to the beach. Everything was exactly as we expected and the community was very calming. I would definitely come back again.

When you can have an entire condo, second floor, with all amenities, a perfect view of a lake, parking, bikes, and privacy?
Even if you do not have a car, you are only a very lovely 15 minute walk to the heart of Rehoboth Avenue. Once you cross the highway via a pedestrian crosswalk, you can weave your way down to and over Silver Lake and on to some great food and wonderful memories and then return to your rental to create even more!
The sofa is comfortable, the adult beds are also comfortable (if you're accustomed to plush, I have a 3" travel gel topper that is an inexpensive, easy upgrade) and the twin mattresses are perfect for the kids. Great water pressure, The stovetop and oven work great too- no overheating or under heating- very easy to use even if you're accustomed to a gas appliance as I am.
You'll appreciate all the perks. We appreciated a safe, distanced stay away from constant contact in a hotel that is unavoidable as COVID restrictions are whittled down.
The deck was such a nice bonus. And that view... Sunset anyone?!
If you have a rainy day, the Volume Control for the L/R tv is on the side of the smaller remote, for cable click HOME on the smaller remote and then the selection for 'Cable Box'. It is easy to sign into your own streaming service.

We stayed here for a girls beach weekend. The condo was the perfect size for 5 of us and was mere minutes to Dewey beach. We were delighted to see they offered parking permits so parking at the beach was easy!! Ubers are ready available to take you to nearby restaurants and night life. We had a blast!

I have to preface by saying I’m very focused on organization and cleanliness. That being said, the kitchen is in need of some TLC. Except for the dishes and glassware, the rest of the cabinets were a mishmash of less than clean rickety towers of pots & pans, random bowls, serving dishes and other miscellaneous items in no order. But, it was pretty well equipped and everything was functioning. The rooms are nicely decorated, furniture and wall to wall were in great shape. It was great to have a deck for drying beach towels and suits as well as relaxing with cocktails and a snack. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms fine. Plenty of drawer and closet space. A few more hangers would be helpful. The master bed desperately need a new mattress cover and master bath has an unpleasant odor in the toilet area. Love the handheld shower, but it needs to be permanently fixed to the wall.
We would happily return to stay in this unit.

It is located right over the small bridge by Big Fish Grille, so you would need to drive or bike to get to the beach/outlets. Definitely recommend it, as long as you have transportation.

Nice Stay/ Vacation feeling
Great place to stay with a decent price comparing to other properties in Rehoboth. The condo is super clean and nicely decorated. Our 8 year old ans 1 year kids enjoyed it so much. The view is beautiful and gives you the vacation feeling.
