Located in Homosassa, this charming house for $189 per night is a great option for your next break. Stilt home with dynamic views of the area. We own two homes side by side. Great for family reunions. VRBO listing # 7610181. You can rent one or both. You enter the huge driveway with parking for several vehicles, even a RV. Under the house is totally concreted in with a large table and 6 chairs. We also have a small refrigerator down there for your drinks, and a propane Bar B Que. Stairs leading up to Two balconies, the front one (8x26) is covered and screened in. The back balcony has a table and chairs to sit and enjoy a glass of wine or eat. Perfect place for a quiet getaway. Far enough off the main road but close enough to walk to Taverns and restaurants. Beautiful home with large rooms. Dining area will seat 8 adults. Large living room with an electric fireplace, comfy reclining couch and matching chair. Living room also has a love seat that makes out to a single bed. Great home for entertaining your friends. The 3 bedrooms are spacious with all new queen beds and bedding and pillows galore.

Accommodations were perfect. Beautifully decorated for Christmas in every room. Location is wonderful. Walk across the street to local bar, walk down to street for meals or hang out making s’mores in the outdoor fire pit. Host was amazing. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was a perfect house due to it being everything we needed and clean, far to many of these rentals are not clean as they should be. The ownwer and owners daughter were very nice and thorough. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip

The house is updated, clean and well furnished. Also, it's the most well equipped home we have ever stayed in. They have thought of absolutely everything! From the comfortable beds and furniture, to small kitchen appliances, even spices and condiments! Outdoor spaces are well furnished, and the yard is well kept and beautiful - right down to the fruit trees, which we sampled. They have kayaks and paddle boards nearby at another property that is right on the water and leads to the beautiful springs. The area has a laid back, small town feel, and there are numerous activities and eateries within a mile or two. The hosts were so helpful and attentive, we felt like part of their family - their tlc was so appreciated! We will definitely keep this on our list for future vacays, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, laid back vacation, which also offers lots of fun activities to enjoy.

Outstanding property, wonderful owners and great area. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we may need. We used the fire pit and the grill most days and my kids loved it. The lightning bugs around and the stars above provided a fantastic setting.
The owners, Joy and Joe, were very kind and helpful. Do not miss the opportunity of taking a boat trip through the Homosassa river to the Gulf of Mexico with Joe: a great price and an unforgettable trip. It was the highlight of our vacation. We saw manatees, dolphins, ospreys, sea sponges and a sea turtle while Joe told us about the area, and we swam in the Gulf and in the river.
There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby and you can go to Clearwater and the Tampa area if you want to spend a day at the beach.

There are no adjectives I can think of to describe how truly wonderful Lynn, Joe and David were. (Joy was out of town). They were extremely helpful and accommodating and it was great to meet them face to face. They enhanced the pleasure of our overall experience. The house was very comfortable and inside the house, outside noises were not heard. We fully expect to return in the future and stay here. We certainly give it our highest recommendation!

Took a short trip with family for christmas. The place was lovely and the host was awesome. The property is in a country setting with plenty of privacy and has plenty of family things to do including board games grilling and even a bar downstairs. Everything we needed was right there, including beautiful scenery. We will definitely do this again.

We were met by Joy and Mary to get us checked in. They gave us a tour of the home. There was a list of local restaurants in the area that are very near the home. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with all applicances including a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer complete with supplies. The entire home has everything you need for the stay. All you need is your family and food. You cannot go wrong staying here. Ask about Mr. Joe's boat ride. They can also give you some names for airboat rides, etc.

Comfortable, spacious, well-equipped home in a quiet neighbourhood yet close to all Homosassa has to offer. Screened deck, sun deck and underneath offer a variety of outdooe seating. Spotlessly clean. Joy and Mary Lynn were friendly and very welcoming - Jared says thanks for the cookies!

The stilt house suited us perfectly. Extremely clean and QUIET. Spacious rooms, ideally located close to many great restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. We hope to return soon.

This property is amazing and the host are amazing people. They even brought my children on a golf cart ride and they got to pick grapefruit. I would pay the fee to go on the boat it was amazing and I got to see dolphins which are my favorite. We will be back in the near future. Oh and there daughter Karen let my children play with there chickens and they had a blast.
