The two adjoining villas are beautiful and the pool and areas around it perfect for swimming, lazing and outdoor dining. Everything is beautifully looked after and wonderfully comfortable and inviting.
Pari is the perfect host. Our flight was delayed but she insisted on meeting the first arrivals, even though it was almost midnight. She then returned the next night to greet the rest of us from our delayed flight.
She could not have been more helpful, providing basic essentials in the fridge, including some welcome wine, and giving us plenty of ideas on what to see and do.
It is a steep climb to the villa from the local beach and restaurants and worth having transport to explore other beaches along the glorious coast.
Everyone loved Saronida but we also were very happy to spend time in the fantastic pool.
The air-conditioning is very effective, which was much appreciated, given that temperatures in August were very high.
Three generations had a fantastic holiday and we’re all reluctant to leave!

Everything about this stay was above 5 stars. The house (s) are clean, homely, comfortable, practical, stunning views from the balcony. Pari (the host) can not do enough for you. From welcoming you on arrival, stocking up on essentials, spending time advising on the area (even taking us around the village in her car and to a local supermarket), and being on hand instantly with any questions. The pool is nicely situated and private from surrounding homes. The house is set on a hill, but most people and children would be able to manage the 10min walk to the main road where there are bars / bakeries / restaurants. My mum who is on crutches managed it each night. The area feels secure and the street where the house is very quiet so you can enjoy peace and a good night sleep. The town was perfect for us as we much prefer to be in a quieter area with locals than being in an over crowded area. There are a variety of good restaurants all within 10 - 20mins walk, Beach is about 15min walk. Amazing sunsets from here too. There is a bus area near the beach which has easy access to other beaches / Athens etc. I really can't say enough positive things about the house, host and location and we only wish we had stayed for two weeks instead of one. We wish Pari and her family all the best and do hope we get the chance to return again.

We booked this villa as we needed 5 separate bedrooms. It was perfect for us as we were travelling in two families and the villa is actually 2 semi detached villas with separate access, but still very much together. The pool area is fabulous and you could just spend the whole holiday there if that’s your thing. Beautiful beaches and restaurants nearby. Easy to visit Athens and other attractions. The best villa we’ve stayed in and we may certainly return if we come to Greece again.

Even before we arrived we were impressed with just how professional the host of this property was. Always prompt with answers to any questions we had and helpful with any information we needed.
When we arrived our host, Pari, could not have been more welcoming to us. The property itself is beautiful and because it is effectively two houses that are joined it was absolutely perfect for the two sides of our family.
The house itself was spotless and Pari had supplied the basics for us until we could get to a supermarket. It is obvious just how much care and attention for her guests is given.
Everything you need is available from crockery and cutlery to towels and bedding and nothing was too much trouble.
I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful villa so if you are looking for a place to have a relaxing holiday or for a base to visit the fantastic Sounion area or even Athens and beyond i would most definitely suggest you consider this as your first choice.

Where to start… Pari was the greatest host from beginning to end. She always replied promptly to all the questions we had before arriving and she made sure that we were well taken care of. She was there when we got to the house to welcome us and show us around. She had snacks for us and starter kits of food to get us going. She even took us around the neighborhood in her car to show us the highlights. The villa was perfect for our group of 9 and it had everything we needed and so much more. I would recommend this villa to anyone. We have been using VRBO for a while now and by far Pari was the best. She was one of the reasons our Greek vacation was perfect. Thanks for everything Pari. XX

Really great visit. Had such a good time in the villa. It was incredibly spacious and we got in very well. Only thing to note is that it is made up of 2 houses joined by a balcony with an awkward step. This was not an issue for us but may be for other people. The pool was large and with plenty of space for everyone. Would definitely recommend.

We have rented thru home away/VRBO for almost 10 years and this is by far the rental ever. Not only because of the location, house amenities, and cleanliness, but the owner hospitality and availability to help were off the chart. Whatever you need they provided or helped you with it. Highly recommended.

The villa in Saronida is fantastic. We were a family of 11 people enjoying a one week vacation.
The house have everything you need, and has really good restaurants and several wonderful beaches in the proximite area (max 30 min drive to dreamy beaches).
We really enjoyed the pool area, where there's a bbq and dining area for well over 10 people. Not forgetting the amazing pool, which was cleaned by the pool guy several times throughout our stay.
The host was very accommodating - looking to make sure we had the best stay possible. We had a guided tour in and outside the house and got plenty of recommendations on where to eat and what to visit.
Furtheremore, the host was very flexble with adjusting our checkin and checkout times to match our flights. VERY appreciated!
Me and my family would definatly stay here again. Strong recommendation!

We were two families that spend 10 days in this great house. The house is perfect for two families - spacious, clean and the outdoor area is fantastic! The pool is huge and there is lot of space for relaxing by the pool. We especially appreciated the fridge in the pool area :) Pari is a fantastic host that was always available and helped out with all we needed. We were welcomed with the basics already in the fridge - and a cold beer :) A lot of nice restaurants and shops within walking distance. Both the house and the host is highly recommended!

21st birthday/family holiday
Wow what a beautiful villa. We stayed in the villa for my son’s birthday because he wanted to go to Athens, and it was perfect. Pari was the most welcoming host I have ever met. She showed us around the villa and also the restaurant’s in the area. There was food in the fridge and a lovely bowl of fruit and bottle of wine. Pari also took us to the supermarket. The villa was perfect, plenty of room for everyone (8 of us in total) and everything that you need is in the villa for your stay .The pool, bbq area and outside space is is amazing.we all had a great time. Thank you Pari for letting us stay in your beautiful villa where wonderful memories were made

Superb villa, great place for exploring
There were 9 of us, made up of 2 families with 5 teenagers aged 14-19. The villa itself was perfect, from the instant we booked communication with Pari was superb, to our arrival with food and drink in the fridge and all through the stay. The sunsets from the villa over the sea were stunning. The location meant we could walk into the town to restaurants and the beach easily. All within 5 mins. We visited Athens, taking the the hire cars to Eliniko metro and then travelling in by metro, about an hour in total. We visited temples, the children went scuba diving, we relaxed by the pool and had one of our best holidays. We had such a relaxing time, the villa had everything we needed and more. We are seriously considering coming back to the same villa we loved it so much.

Lovely family holiday
My family stayed at these beautiful villas in June. There were 9 of us in total of various ages. The youngest guest was 8 months and the oldest in their 70s.
Pari, and her family, are excellent hosts. From the outset, Pari was very responsive to emails, offering advice and guidance and answering any questions we had.
A few weeks before our stay, Pari sent links of attractions to visit, trips, restaurants etc which were very useful to us.
Pari met us at the villa on our arrival day and as our taxi was late we were later than we had advised. This was no problem to Pari.
We were shown around the villas and given advice about the area. Pari took us out in her car to show where the local beaches, restaurants, tavernas, supermarkets etc were. She also took us to the supermarket so we were able to stock up on groceries.
She was on hand at all times during our stay if we needed any help.
Her family were equally friendly, lovely people cleaning the villa and pool half way through our stay. Outstanding hosts.
The villas are absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean. The furnishings are very tasteful and modern. The kitchen is very well stocked with crockery, cooking utensils etc. The washing machine and dishwasher are a great bonus. There are some really nice touches such as fruit, milk, bread, cheese, bottle of wine, juice, water etc in each villa when we first arrived. There’s also mozzie plug ins for the bedrooms. These are needed as there were a lot of mosquitoes when we were there.
There was a gorgeous wooden cot with mosquito net. There’s also a high chair. Most taxis didn’t have a baby car seat so I’d advise taking one with you if you want to use them. We used an app called Beat for taxis which was much cheaper.
The villas are about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach, tavernas, supermarket, bakery etc however the walk back along the streets is uphill so a car is advised if any guests are infirm, very young or elderly. We had to use taxis for my mother in law to get back to the villa.
The restaurants are excellent with a great selection and very reasonably priced.
The pool area is absolutely gorgeous and sun beds very comfortable. The pool is a really good size with a diving board and the bbq is lovely.
Overall we had a fantastic holiday and I would certainly recommend the villa to our friends and family.

A memorable stay in this beautiful villa
We, a Norwegian family of nine stayed in this beautiful, over all very clean and fully equipped villa for 12 days. The villa has everything you need; a large pool, cosy barbeque area, large balconies with wonderful sea view and a lot of space in all rooms inside the villa. Pari, the owner, welcomed us when we arrived very late Saterday night. We appreciated a lot that she had bought some various choice for breakfast since it was Sunday the day after and limited possibilities of shopping. She also served delicious souvlakis and gyros. We have rent a wide range of villas throughout Europe, but this is the best villa ever. Also the personal service Pari gave us both before arrival and during our stay is unique.
We had a wonderful time in Saronida. Close to everything; Athens, Glyfada, Temple of Poseidon and much more. The small village of Saronida offers good choice og restaurants, bakeries, supermarked and good beaches.
We highly and warmly recommend this villa. Best regards from Norway.

The most wonderful villa
We were an extended Family of 10 with younger kids and the grandparents too. The villa surpassed all our expectations as did Pari who was just so lovely and helpful. The villa had everything we needed and more. Stunning Views from the balconies, a stunning pool area, and even an outdoor kitchen! So much space that there were parts of the villa we didn't even use! We loved every minute and enjoyed the Saronida area, and surrounding areas too. We would love to return one day. Thank you Pari for a holiday we will never forget.

Vuokrasimme talon isolla porukalla (8 aikuista 4 lasta). Tilaa oli kaikille hyvin ja asunto oli erittäin siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Asunto on paritalo, jonka eri puolille pääsi helposti parvekkeiden kautta tai omista ulko-ovista. Uima-allas oli myös erittäin siisti ja sopi kaiken ikäisille, koska siinä oli erikorkuisia osioita. Lapset tykkäsivät erityisesti hyppylaudasta. Talo oli kokonaisuudessaan positiivinen yllätys, vaikka odotukset olivat jo etukäteen korkeat.
Taloa vuokrannut omistaja oli erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias. Häneen sai olla yhteydessä viikon aikana ja hän antoi hyviä ravintola- ja nähtävyysvinkkejä.
Olimme siellä Suomen syysloman aikaan lokakuun puolessa välissä. Sää oli lämmin, mutta turistikausi selvästi ohi, mikä näkyi lähialueen ravintoloiden huonoina aukioloina. Muutama ravintola ( jotka olivat todella hyviä) ja kauppa olivat auki ja bussilla pääsi kyllä helposti vähän isommalle paikkakunnalle, jossa oli enemmän ravintoloita auki. Taksikaan ei ollut kallis. Ateenan keskustaankin oli helppo mennä, vaikka se hieman kestikin.
Porukastamme kaikki olivat tyytyväisiä ja voimme lämpimästi suositella paikkaa.

Blant annet sendte hun oss masse nyttig informasjon før turen, slik at vi kunne være forberedt på omtrent alt som kunne skje mens vi var der. Vi følte oss veldig velkomne fra aller første sekund! Vi ankom om kvelden og ble møtt av Pari og faren hennes og hennes flotte lille sønn Dimitris. I kjøleskapet sto det nok mat og drikke til at vi kunnne klare oss den første kvelden, men ettersom neste dag var søndag, kjørte Pari oss ned til byen for å handle frokost og litt andre nødvendigheter også. Samtidig fikk vi et inntrykk av den lille byen Saronida, som ligger ca. fire mil fra Aten. Det var selvfølgelig et av utfluktsmålene våre på turen - med Akropolis, Akropolis-museet, Olympiastadion og gamlebyen Plaka som "must-sees". Huset består av to separate deler i hver sin fine stil og en felles hage med et fantastisk svømmebasseng og en flott grillplass. For oss var det optimalt, med én familie på seks i den ene delen og oss besteforeldre og den andre familien på fire i den andre. Gullende rent overalt, og absolutt alt man kunne trenge av utstyr til matlaging, klesvask osv. osv. God med både bade- og bassenghåndkler, og badehåndklærne ble til og med skiftet midt i uken vi var der. Det var nok et par av oss som kunne tenkt seg litt mykere senger, men det kommer jo helt an på hva man er vant til.Ettersom det var slutten på sesongen, var restauranttilbudet i Saronida litt begrenset, men det som var åpent, var veldig bra. Baker, slakter og et et godt supermarked bidro til at vi ikke manglet noe som helst. Langs kysten går det lokalbuss i begge retninger. Det fungerte greit kombinert med taxi, men det kan nok være lurt å ha bil hvis man har store planer om å farte mye rundt. Vi anbefaler gjerne både huset og stedet, selv til litt "kresne" skandinaver :-).

The most beautiful villa and 5 star service!
Not only was the villa absolutely stunning but we literally could not have asked for anything more from Pari. She was so helpful and attentive to our every need. The villa was spotlessly clean, we had towels for every guest as well as separate towels for the pool area too. There was toiletries in every bathroom that were much appreciated and a lovely touch. We also arrived to stocked kitchens with milk, breakfast and fruit. A bottle of wine as a welcome gift was also the perfect touch. Pari and her family were so welcoming and even provided a very detailed list of all the local amenities and instructions for days trips so we could explore Greece during our stay. The villa is very close to local shops and restaurants but I would recommend having a car if you have young children as the walk back is all up hill. Pari also arranged transfers for us making the whole trip seamlessly easy. I would highly recommend using a mosquito repellent but Pari also provided repellent for each of the bedrooms which is definitely needed. I can not recommend Pari or this villa highly enough, even with baby Jimmy in tow, Pari was there in our arrival to go through everything with us and I feel we’ve made friends for life. The perfect family holiday villa, we will definitely be back x

Fabulous house
We thoroughly enjoyed our Greek holiday in Pari’s house. The large property is split into two semi-detatched houses, joined by two rear balconies but with no internal connecting doors. All of the outdoor space is shared between the two halves. It is in a lovely quiet area and is walking distance from several local restaurants (Meet Meat was our favourite). I loved sitting on the upstairs balcony with a glass of wine, watching the sunset.
The house itself is stocked with all the crockery, pots, cutlery and utensils you might need and Pari’s family even bought us groceries, water, fruit and wine/beer to start us off. It also contained plenty of toiletries. The house is immaculately clean with bedding and towels (indoor and poolside) supplied. If you plan to go to the beach bring your own beach towels though. The pool depth goes from about a foot deep to 3m in the diving area. The whole outdoor space is great and we loved the barbecue area. There are air con units in all the bedrooms and in the kitchen/dining area. It was ideal for our family of 5 (kids aged 16,14 and 8 years old) and grandparents, aunt and uncle stayed in the other half.
Saronida is a small town with a nice beach, mid-sized supermarket, half a dozen nice restaurants, some bars and a couple of ice-cream parlours. It took us half an hour to drive to the house from the airport.
Pari was very easy to communicate with throughout the booking process and in the lead up to our holiday. Pari’s sister Kallia was there to meet us when we arrived and left, and their parents came in once each to clean the property and maintain the pool during our 10-day holiday. I cannot thank the family enough for everything they did for us, particularly as Pari gave birth to her first child (and first grandchild in the family) the morning we arrived. Dealing with guests must have been the last thing they could have been bothered with but they were all attentive and very kind. Although we didn’t meet Pari, she messaged regularly to check we were ok and having a good holiday and gave us recommendations for things when we asked.

fantastic Greek hospitality
Just home after a wonderful week spent at this beautiful home.
We were a party of 6 adults and 4 senior school girls.
Booked great value flights to Athens and then looked for accomodation. This villa ticked all our boxes - amazing pool, diving board, bbq area, sun streamed balconies, sea view and really modern kitrchen facilities. Electric shutters and lovely outdoor furniture. And important to us in walking distance of restaurants, bars and ice cream.
The villa comes with all the necessities in ample supply and Pari in easy comms to answer any questions.
Pari is really lovely, as are the rest of the family - we are really sad to have left this beautiful home....

Do not miss this place!
We had a wonderful stay at Pari’s villa. There were 11 of us with room to spare. The villa is actually two houses with connecting balconies, but no doors in between. This was perfect for us—the adult “kids” stayed in one side which has a beautiful kitchen, dining room, and living room with three spacious bedrooms on the second floor. We stayed with our friends on the other side which has the same amenities but decorated in a classic style.
Pari is a delight and is a wealth of information on things to do in Athens and Saronida. We took a bike tour with e-bike Greece that was great, had a tour of the Acropolis with Pari’s acquaintance who is a trained archeologist, and spent a day sailing on the Aegean with Yaucht Hop that made some priceless memories for our family.
Saronida is a special town that is very walkable with a beach, restaurants, a cathedral that shouldn’t be missed, and delicious bakeries.
We will definitely return to visit Pari so we can meet her new baby-she is like part of our family now!!

Lovely villa in Saronida
I really liked this property. It was close to the airport (30 minutes driving), walking distanse to a lot of restaurants and walking distanse to the beach. The villa was clean, had a view and a pool and had all the equipment we needed. All over very satisfied with our stay!

A beautiful and luxurious property, making for a wonderful holiday
This was the perfect place to stay. It is a beautiful and spacious property and has everything that you need. The outside area is lovely, with a very good size swimming pool. The property is very conveniently situated, being about a 10 minute walk from the beach, shops and restaurants and it is easy to get to Athens, if you have no car. The owners are also delighful. Pari was extremely kind and generous and went out of her way to make our holiday very special. It will be a holiday that we will remember.

Vacation of a Lifetime! Beautiful Villa and Amazing Host!
My family of 10 (7 adults 3 children) vacationed in Greece from July 16-23 in the most beautiful, clean and spacious Villa in Saronida. Our vacation was off to an amazing start before we even left the US because of Pari, our host.
A couple of months prior to our trip Pari reached out to me to provide a comprehensive guide to Athens to help us plan our vacation and make the most of our time in Greece.
Additionally Pari was instrumental in helping us make transportation decisions and arrangements beginning when we landed at the airport. Members of our family arrived at different times and Pari was there to greet and welcome us all as we arrived. She even made sure we had suvlaki on our first day.
From sharing restaurant recommendations to tour guide companies, google map directions Pari made sure we had the best possible vacation.
Specifically the villa is more spacious than you can see in the pictures, very clean and the pool and patio was a tranquil area to wind down after a long day of walking tours.
Saronida is centrally located and we were able to access Athens, Cape Suonion very easily.
Many restaurants shops and beach are walking distance as is a wonderful gelato shop.
This was the best vacation we've ever had and it would not have been the same experience without Pari as our host.
We plan on vacationing in Greece again one day and would not consider any other Villa!

What a week!!!!!
Our family and friends stayed at this lovely villa which is even more impressive than initially expected. The interior is very comfortable, cozy, clean and well equipped and also divided in two residences so we were all together and, at the same time, we had privacy. The swimming pool is wide and ... fantastic, the sunbeds and umbrellas are brand new, the yard is surrounded by high trees. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and classy. The location of the property is its big advantage as it is 5-10 minutes walking distance to groceries, restaurants, the super market, the beach. Also 3 blocks away there is a bus stop for 122 line that takes you to a metro station of Athens so we didn't rent a car. We did enjoy the stunning sea view during sunset from the balconies and little walks at the beach. Finally, the owners were kind, helpful and did everything they could to make our life easy.

The house was beautiful and clean. Pari was very kind and helpful. She had provided us the ingredients for our next day breakfast as we arrived late at night. We had a great time and we will surely come back for summer vacations there.
