Nestled in Lake Hamilton, this lovely condo for $242 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo right on lake Hamilton with amazing sunsets you can see right on your back porch. Located off the highly sought after Hwy 7 South location right by Futrell marina and Hilton hotel. Walk in level condo with no steps. Fully furnished and equipped kitchen. Master bedroom has a king size bed and jacuzzi bath tub. Second bedroom has queen bed. Guest bathroom has shower/tub combo. Sleeper sofa in living room and twin inflatable mattress available. Full size Washer and dryer in the unit. All rooms have a television and we have roku TVs and for cable we have YouTube tv with 80 plus channels including sports and news. Huge back patio that overlooks the lake with a beautiful main channel view of lake Hamilton. Covered parking spot at unit E1 and additional parking first come first serve at top of hill for boat trailers and extra vehicles. Parking space looks small but a big truck will fit in it. No boat slip those are privately owned. Gas grill on back patio. Several marinas close by and only a few miles from the racetrack. During Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor day holidays enjoy fireworks right from the back patio!! Close to all kinds of great restaurants and local mall. Miniature golf close by too. Nonsmoking property. Checkout is by 1100. Our condo is located right next to the hotel.

My wife and her friend stayed here for a girls' getaway and they loved it. Peaceful and beautiful location and the condo was well furnished with everything they could need. She wants to make this a regular place to stay when we visit family there! We had to extend the stay due to some car trouble and the owner was great to work with. Excellent on all levels.

Perfect for a relaxing stay. The condo was clean and much larger than it appears in the pictures. The space was cozy and peaceful and equipped with all the little extras that made this an awesome space for our anniversary. The location is perfect. It was close to shopping areas and restaurants yet tucked away from busy streets. We will definitely visit again.

This gorgeous condo is centrally located in Hot Springs. We had everything we needed, and the owner Wendy was very prompt with her communications. Our favorite part was viewing the lake from the covered back porch. We plan to return again. We give Wendy and her property an A+ from two retired school teachers!!!

Overall, very enjoyable. Couple of smal things: there were no Kleenex in the room. Only 2 roles of toilet tissue, adequate for our 2 night stay but could have been ptoblem

We loved it! Wendy’s property is one of the best we’ve stayed at while in Hot Springs! Everything was clean and we loved how spacious it is! Location is perfect! Actually feels quite secluded while at the same time being just right off the road. Loved the ground floor patio! A lot of coffee got drank out there! Thank you so much for allowing us the use of your beautiful condo! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, spacious, right on the lake and very conveniently located. My kids loved being able to walk out the door to fish off the dock. The owner was very responsive. Like other reviewers mentioned, there is a VERY steep driveway down to the house but it's doable. I was able to drive my suburban down there and park in the designated parking space without a problem. We will definitely be back!

My family and I had an amazing experience. Wendy checked in on us when we arrived and departure. The views are stunning and the condo was super clean, a HUGE plus for us since this was the first time we had traveled during the global pandemic. My wife works primarily at home and has been more home bound than normal due to COVID protocols. I decided to get her out of the house, and brought along our long-time friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Lake Hamilton and Hot Springs. The property was as promised and more. We will be back at some point in the future!!!!

A cozy, comfortable retreat from Covid life...

We arrived and were blown away immediately by the homey feel of the condo and a gorgeous sunset you have to see to believe. Wendy thought of everything you could need and it was perfect for our young adult children and ourselves to hibernate and recharge over Thanksgiving. The outdoor space allowed us to visit family safely with Covid looming over everyone's head and the large, open space allowed us to have doors open for fresh air as extra precaution with the perfect temperatures. WE WILL be back to stay, hopefully during the summer to be able to play in the water and enjoy the view! THANK YOU for sharing your space with us. It was a blessing to be able to stay there and a very reasonable rate.

This condo was great. Everything was clean And new! Kitchen was fully stocked, extra towels, linens, really anything you could ever need! It sits directly on the lake as well and the condo itself is super spacious! The back patio is huge! There is also a dock right off the patio that is perfect for watching the sunset on. Wendy was always quick to respond to any question. I would definitely stay here again!
