Positioned in the heart of pedestrian-focused Seacrest, this studio unit offers the perfect accommodation for couples planning a romantic retreat or modern travelers taking time to disconnect. This unit is a dream location for any foodie with unique southern coastal cuisine on their bucket list, as you are steps away from some of 30A's most exquisite restaurants. Local businesses line the streets of the surrounding areas, providing a copious amount of shopping options for all tastes. Deeded access to Seacrest's private beach and trolley service offers the exclusivity travelers love when visiting the Inn at Seacrest.* The Village Towne Centre at Village of South Walton features unique boutique kiosks designed to provide a full array of activities and items which maximize leisure for all beachgoers. Bike or walk to the area's famous Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach, both of which surround the Inn at Seacrest. *Trolley service unavailable Nov 1 through Feb 28/29; If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31 it is HIGHLY recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have reserved space on the beach. On their site, select 30A South Walton then select The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs which will be found on your rental agreement after booking. We do not provide beach chairs or other beach gear as we cannot guarantee space on this private beach. INTERNET DISCLAIMER: All of our properties are equipped with the fastest internet service provided within their respective areas, and we utilize routers which allow us to monitor their status remotely. In the event internet service is intermittent or completely lost and the issue is determined to be caused by the service provider, there is simply nothing we can do besides wait for service to be restored and forward you updates directly from the service provider. There will be no compensation to guests in the event internet service is intermittent or completely lost due to the service provider. If you are traveling for business and internet makes or breaks your visit, we recommend that you bring your own hotspot. Accommodates 2 1 King Bed, Tempur-Pedic Mattress **Minimum age to rent is 25. Before the trip started, the host was very responsive to my questions about beach access and directions. The room itself looked exactly like the pictures, and had all the things we needed to be comfortable for a few days. The location is nestled nicely in between a few shopping/food spots, only a few blocks in either direction. The beach access is also only a 5 minute walk. We rented chairs with the suggested company and that made everything easy. Would book with this host again in the future!

We had the best weekend getaway to the Inn at Seacrest! This condo was clean and the perfect place for us to relax. Location is prime for great food, biking, and beach/pool access. We will be back!

My husband and I booked this unit for a quick getaway and we were so pleased with everything! The condo itself was very clean and stocked with everything that we needed. The location was perfect! There are amenities in both directions within a 5-10 minute walk. The beach access was also great. my husband and I packed super light so we didn’t mind the short walk across the street. Overall, we would definitely stay here again, and definitely recommend it to others!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway. We were able to walk to several local shops and restaurants. The management team was very accommodating and gave great recommendations (Thanks Dustin!)

The bathroom is a wet room which is great but lacks a place for soap/shampoo in the shower. The mirror in the corner doesn’t appear to be attached to the wall which is dangerous. I would prefer drawers to store clothing instead of shelves.

Perfect spot for a young couple!
This was just the perfect little spot for a young couple! The condo was clean and just like the pictures - we weren’t far from the beach and the perfect distance to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We rented bikes to get around (highly recommend)! Being on the 4th floor was also great because of the view :) wouldn’t have wanted to be on any lower floors.

I highly recommend this property. Dustin checked on us to make sure our stay was going great! It was a beautiful property and was so close to the beach and to all the activities in Seaside! Would stay again!

Clean and nicely decorated condo. The only hiccup we had was taking the beach chairs provided in the room to the beach, one of the chairs didn’t work properly, the back side of the chair was bent and we didn’t notice until we were on the beach. Other than that this place was perfect for 2!

Pleasant
This is a nice smaller space with a beautiful view that is very convenient to a lot of things to do and places to see. Furnishings are modern, elegant, and unique. Nuisance-type drawbacks would be the lack of a comfortable reading chair, the 10AM check-out time which seems silly for a Studio that doesn't take 6 hours to clean before a potential 4PM check-in, and we only received one bar of soap yet received detergent pods when there was no dishwasher or washer/dryer. The largest drawback for us (which applied to all of 30A) was very spotty Verizon cell service. All instructions from property mgr were sent electronically and when we got to the unit at night, neither myself or spouse had internet service on phones & actually had to drive 15 miles one-way towards Destin before we could pull up the LIV email providing the door code to go inside the unit. Once inside the service was good most of the time. If view and convenience is important, this is a nice place. If not that important, then a nicer hotel room is likely going to be less expensive per night (compared to our 2-night stay price) with more amenities.

I had a short two-day stay and the checklist of things to do prior to check-out was too excessive. Additionally, I found it bothersome to have to take out the trash after I paid a cleaning fee. Upon making the reservation, I thought something such as trash removal would be included. While the logic behind the check-out rules is likely valid, I found the check-out process too stringent for my short term stay.

Great spot, cute place
We loved the location of this unit and really enjoyed our stay here. The hot tub was nice since it was too cold to swim in the pool. The place was clean and well taken care of. Cute details and nice decor. Only complaint was that the fridge did not work our entire stay. We followed the care directions per arrival instructions and still had issues. We text them about the problem, they said a tech couldn't come out on a Sunday, but then they never followed up on Monday so we just threw everything out and didn't use it any longer. Aside from that we were very happy with our stay.

Loved loved loved our stay!!! Had the best time!! The location was perfect! Right in the middle of Rosemary and alys! Everything was in walking distance or a short bike ride away! 100% recommend this place for a couple trip!! The room was so beautiful and aesthetic! Can’t wait to come back again!

Very nice and comfortable room, well-supplied with microwave, toaster, blender, mini-fridge, and utensils. The friendly staff communicated well and was very responsive (even on evenings, Saturday & Sunday). Very clean room and they let us check-in 1 hour early! The most beautiful beach in the continental U.S. indeed, complimented by such a beautiful suite. The area has a pricey but convenient sundry store (walkable), or stop by a Publix before you arrive. Bring your own beach umbrella, rent bikes, and ride west 10-15 mins to the public beach access for a nearly private beach experience, or walk to the deeded beach access (5 mins but quite crowded).
