Great location ,
Within a short drive to all we needed and wanted.
Plug in air fresheners were strong when we arrived so we simply unplugged them.

Pleasant
Spacious and well decorated. When I arrived in the evening, the lights were already on ... it was welcoming. It was a quick drive to downtown Waco and Baylor
Limited dishes (3 plates, 4 bowls, 1 wine glass, few pans), mice, buckets of standing water under the sink. I had initially intended to travel with a larger group and would've been very disappointed to not have enough plates, especially since it sleeps 6. We never used the kitchen so I cant comment on its functionality. The mice kept me up at night and there were droppings on the floor on our 2nd day. I did message the property manager and they said they would look into it. From the comments in the guest book, the leaky sink had been there for a few weeks at least. I was surprised it hadn't been addressed prior to my stay. In the end I was just glad that the rest of the group decided not to come. It was just me and my daughter and we were hardly there.

Not worth gambeling your time and money to stay somewhere the hosts don’t care about you.
Our stay was poor and all amenities were not working - the kitchen sink was unusable as the pipe under the sink was broken and the garbage disposal stunk, there was a stinky bowl of black water under the sink which we were told to “dump periodically” when someone came to check on it days after the complaints were made, and the house stunk so we had to cover the sink drain to try and prevent some of the smell, and the shower was backed up badly each time we ran any water. There were poor communication about issues from site as well. We communicated about the smell and the bowl of black water from day one, messaging and calling with no action. Finally they came out days later and told us to just dump the smelly black water when the bowl got full and said he would come back the next day with driano for the tub and never did no did they respond to messages asking when they would return to fix it. We would have left immediately and never stayed had we known right away what the smell was from and that the issues would not be addressed. Also, not all pictures chairs were available, none of the beds were comfortable, and many were very squeaky.

Cost effective house close to Waco. Sleeps four comfortably. Clean and inviting.
Price for number of rooms and cleanliness of house.
Not set up for as many people as would sleep. Sleeps 6 but only 3 dining room and chairs and plates. One wine glass with Goodwill stick on it. Garbage disposal broken and bunk beds not put together safely.

Excellent home, incredibly close to the convention center. So clean I Lmost felt bad walking through the door. The full kitchen was a great thing to have. Huge back yard for entertaining.
