Schlage Keyless Entry, (No need to carry keys) Xfinity Cable TV, Secure High Speed Wireless, as well as Bose Bluetooth wireless speaker. Unfortunately the association rules do not allow any pets or smoking (Sorry, No Pets & No Smoking at this property) A Bike Rack is available for guests along with multiple bike rental shops throughout town.

This little condo was a great place to stay for our winter getaway. While the weather was cold, it was nice to have the shared deck to gaze upon the water. The beach access is very dependent on high tide, I had not realized that the tide was that high so often so look before going down the stairs! Very clean, and had little details of things that are handy - toothpaste, plenty of nice sized towels, everything one needs for the kitchen. The shops and restaurants on Commercial Street were walkable, we went now, in January, when things are closed, we knew this ahead of time and it made it that much more peaceful. The check in process was easy and the communication was excellent. Parking is probably a five ish min walk to the property, no problem. I can't think of a complaint. I'd stay here again and recommend this to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay in this comfortable, quiet, one bedroom, West End condo, on the harbor. The location was perfect for us - a short walk into town, assigned parking, and mere steps to the water.
For those of you arriving by boat or bus -- Jeff and Dan have provided beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella!
The kitchen is well stocked, the furniture is comfortable, and the condo is sparkling clean and fresh.

We decided to celebrate our special milestone by spending two weeks in Ptown. The place is great and was the perfect getaway. I especially appreciated the rain jackets in closet as we did have some rainy days and I had not brought anything. Our hosts were super responsive for anything. I will finish with this - our hosts had waiting for us a bottle of Veuve and generous gift card for Red Inn as they were aware of our special occasion. Truly blown away by that gesture.

This apartment is perfect for two people. It had everything we needed plus a bunch of extra amenities like little tubes of toothpaste and beach chairs. Check in and check out were painless. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Very convenient beach access and places to keep bikes.
All in all, this was a wonderful place for us to stay in Province Town; I only have good things to say!

We loved our stay in this charming condo. It’s perfect for two; and we can’t say enough about the location. It’s far enough away from busy Commercial Street to enjoy some peace and quiet but close enough that you can be at your favorite restaurant in a 10-minute walk. It’s right on the water, and we loved our morning coffee on the deck and walking into the harbor at low tide. Really can’t say enough great things about this property!! Jeff and Dan have everything you need here… no really! House is fully stocked with extra silverware, towels, beach gear, you name it. Very very clean and what a view 😃 The designated parking spot is also a huge plus especially with this hustle and bustle of the town. Will certainly be coming back next year.. thank you guys once again!!

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay at Dan and Jeff’s condo. The condo itself was clean, beautifully decorated and the lay out made it feel very comfy. The location in the West End was prime with short walking distance to the Red Inn, Breakwater and Herring Cove beach. The views from the common deck are mesmerizing. Our favorite time was at low tide walking the tidal flats. Will definitely be staying again!

This property was the perfect, quiet west end locale. We loved the access to the beach for walks and watching the tide come in as well as sitting on the deck watching the tide go out with a beautiful sunset. It was close to everything, exactly what we expected and did not disappoint. Highly recommend!

Lovely quiet location in west end of Commercial St but quick walk to restaurants and shops. The unit comes with a parking spot although a few minutes away. Nice deck with great views across the bay and tides. We will be happy to return!

The cottage was really wonderful! Loved the decor and everything we needed was there for us too. The location was perfect for us too. We did leave a few days early due to the awful weather! Not much was open either but I think that was because of the weather. All in all it would have been absolutely perfect had it been better weather. Thank you Jeff and Dan for providing such a nice place to stay!

What a lovely cottage condo you have! My husband and I were so pleased and grateful to have found this piece of Ptown paradise. Having traveled and stayed on the Outer Cape (Truro area) since childhood, it was so wonderful to stay in the West End of Ptown.

I had a truly excellent experience staying here from start to finish! The location is perfect - on the quieter west end, a short walk to town in one direction and a short bike ride to the beaches in the other. The space itself was super clean, comffortable and well-appointed. And the hosts - it does not get any better than Jeff & Dan. They were helpful, accommodating, communicative and friendly. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had such a terrific stay! The place is adorable and really nicely decorated. The owners and neighbors were great if we had any questions. The one bedroom condo is right next to the beach so if you like to swim, take walks, or lay out-this place checks lots of boxes. It’s also so close to the Red inn which is such a great restaurant and the Provincetown inn has an outdoor cafe and bar poolside that’s open to all. I’d recommend renting bikes at Gail force bikes for the week for ray access everywhere Enjoy! Restaurants we loved in the west End: Red inn, sals (cash only) and victors. Relish deli a great place for morning coffee etc or lunch picnic options. And Joe coffee is a great place to people watch.

Everything about this condo is wonderful. It was spotlessly cleaned and very well-stocked with anything you might have forgotten. There was even a hair dryer—huge save for me! 😁
Jeff and Dan were excellent hosts. They answered all of my questions quickly and were super-thoughtful with everything.
Even the neighbors were really nice! We loved going out onto the deck for the sunsets, absolutely beautiful.
One note to prospective guests-the condo deck has steps down to the beach, which is fantastic. What we didn’t realize till we got there was that at high tide, the beach disappears and the water comes up a few steps and under the decking. While I thought I wouldn’t like this, it turned out to be one of the things I loved best about the property! We spent our last day sunbathing on the deck and walking down the steps into the bay. It was perfect!
Location is perfect too. Right on Commercial Street, but a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle.
I would highly recommend this property! Thank you Jeff and Dan for all that you did to make our honeymoon amazing!

Super clean and tidy condo in great location
A great place to stay in p-town with great owners. A lot attention to detail. Being a fisherman I was able to walk out the back with fly rod and wade & fish the harbor, that was so cool. A good value too. It’s not a big place so you have be a bit clever where to put things. I kept all my fishing gear in my car as the unit is small and I didn’t want to mess up the place but that was easy to manage.

Wonderful Property
This property is a wonderful place to stay! The unit is completely supplied with all the essentials: Beach towels, chairs, parkas, umbrellas, upscale toiletries, cooking utensils and beyond. The water view is lovely. The location on the West End is superb. The bed is super comfy. The unit is very clean and I felt at home right away. I will definitely book this property again!

Upon arrival, which was seamless due to our earlier correspondence, we were so pleased to find such a well-appointed rental. Anything you could possibly need is available. Poncho for unexpected rain? Got it. Comfortable beach chairs and sturdy sun umbrella? Got it. iPhone chargers on either side of the bed? Yup. Oodles of towels (beach and bath) and basic toiletries? You bet! The game changer for this particular unit was the storage available. We've stayed in lovely locations where we've had to live out of our suitcase for the week because there just wasn't anywhere to put our clothes, etc. Not here. Headboard storage, under bed storage, an actual dresser, and plentiful hangers. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The beach access is amazing with stairs direct to the beach (or into the water, depending on the tide.) And the bonus of having a parking spot (it's a bit of a hike to the parking, but well worth it) make this a wonderful property.
