What a special spot to enjoy a long Thanksgiving weekend. We brought all the trimmings to cook a small turkey dinner in the tiny, yet well equipped kitchen. Billy surprised us by stocking the frig with goodies - fresh figs, blueberries, yogurts, Kerrigold butter, Rose wine, jams, eggs, half 'n half, gorgonzola, and MORE! The cottage is rustic, small, functional, eclectic and immensely comfortable - especially the bed with down comforter and mattress protector). So hard to get out of each morning without coffee first! We loved walking from the cottage to the beach, trails or on Commercial St (one street down). Easy to get around without a car or bike. And trust me, Billy will ensure you feel welcomed, cared for and pampered. He's a treasure to behold! We already plan to return to Come Back Cottage next fall. Can't wait!

I just spent, without a doubt, one of the best weeks that I've ever spent in Provincetown in the last 40 years. Pamela was so responsive to questions prior to my stay and Billy was a delight showing me the cottage when I arrived with my dog, Rainbow, and chatting with me during the week. The cottage is pure bliss: cozy, rustic, clean, eclectic, and charming. Without a doubt, I will return often to this place to clear my mind and enrich my soul. What an amazing experience.

We spent more time at "home" engaged in meaningful conversation and just plain relaxing than we usually do when we come out to Provincetown. The place seems to invite this. Billy, the host, helps create this mood and ambience. He is present but not intrusive. Daisy the pug, Elisabeth, and Roy enjoyed our visit. Thank You.

We had planned to spent time in town shopping and eating out, but the cabin was so adorable, and Billy was such an amazing host that we found ourselves not wanting to leave. Every detail was considered on our arrival including a fresh baked apple pie, snacks and beautiful bottle of wine. We loved our time at the property and will absolutely book again

The rental was just perfect for us and for our pup, Arlo. ,Billy met us when we arrived and took us on a tour of the cottage and property. The many goodies and beautiful fresh flowers, plants and floral arrangements were very much appreciated. The art collection was eclectic and extensive and three days was not enough time to explore it fully The rental was equipped with everything any renter or pup would want or need! Arlo is already searching for dates to return to this gem! And we can't wait to join him!

MY husband, 2 Irish Terriers and myself had an AMAZING stay at this cottage. Billy the caretaker was beyond friendly and accommodating with anything you could possibly want or need. Pamela and her husband were lovely as well! I can't write enough nice things about this place and the owners. Billy had plenty of snacks and a stocked fridge, when we arrived he had baked a fresh delicious apple pie! He also left us some delightful sweet treats and homemade gazpacho that was so good! We tend to worry when we travel about if the place will have everything we need to cook or stay for a week. They had anything you could possible need and more. The space was larger than anticipated, super clean and the artist retreat decor was lovely. Can't wait to book another stay - would highly recommend!

As if Billy wasn’t enough, the cottage is absolutely perfect. Well and I mean well stocked so leave any kitchen gadget, linens and cleaning products at home. There are 4 different ways to make coffee. There is an electric kettle and all the pots, pans and utensils you could want. It was nice to not have to eat out every meal and especially nice to wake up to the smell of coffee. Something to note: The cottage is about a mile outside of town in the east end. We had bikes so it was not a problem. There is nowhere reasonable to park on Commecial Street or Bradford street without paying a substantial amount so bring your bikes or you can rent them in town. I’m saving the best for last….. Billy met us when we arrived and could not have been nicer. We had a freshly baked blueberry pie when we arrived and vanilla ice cream in the freezer. Billy was kind enough to have items in the fridge that we would need for our first night/morning without having to go to the grocery store right away. Throughout the cottage were fresh flowers, candies, nuts and so much delicious fruit. Billy goes above and beyond to make sure you are not only comfortable but truly feel like a guest. You feel special and Billy is around to answer any questions you might have. He is truly the icing on this incredible cottage cake. Do not pass on this cottage.
