Charming West End waterfront townhome located minutes from the town center with direct beach access and beautiful harbor views. Contemporary and bright, this home is a wonderful Ptown getaway with up-to-date amenities that include central air conditioning and a private parking spot. Occupancy is limited to 2 guests. Strictly non-smoking and pet-free (no pets allowed per association rules and allergy issues). Location highlights: - Water views with beach access from common deck - Private deck with beautiful view - Central A/C zoned for each floor - Designated parking spot (not tandem) - Xfinity high-speed WiFi (800 mbps) - Samsung 50" 4k SMART TV - Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances - Townhome style with no neighbors above or below - Two floors with upper living room and kitchen - Contactless check-in/out via electronic door lock - Professional cleaning and laundry Detailed Description: Located in Provincetown's beautiful West End neighborhood, Jones Locker is a well-known and much loved waterfront complex that affords spectacular harbor views and direct beach access. The location is convention, yet quiet, and only steps from the breakwater and the Red Inn. It is a beautiful stroll to McMillan Wharf (where the ferries arrive/depart) and the center of town with all of its wonderful restaurants, shops, and galleries. While there is no need for a car, we do have a private, off-street parking spot for your vehicle. The residence is crisp and modern, bright and airy in its classic Cape Cod charm. Situated on the water and steps from the sand, the townhome has sweeping harbor views from the private deck and abundant windows. Recently renovated and lovingly maintained, this home is the perfect place to relax and escape from it all. The kitchen is fully stocked with coordinated dishes, cocktail glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. You will not find any typical mismatched kitchen castoffs here. Recent upgrades: - Sub-Zero refrigerator with built-in ice maker - Bosch super quiet dishwasher - Calphalon pots and pans - Chicago Cutlery kitchen knives - Sealy Posturepedic mattress and box spring - Duvet covers, sheets, towels, blankets & pillows (linens are replaced each spring season) - Keurig Duo Plus for drip coffee and K-cups We have a long history of renting in both Provincetown and Boston. We take pride in providing our guests with quality, clean and well-maintained accommodations. We also believe in guest privacy and enjoyment. While we are available for questions and to address issues that may arise, we take a hands-off approach otherwise. We will only reach out only if necessary or as requested. - 7 night minimum in June/July/August/September with a Saturday only check-in/check-out during these months - This home is situated on 2 levels with the bedroom on the first floor and the living area on the second (top) floor. Access between levels is via an indoor spiral staircase and/or exterior stairs from the exclusive use deck. There are no units above or below so you will not hear the sounds of walking above you. - Central A/C and heat on each floor (zoned independently for comfort) - Samsung 50” 4K SMART flat panel TV with NetFlix, Hulu, HBOMax, Paramount+, etc in living room and bedroom to log into your streaming accounts - Linens replaced each spring with high quality cotton sheets and fluffy, soft towels. Beach towels, umbrella and chairs also provided - Well-stocked kitchen with modern and matching plates, glasses, kitchen knives and supplies (no mismatched plastic cups or random useless kitchen gadgets) - Beville kitchen appliances and full-size Keurig Duo Plus (brews coffee and pods) - Private deck and chairs on second floor overlooking the harbor - Designated, off-street parking space. Separately, a time-limited parking spot is available in front of building for loading/unloading convenience - Large common deck is for use and provides direct access to the beach and harbor - On-site bicycle rack is located on common deck; bicycles can be rented at various locations in town (Arnold’s, Gale Force, Ptown Bike, The Bike Shack, etc) - On-site commercial grade coin-operated washer and dryer - Xfinity high-speed WiFi, NOT shared with other guests - Strict association policy prohibits smoking, BBQs/grills and pets. Sorry, we are unable to grant exceptions to homeowner association policies - Occupancy is strictly limited to 2 guests; no pets allowed. Guests that bring pets will be charged a deep cleaning fee ($300) and required to leave immediately - Camera located outside the front door for security purposes only. The camera is visibly mounted under the deck stairs and monitors the exterior front door. Recordings are deleted after guest stays, access is password protected and strictly used for security only. - Provincetown Certificate to Rent: BOH-23-81 (Jan 2023 - Jan 2026)only a few weeks open…

This grouping of condos on the West End is our favorite spot — we have stayed in a few of them over the years. This one was excellent! We really enjoyed the deck with the view of the bay. Kitchen was well appointed. Place was very clean, bright, and well organized. Linens were top notch! Loved hearing the tide come in— just the best. The only thing I would mention is that the bed is very soft/pillow-top (which I’m sure some people love, just wasn’t for us).

Oh wow, we absolutely loved this place. A perfect location on the water and in a quiet part of town, but still just a 15 minute walk to the center. Relish is a cute little store just a couple minutes away that has a lot of great options for breakfast and lunch. The private and shared decks made for plenty of lazy days, along with some beach time during low tide.
The unit is contemporary and clean but still has plenty of charm. With windows on both sides we always had a nice cross breeze and didn’t even need the AC. And the bed is super comfortable.
Katrina has outfitted the space with pretty much everything you’ll need, including plenty of equipment in the kitchen and nice beach chairs and an umbrella. She was great about communication but left us alone during our stay. We’re already talking about returning next summer. Thank you!

This was the perfect spot for spending our anniversary at Cape Cod. Yes, the condo is small, but the use of space is excellent and all the amenities are present including free coffee and bottles of water - a nice touch after a long drive. The spot was cozy and perfect for two people, and it's right on the beach which is amazing! The walk into town is easy, but the location itself is quiet and peaceful away from the noise of nightlife. This was everything we could have asked for in our long romantic weekend away. The condo is clean and directions from the owner were clear. We had a wonderful time and would happily return. The property is nested on the quiet west side of town. It's less than 10 min walk to the nearest coffee shop. The designated parking area is not too far from the property either; ~5 min walk through a nice neighborhood with beautiful homes. Personally, Katrina's home for us was "home away from home". The property is equipped with everything you will need for your stay: soft towels, hot running water, a great working AC system, ceiling fans, two flat TV's with Xfinity cable and excellent wifi connectivity. You can see the beautiful ocean from the second deck and easy access to the water from the first deck. Our favorite part was the bed. The mattress was soft and the bed sheets were high quality linen. We got a full nights rest each night. A special thank you to Katrina for the Coffee machine and K-Cups. We made coffee each morning and watched the sunrise from our balcony. What a special treat. This home was the highlight of our visit to Provincetown. Make sure to checkout: Liz's Cafe, Cafe Heaven, and walk up the Pilgrim Monument for spectacular views of the land and ocean. I loved this place! The tide comes in and you can hear the ocean lapping at the piers just under your bed! The location was perfect for me, as I was with a group staying mostly at the Inn at Land's End, but it is a bit of a walk to the town center. My only complaint was that the electric lock to gain entry was glitchy, and sometimes it took some time to "wake" it up enough to input the code. But other than that, this is a fantastic option for a couple or a single traveler, and I'll definitely stay there again!

Our condo was very cute and also very small. I knew it was for two people, but the bathroom was extremely small. The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors even when they were talking in a normal voice. It’s not very close to the center of town so we walked a lot. Not a bad thing, but I would not stay that far west again. The parking spaces were at least a five minute walk away, which was fine except at night in the dark. Again, the place was nice. The checkin and checkout process was seamless. Not knowing PTown was a disadvantage as we would have made a different decision based on our needs.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property in Provincetown. Everything was just as advertised. The location is perfect. Close enough to walk everywhere but just a little outside the busiest parts of town to make for very quiet and relaxing evenings and mornings. One of our favorite things to do when we woke up in the morning was to sit on the deck to take in the amazing views while enjoying a cup coffee. We are looking forward to visiting Provincetown again in the near future and would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at this property and it didn’t disappoint. The condo is exactly as pictured and described (and even better in person), the location is fantastic and the views from the deck can’t be beat! We will be back.

West End Jewel
Fantastic little condo right on the water in the quiet West End. Easy 10 min walk or bike ride down Commercial St to the heart of the action, peaceful mornings and evenings with the sound of the waves coming in under that deck. Condo is cleverly laid out with excellent storage (not pictured are the large closet with at least 30 hangers and storage for bags or suitcases as well as the entryway on the ground floor). Host was very responsive and we were even able to check in early. Parking is a 5 min walk down a side street, but you won't need your car once you unload your stuff. Hot water was not a problem. Great view from the second floor and awesome ceiling fans on both floors. We were quite sad to leave this little gem and go back to Real Life.

Wonderful Getaway
Katrina and Timber's condo checks all the boxes! The property itself is modern, clean and meticulously maintained. Katrina was great to work with; all processes from booking to checkout were seamless. Location, location, location! The condo is in a quiet neighborhood, with a view of the water and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and activities. We especially enjoyed walking the jetty to the Wood End Lighthouse, biking the provincelands trail, sunsets by the jetty, and of course lots of good food! Wonderful find!

My husband and I spent a week in this lovely condo. The host's description was very accurate. The kitchen was well-stocked. As we cooked a couple of nights, I very much appreciated the excellent kitchen knives and the Caphalon cookware.
This is a very comfortable place, and its setting is marvelous. We loved the quiet neighborhood. It was also convenient to the busier parts of Provincetown as well as to the grocery store and gym. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much.
