What a fantastic house and awesome host! The place accommodated our family perfectly. Clean and cutely decorated. Great that each bedroom had its own full bathroom. Charmaine, the host, was so kind and helped us for a special situation with a call and with texts. We bought some artwork (drawn by a local high school artist) that hung in the hallway after texting with Charmaine. A five star property!!

I visited with three old friends, and this house was perfect for us. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, and the common areas were fantastic for sitting around, chatting, and catching up. The house was super clean and cute, and we had everything we needed. The host was very easy to communicate with - a great stay!

An excellent stay. The house is well kept and functions well. If you like the pictures of the house online, you'll love the property in person. The seating area inside flows well for company as does the back porch seating area that includes ceiling fans. This house could be in Seaside Beach Florida. The owners stay on top of repairs and make sure that the property is secure. You'll love your stay.

The Art house is beautiful! It was clean, well decorated and just perfect for our 3 generations trip to Waco. We each could have our own bedroom and bathroom, but plenty of room for all of us to be together too! Charmaine is great to work with and always quick to respond, we had no issues, but I have no doubt that she would have been quick to action if we had. This was our second stay in one of her homes and we highly recommend them! They are close to everything downtown and the beds are super comfy! Thanks Charmaine for the lovely stay!

The house was amazing and designed in a very chic and modern layout with thoughtful art paintings throughout the house. All beds were comfortable and clean. The host takes a lot of pride in cleanliness for the house. We had a small issue with the thermostat going out and the host Charmaine was there at the location within 5 minutes and she had the whole issue resolved within 40 minutes. We greatly appreciate Charmaine’s hospitality and if you need a place to stay, especially if wanting to be close to Magnolia Silos, be sure to include this place at the top of your list.

The Art house is a cute 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom home filled with art. It is within walking distance of Magnolia/Silos, downtown breweries and Balcones distillery, and across the freeway from Baylor University. The property was homey, modern, clean, and the owner had snacks, waters, and coffee for the guests. If Waco is your destination, this is the rental for you!

We are a group of four adult cousins who take a small trip each year. Wow... What a treasure this home is! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom - very comfortable beds and nice towels and toiletries. Assorted coffee and snacks were available in the super clean and shiny kitchen. There was a comfortable seating area inside and out back, plus a great table where we ate and played games. So conveniently loctated to "all the things" in Waco. Thank you Charmaine for a wonderful stay!!

I cannot say enough positive things about this property. Charmaine has created a perfect oasis for visitors to Waco. The Art House is beautiful with high end touches. The beds and pillows are so comfortable and have soft linens. It is located within a couple of blocks from The Silos and numerous restaurants. But it is also a quiet, secluded location which is perfect for relaxing on the back porch. Charmaine and her husband truly cares that their guests have a wonderful experience during their stay and provide a nice assortment of snacks, coffee, teas, and hot chocolate. This is by far the best VRBO our group has stayed at - you will not be disappointed!

It was beautiful and so close to everything we needed.

Amazing property. Each bedroom has it’s own restroom with shower. My bed was very comfortable. While it is downtown we felt very safe. Anything and everything you could ever need was provided - except scissors lol. Very close to the Silos and downtown restaurants. Home owner quickly responds if needed. We would like to come back again sometime. Also a plus the two homes next to it are owned and rented by same person. So if you want a smaller space or an extra house for more friends and family it can easily be provided. Thank you Charmaine for a beautiful home to stay in while we explored Waco.

What an amazing place- it could not have been more comfortable or felt safer. The owners provide so much to make sure you have the best stay possible. I would absolutely book this place again in a heartbeat!

If you’re interested in visiting Magnolia Market, this is the perfect place to stay. Just a few blocks away. Very spacious with four bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Charmaine was very accessible. It was a great stay.

Property was very clean inside and out. Lots of items that were needed were provided and were easy to locate. Location is perfect to walk to many attractions! Quiet neighborhood was a bonus as well

This house is 2 blocks from the Magnolia Silo location, perfect for walking and not having to spend time looking for parking. The house is perfect with an onsuite for every bedroom.

There is no better location, accommodations, or property manager/owner in Waco!! We have stayed in multiple VRBO’s in Waco in the past 5 years and Charmaine’s are hands down THEBEST

We had a great weekend in Waco for the Baylor Football game.

Lovely porch with comfy sofas perfect for morning coffee. Comfy beds and every room has its own en suite bathroom! Full length mirror in every room so you can get dressed for any occasion. Very nice kitchen with all the comforts of home. Large dining table also. We will be back for sure!

This house was absolutely PERFECT for our family. The location was perfect and the home was spacious and decorated so cute! We LOVED it!

We booked the Art House for our Daughter’s graduation from Baylor (Sic Em Bears). Our home host Charmaine is one of the most delightful, customer experience folks in the hospitality industry you could hope to meet. The Art House has been completely restored and impeccably maintained with every bedroom being on suite plus a half bath for the stop by but not staying friends. The open floor plan makes the Art House perfect for joyful get togethers along with the delightful back porch making it an indoor-outdoor celebration. The location is wonderful, very close and easy walk to the Magnolia Silos and the secure, gated off street parking has plenty space for 2-3 vehicles. A wonderful place to call home in Waco
