The apartment is huge and was clean and tidy when we arrived. The walls seemed thin as we could easily hear our neighbors at night. The apartment is on the top floor and there is a small elevator to help get to the top. We enjoyed staying there.

The shower drain wasn't great and drained slowly. The kitchen, while well equipped with utensils, plates, etc. didn't have any minor cooking spices, even salt and pepper, which would have been a nice touch. We also had a bit of trouble finding the location as the address listed was on the next street over, and when we called the owners they were able to direct us to the correct location.

Apartment provided not what we booked. We sent lots of our emails in advance trying to confirm arrangements but there were no replies. Then upon our arrival at Munich airport, we had a phone call with the person dealing with the apartment, to confirm our time of arrival at the address. When we (5 of us with luggage) that person met us and told us that apartment wasn’t available . He said he could offer another apartment not too far away or a give a refund. We should have been told sooner so we had a chance to make alternative arrangements. The alternative apartment was a disappointing standard and in our opinion was not worth the Euro 300 per night we paid.

We booked a stay here over 6 months ago. When we arrived in Munich we called to meet up with someone to receive our keys. Upon arrival to the apartment we were told that we couldn’t have that apartment and our only choice was to take another one much further away or cancel. Obviously this left us with no choice as there wasn’t a lot of reasonably priced accommodations left last minute. The new place was much further away, no longer central. It wasn’t very clean. It was run down and smelled like smoke. Completely awful.

Great location, with easy access everywhere. Very clean apartment with almost daily cleaning. Very friendly and accommodating host. Would come back if we are back in Munich.

The only good thing about this property was that it was clean. There were no bugs, filth or grime.

Almost everything! It was loud, the beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were awful. The window shades did not block out the light. Handles on doors were broken and the layout was awkward for our family to stay together comfortably. I especially hated the man who answered the phone upon our delayed arrival due to flight troubles. He told me we were calling after the allotted checkin time and therefore we could not check in the and there was nothing he could do for us. We were out for the night and would have to rearrange our lodging with booking.com. Totally unreasonable for a family of 6 with 3 children arriving in the evening, 7:40pm, after many hours of traveling.

Very spacious and well-equipped apartment in a central location. It's a short walk to the train station, U bahn, S bahn and trams, and a 15-20 minute walk to the market. The welcome was friendly and the place was clean. The neighborhood is diverse and active.

There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby, which is great, but it was noisy at night. I wore my earplugs and slept well. Some of the bars are a bit seedy.

Sophy was a great host, meeting us at the property and giving us the low-down on the neighborhood and nearby restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and perfectly situated between the train station and the old city.

it was very close to everything and the main train station with all connections was just around the corner . access was easy with lift on each floor. there were a number of small shops just out side the door and the kitchen was fully equipped the rooms were large with lots of of space

I was very happy with this apartment, there was air conditioning in the hall but not in the bed rooms (fans were provided). this may be an issue for some people.

Clean, central and easy access to all things around. Good value and excellent communication from owners.

The door had a code which took quite a long time to open!

Not very clean. Noisy wooden floor. There was bad sound isolation. Not very good neighborhood.
