Situated in Clearwater Beach, this lovely condo for $369 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. A minimum of 30-hours between reservations gives our cleaners time to disinfect all surfaces & freshly wash all bedding & towels. Our condo is properly cleaned & thoroughly sanitized before & after each stay. We follow CDC requirements for a healthy & safe home-setting environment. Disinfectant & basic cleaning supplies are provided during your stay. Be assured that you & your family will enjoy a relaxing, comfortable stay at Bayside Condos. We have a no contact check-in/check-out system. With no office and no main entrance, you have a private door to your condo with a keypad instead of keys. A unique code will be sent to your inbox before your arrival. Our top floor studio condo on the island of Clearwater Beach has INCREDIBLE water views from every window. Balcony attached to living space feels like an extension of your living area, with more great water views. This studio sleeps 4, is 405 square feet, but space is maximized to utilize every bit of it. Main bed is a California King with 4 king pillows. Second bed is a full-size convertible sleeper sofa with attached chaise lounge in living area. Extra bedding in storage area under chaise lounge. Work desk with light next to window for terrific views as you study, work or play on your laptop, tablet or phone. Small router/modem on the desk for your personal connections. Extra wall outlets for UBC cords, ethernet or other power cords. Secured WIFI, a 52-inch TV, standard digital cable, Blu-ray player with family friendly movies included. Elevator in building goes to every floor. An outgoing air exchange constantly takes out the old air and brings in the fresh air. Stairs on both sides of building as well. Coin-operated laundry facilities on same floor as condo. No change machine, bring your quarters, nobody on beach will give out quarters. One free assigned parking space on-site. Street parking as well, some free, some metered. Verified Superhost since 2018.

The Condo could use some updating & minor fixes (cupboard doors don't line up to close, bathtub faucets are old & look like there's mold inside) If you're of a larger stature, there's no way you can close the door to the lavatory. *close quarters*. Very strange black dot in the middle of the mirror in the bathroom?? - I put a band-aid over it. Otherwise nice stay, quiet area. Had zero issues checking in & out, never had to contact the on site managers. Caesar's Italian Restaurant right across the street, WOW, what a hidden gem. Wish we would have found it sooner we would have had dinner there more than once. Best pasta we've ever had.

Booked a last minute stay and Tiffany was very professional, provided all the information right away, we had everything we needed for the beach and long weekend. Everything you need in walking distance to shops and restaurants, We walked everywhere no problem. Breakfast across the street was great! The balcony location in the morning was beautiful for sunrise and Dolphins sighings in the bay! Highly recommended, we will be back again!!

We were so impressed with how well laid out the condo was. It was beautifully decorated and had everything in it we could possibly need. We had groceries delivered and made breakfast and lunch there each day. We were also thankful for the beach chairs. My husband had a pretty bad cut to the bottom of his foot the first day at the beach. I found a first aid kit in the condo and was able to patch him right up. We also loved the folder of suggestions of things to do in Clearwater. It helped us so much! I was happy being able to do laundry before the long drive home. Van and Colleen were attentive to anything we needed help with. We will definitely be back again next summer.

This condo was the perfect place for my husband and I. Just a short 15 min walk to downtown Clearwater. We rented bikes a couple days and rode those downtown too. This little place had everything we needed. The pool was relaxing in the evenings after being out and about in the sun all day.

The is the second year we stayed in one of Elena's properties and they are amazing, and we cannot wait to stay there again next year. Comfortable, clean, and views that are memorable. After 30 years of staying in hotels on the gulf side the choice to move to Bayside Condo's in Elena's properties was the best decision we ever made. With all the amenities that are included packing is easier! Thank you for providing the BEST vacation spot!!

The unit is bright and cheerful; good location. But I feel it's a little overpriced, considering the size and the condition of the kitchen and bathroom (old faucets, cupboard doors which don't close properly, etc.). I had just recently stayed in a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit with a full, new kitchen in St. Pete Beach, directly on Boca Ciega Bay, for exactly the same cost. Also, the shelves had not been dusted, and the bathroom not rinsed well, which made me wonder what else had not been cleaned properly.

Loved my stay here. It had everything I needed. Great location. The sun rises were amazing which made me get up early just to see them and I am not a morning person 😂. The space was ideal— such a cozy and spacious studio condo. It had everything I needed and it was organized and easy to locate all the essentials. Very clean too!! I really loved my stay here :)

Convenient to everything yet not directly in the hustle and bustle of the Pier traffic. We spent most of our time over the bridge in Sand Key which was much less crowded. Nice park and jogging trails. Walked everywhere. Would stay here again.

Loved how convenient things were close by. Fabulous Italian Restaurant right across the street, along with a delicious breakfast place and a bar with live bands at night, made our stay so enjoyable. Condo was well kept and lots of things to accomodate your stay. Loved how close beaches & bay were. Great area for a little getaway for my husband and I.

Very cute, quiet, compact studio condo. Even though the space wasn't large it fit us very comfortably. Everything was provided for our stay, linens, towels, full kitchen and beach chairs, even a small cooler. Walking distance to restaurants and not too far of a walk to the powder sand beach. Wonderful balcony with a view of the marina. Our week there was unusually cold for Florida so we couldn't make use of the very nice looking pool or the beach. I would stay here again.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this building. Personally love the location as it's on the south end of the island so the traffic is lower (both foot and car) yet close enough to walk to the pier. Across the street are restaurants and bars and just down the street are more bars, restaurants as well as market (expensive), liquor store and gift stores. We will be going back to same building again.
