Enjoy the beach life at Pelican Pointe Hotel and Condo. Cozy accommodations with free parking and a heated pool, just a short walk across the street from beautiful Clearwater Beach. Located on the 3rd floor, unit #327 offers a shared balcony that overlooks the pool with a partial yet enjoyable view of the Gulf of Mexico. Location: Clearwater Beach - White sand, crystal clear waters, and endless sunshine. A paradise for beach lovers. Pelican Pointe is centrally located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, right across the street from one of the top-rated beaches in America. It is conveniently positioned within a short walking distance from various restaurants, exciting nightlife options, and an array of enjoyable activities that makes Clearwater Beach an incredible destination. Accommodations: Our double suite is the largest and most impressive room we offer. It's designed to accommodate up to six guests and offers two full size beds. With a spacious living area of 380 square feet, you'll have plenty of room to relax. A private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon and a dining area. If you want to enjoy some fresh air, you can step out onto the shared balcony, which has seating for two. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax! Good To Know: - As of March 1, 2024, ongoing building repairs are underway. Please note that construction noise may occur Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. - Check in time is at 3 PM. Checkout time is at 11 AM. - Parking is limited to one spot per room. Parking pass provided at check in. - Daily housekeeping provided. - No pets allowed. - There are no refunds for early departure or late arrival. - Pool hours are 8 AM - 10 PM. - Office hours are 8 AM - 11 PM. - Afterhours security. - On-site laundry room. - Minimum age to book and check in is 21. No exceptions. - All units are non-smoking. There is a designated smoking area in breezeway. - Kitchenette does not offer cooking facilities. - There is ongoing construction at nearby hotels. While this does not affect our property or amenities, you may experience construction noise during your stay.

Bathroom could use some updating / paint / new toilet seat /deep clean or paint wood trim in bathroom - the ceiling was starting to peel and chip/crack as well in our living room area. Pictures looked a lot more “fresh” update wise online than in person.
We didn’t get a good nights sleep on any one night during our time there. We could hear the neighboring rooms to the point that it kept us awake until wee hours of the mornings. Many times it was just simply talking loudly and moving furniture around in their rooms. Nothing to be “mad” about yet a lot of noise to lose sleep over. The rooms are not sound detouring at all. Out of all of our years of travel we’ve never experienced constant noise that we could hear in a condo, hotel, or other place away from home. The room worked for our family size as a last minute place to stay and location was ideal, but we would not stay again.
I will say that the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure they took care of what was within their abilities to make our stay accommodating. They were always quick to answer any questions and housekeeping provided us with all of the toiletries and towels our crew needed daily. VERY HAPPY WITH YOUR STAFF !!!
