Excellent..

Had a great experience at the hotel, rooms and toilet were clean. Food was also decent. Arun at reception, also helped us through out our stay, got our luggage taken care and also guided us with good places to visit.

Perfect location for the hotel, staff were always extremely helpful. Room was very nice and kept clean. Hotel stored luggage before and after check in/check out which was also very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Gr floor room ,which was cozy ,was provided.the bathroom was always wet. I have to request for towels,drinking water, Shower gel,the mapping of floors was not good.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown haridwar. The management of perfectstayz is awesome. I will definitely come again.

Its like ok ok type hotel. Staff were good. Location near to station. Near about 2 km from Har ki pauri.

Bedsheets were not good. We stayed there for five days but they did not changed it.

Its located within a street that has access to tuk-tuks and e-rickshaws so getting around is not a problem. It is value for money serves well for solo travelers and people on a budget.

The room was right next to a street so I could hear every traveler, vehicle and stray animal passing through. The staff was fine, but could have been a little polite. For starters, a simple hello during check-in and a thank you or goodbye during check-out could have been nice. All they were concerned about was if the payment was made and screenshots were shared. The closet could have been cleaner!

There is nothing like to be here. The worst experience I've ever in terms of hotels.. They've called me so many times even after paying the advance. Breakfast was ok ok. The only good thing about this hotel is it's very nearby to railway station.

Good stay with clean rooms and bathroom.

Cleans room and bathroom with daily housekeeping. Room service menu is decent as well. Working hot water. Good location with plenty of Gujarati eating places within walking distance. Railway station is walking distance but reasonable rickshaw price if too much luggage to carry.

Wanted to pay by card even though they said we could pay by card but wasn't charged and took a couple of days to charge. Then, I managed to pay by card afterwards.
