Everything was absolutely perfect. The host was amazing and so helpful. Everything was clean, spacious and relaxing. Comfortable beds/pillows and nice showers. Throughout the whole trip we just could Not stop talking about what a wonderful condo it was! We will def stay again!!

My family and I had a wonderful week! Summer Place has such a great setting. It has like a backyard feel with great access to the beach and surrounding businesses and restaurants. It is like your backyard is steps to the beach. Pools, hot tub, workout room, grills, and good parking conveniences. Check in and check in process was done well with the host Jennifer responding so quickly to any time we reached out to her. The room was very clean and the 203 unit is a beautiful one with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with an amazing master bedroom and bathroom. It is well decorated. We have very special memories this week and would go back again in a second!

This condo was even more beautiful in person. Everything was just perfect, including the location and amazing views. The condo was equipped with anything you could need and getting to the 2nd floor was easy via elevator or stairs.

The kitchen is well stocked and unit was a good layout. The beach is a short walk down the boardwalk and it wasn’t overly crowded. One pool was closed the whole weekend but the other one was open.

The condo was right on an amazing beach! Close enough to walk to wonderful restaurants and bars. Very clean and the property owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful! Highly recommend!

We had the best time here. Jennifer was so easy to work with. She was just a text away. Condo was beautiful. I cooked our Thanksgiving dinner there and had everything I needed. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was just great! Would definitely stay again

If you are looking for a 5 star, beachfront condo with elevated furnishings and a responsive host, look no further. This place is it!! I've been vacationing through VRBO for 20+ years and this place is top notch. The perfect location to restaurants, HarborWalk Village and the Okaloosa Island Pier. You can drive 5 minutes to a Publix, 6 minutes to HarborWalk, or just walk across the street or to the pier for dining.. The white sandy beach and the heated pool is calling your name. Thank you Jennifer for a fabulous week!

Beautiful condo that is tastefully decorated. This condo gives you a comfortable homey feeling! There were 8 of us ranging in age from 4 to 79 staying there, and we had plenty of room. The condo location made it very easy to get to the beach or pool. Views from the living room and balcony are breathtaking! When emailing Jennifer she always responded promptly and was very gracious. My son had to contact Jennifer about an hour after we had checked out of the unit as he left something and needed to get it. He said she was very nice and had him back on the road very quickly. Would and will stay here again! Thank you Jennifer for helping our family make so many wonderful memories! Stephanie B

Everything was super clean!! The master bed was very comfy and the huge master shower was so nice. The condo unit was beautifully decorated and recently remodeled. The building was clean and well maintained. Parking was fine in October, but I could see how it could be an issue in the summer especially since the lot was shared with Hampton inn and Waterscape. Was within walking distance to several good restaurants, ice cream, a liquor store, mini golf, and convenience market. The kitchen was very nicely equipped with most everything we needed to cook big meals. The owner was quick to reply and nice to Work with. The only down side at all was not enough seating and towels for our group of 8.

This is my go to property. The owner is such a sweet and genuine person. She goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. She always answers any questions I may have. Her condo is absolutely stunning and beautiful. I have made a lot of memories at her place and will continue to do so. Coming back in 2025..........

Our stay here was perfect! The condo had everything we needed and more. I have stayed at many places and ended up buying something that wasn't in the kitchen but this place had more than enough of everything. We were close to the pool so the kids were super happy! We also watched dolphins from the balcony! Definitely will stay again!

This property was in the best location, it was super close to amazing food, entertainment and the ballpark we had to play at!!! I loved that I still had an amazing view on the second floor, could watch my kids in the pool from my patio and didn’t have to fight anyone for an elevator. The condo was fully stocked with every household item you’d need at your own home, which is super rare, especially since some of our close friends that stayed in other condos lacked these necessities. The only negatives that I can think of (other than our trip wasn’t long enough. Lol!) was 1)the door to where the washer and dryer was located was broken and maintenance came as soon as we checked in to look at it and when they decided they couldn’t fix it, took it off completely which meant the noise wasn’t completely blocked, so I just tried to do laundry when I knew we’d be out and 2) the ice maker was a little slow, but maintenance actually brought us 2 bags of ice to help us while it tried to catch up. We can’t wait to go back….maybe for longer next time!!!

We had planned this trip for last summer probably owner was very accommodating in letting us reschedule when family member had to have major surgery. The place was decorated very cute and had everything we needed. We lived staying here and will definitely be back.
