The kitchen is well stocked with everything from wine glasses, herb scissors, waffle maker, garlic press, Margarita machine, Keurig, drip coffee pot and the list goes on! The dining room is surrounded by picture windows and seats eight comfortably. Five bar stools offer additional seating in the kitchen. The generously sized screened porch is located on the side of the home and enjoys gentle Island breezes all year long. The first-floor master bedroom features Bernhardt furnishings, king bed, high ceilings and sliding glass doors that open to the back deck. In addition to a large walk-in closet, the suite offers an oversized dressing room, double sink vanity, a large bathtub, and an oversized shower with three shower heads. There is a second bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and en suite bathroom with dual vanity and shower. Located upstairs we have an oversized media/billiards room that features a pool table, poker/game table and Golden Tee Arcade. There is also an oversized TV to watch the big games!
