Our family enjoyed our vacation over the Thanksgiving Holiday! We stayed a week and our only complaint was we wish it was longer! Condo was perfect, in a great location, and clean! David was very easy to communicate with! We definitely will be back and can’t wait to stay here again! 10/10 recommend!

We just needed a weekend getaway and this place was perfect for us and the other couple that traveled with us. Honestly, we didn't spend a whole lot of time there as we had plenty planned for our stay, including the horse races, shopping downtown, and eating out. The view was beautiful and so was the condo! Everything was well stocked and checking out was a breeze! The only problems we encountered which, weren't that big of a deal for us, is that we had trouble with the living room TV not connecting and the community's hot tub was not heating. That all could've been user error and didn't deem it that important to contact the owner. Next time we visit, we're definitely going to try to stay here again!

Highly recommend this condo! This is the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Loved it. Location is amazing, view of the lake, gated community, quiet, plenty of room to spread out. They have everything you need and we hope to come back!

Spent our fall school break in Hot Springs. Property was as advertised and more. Access was easy and completely contactless. The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our 15 year old.

This property was perfect for our weekend vacation for two couples. The host thought of everything you may possibly need and everything available was top of the line. The bedrooms were perfectly sized and very clean and tidy. We were able to sit on the patio deck in the evening and enjoy the beautiful sunset off the water, relax and enjoy great conversation. I would highly recommend this property as Dave and Liz are wonderful host.

Property Description is Highly inaccurate

Maneuvering about in this gated area is cumbersome at best. Putting my boat trailer in a very limited and difficult position was difficult. Truck sustained damage to front bumper as a result of a hidden stump in the weeds, unseen. Property is dated significantly, jacuzzi is a joke, spit out hair balls at me when attempting to use it, also no control of water flow controls, just high speed all over in a huge whoosh of water. Boat slip was intended for a pontoon boat which sits much higher than my Tracker Pro 170 17' boat. Damage to sides of boat incurred because water line of boat is much lower than a danged pontoon boat. I take special offense "cleaning fee" for a pricy nightly accommodation. We could have stayed in a nice hotel for less per night and not be charged cleaning or other fees. All in all it was a dismal experience and we left a day early because of our aggravation with it all, especially with some of the snotty occupants in this facility. We were especially offended by the nasty lady driving the Maserati SUV who once flipped us off (in the view of our 8 yr. old grand daughter) and the angry stares she provided at no charge. Also, we learned that the only place that our watercraft could be launched was 11 miles away, very inconvenient. It seems to me that if this facility has boat slips, they could at least provide a more convenient and closer launching arena, maybe partnering with local businesses. I noticed that right across from this facility where Fisherman's Wharf was located that there was a launch area but it was chained off. Seem like the owners of this facility can make some arrangement with them to provide a more convenient launch location. Lake Hamilton is nice but there are other nicer lakes with nicer places to stay.

We were extremely satisfied with this condo and would highly recommend it! It had everything we could possible need and Liz was available with any questions or suggestions. We brought our 2 dogs and Liz left out dog treats and even a dog bed! It was a great trip!

We planned this vacation with no idea what Hot Springs had to offer. Very spontaneous and close to home (4 hours). We had a great time exploring the area, with an 18, 8 and 3 year old. They were definitely entertained. The home was very well maintained with everything you needed as if you were at home. The only downside was the pool was freezing and the hot tub wasn’t working. My kids were really excited about being able to use those amenities and we weren’t able to. Other than this, we had an amazing time and if we come back I think we’d stay again.

This condo was super clean, the cleanest VRBO condo we’ve ever stayed in!!!! Mrs. Liz was so helpful when we asked for local places to visit and eat. She also left a sweet treat for our dog! The views are amazing and the neighborhood was beautiful and safe! Loved this place! If, or when, we return to Lake Hamilton this is the place we are booking again:-)

Property is located in a gated community in one of the safest areas of Hot Springs in the 7 south area. Condo was clean and neat plus there was everything you could possibly need. Great views of Lake Hamilton and you couldn’t ask for better communication from the owner. Highly recommend booking this unit!
