I had a fun time everything was clean and ms Diana was very sweet and respectful the house had a beautiful view it had toys and everything I needed for my two little ones. All appliances I was close to stores it was a safe community and I enjoyed myself I would love to book that hole again

Great property! Clean, well decorated, centrally located with an amazing lake view, and pets allowed. The kitchen was fully stocked, making our Thanksgiving preparations so easy. We will definitely stay here again!

You’d have to look very hard to find a more comfortable, or quiet, or beautiful spot than Diana’s condo! If you take one of the Duck Tours downtown you will actually tour the lake this condo is on and see some of the other beautiful homes and sights! She has every single thing you need for your stay and food delivery does not take long out this way either. We had our precious Mini Dachsie with us who loved all the lovely windows! My husband brought his rod and enjoyed a bit of fishing. Sgt. Pepper and I enjoyed the patio and walking the grounds in the gorgeous weather we had that weekend. We toured a couple museums and enjoyed the shops and dining downtown. We plan on returning to this amazing city with our grands and hope to stay in this lovely condo again!

I agree with another review that stated this feels like staying at a friend’s home instead of a rental. The property is clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, well stocked, amazing sunrises, with easy access to Hot Springs. The only downside to the convenience is the road noise from the highway—and it wasn’t an issue inside only detracts from the patio experience. That said, I’d stay there again! Manager is very organized with great check-in instructions.

Property was clean, lovely & comfortable. King size bed was extremely comfortable. The only downside was the stairs to get down to Condo. I have an ambulatory handicap so the 16 stairs down & up were difficult.

This might be the most well-stocked rental I have ever enjoyed. It really was like staying at a friend’s place - everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms; just bring yourselves and your food and beverages. Tons of linens and a game closet. So many options on the TV if you need a reprieve from the fun in the sun. The two large bedrooms (kings) and two bathrooms works so great for 2 couples. The views from the unit are so lovely. I enjoyed waking up in the master suite each morning staring out at the lake (and that bed is sooooo comfortable!). Location is super convenient to enjoy all of the attractions in Hot Springs. We will be back.
