Well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, gas cooking and soaking the bay view while you preparing your meals. The full length triple stacker doors open out to a large deck for outdoor entertaining and enjoying the marvelous unhindered bay views. Foreground views of Point Richard Flora & fauna Reserve, with sparkling bay views beyond. Optimal North facing orientation maximises 270" bay views and year round sunshine. Less than 650m approx. from the bayside walking trails and foreshore from the house. Nestled away on the Bellarine, surrounded by award-winning wineries, Portarlington is best known for its fresh muscles, beautiful vistas and stunning coastline Local activities are: bike tracks, walking tracks, swim, fishing , tennis court near by Restaurants; the Grand Hotel for Pub meals, restaurants and cafes, Local shopping strips to wonder through and market on some weekend Port Philips ferries from Melbourne Docklands to Portarlington Pier, sailing 365 days of the year with 2 return services daily, the trip is 1 hour and 20 minutes

The house is stunning. Wifi was awesome. Comfy beds. Very clean and tidy. Everything you’d need in the kitchen and more. Le-Hoa is fantastic to deal with. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Highly recommend.

This is our second visit to Le Hoa’s home, we come for a Line Dance Weekend at Portarlington. The house is perfect, with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
There is a beautiful view of Port Phillip Bay from the large window beside the dining table, well appointed kitchen with everything you would need to prepare meals.
Close to Portarlington, peaceful and quiet. We would love to come for a third visit in 2024.

House was excellent for our needs but found that items left by previous occupants didn’t leave much room for us to store our items in the kitchen, maybe this needs to be cleaned out occasionally. Gardener may need to come around occasionally as lots of weeds in front area.

A new and modern home with excellent facilities for a family stay. A very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a cosy atmosphere. Check in was super easy and the host accessible at any time. I highly recommend this property. We will be back.

What a treat staying at this house was!!
Large, spacious, welcoming. The 2 bedrooms downstairs and main/ensuite upstairs suited us all so well. Great location near town, yet far enough out to not have any main traffic noise. 1 Min drive to town. All the amenities we needed in the house.

Line Dance Weekend at Portarlington.
Very comfortable and tastefully decorated, everything you could need in a home. Magnificent windows to view the water and the weather, close to Portarlington township and a track you could take if you would like to walk.
We would like to return in 2023.

Our experience was amazing from the communication with Le-Hoa to staying in her beautiful home that was well equipped, very clean and located in a very quiet court. It had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend this property. We will be definitely staying here again.

Mums who are also teachers' weekend away
Firstly, Le-Hoa was an EXCEPTIONAL host. We had to postpone multiple times due to Melbourne lockdowns and Le-Hoa was so understanding and patient. Her communication was fantastic and she genuinely wanted to ensure we had a great break. We loved the property - it felt really quite luxurious and was very well appointed. We couldn't believe that the pantry and fridge provided all kinds of condiments like tomato sauce and basics like tea and coffee pods - never seen the like! It was tucked away and so quiet and peaceful. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and will be back!

A very clean and warm home with comfortable beds. This house is exactly as you see it on the web and a very relaxing place to stay in a quiet no through road with an easy walk into town. We had very prompt communications with our host and nothing was too much trouble. We have already booked to come back again.

Property was very clean and communication from the owner was fantastic. The heater downstairs wasn't working (I'm sure this will be fixed), otherwise would recommend this place to everyone.

Property was very clean and communication from the owner was fantastic. The heater downstairs wasn't working (I'm sure this will be fixed), otherwise would recommend this place to everyone.
