The location and value for money was good but the property really needs some maintenance.

Location was great.

Property is in need of some maintenance. Towel rail falling off wall, doors not closing, shower heads not allowing water through, Layout of master bedroom means window shutters can’t be opened. Screen doors were caked in dust/dirt. Windows were filthy. Vacuum cleaner has no suction so was not able to be used. It made it difficult to leave the property as clean as we would have liked. Light in garage not working.

The location being close to the beach shops and rsl.

If we had more sets of keys to get in and out as we were not all leaving at the same time we did have to drive to pick up the keys off each other to get in and out

Perfect location walking distance to the beach with a homely vibe

Location was great. The lounge was very comfortable. Beach was a short walk. Rsl, IGA and other shops were a short walk. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds.

BBQ had no gas and was dirty. Broken serving bowl in cupboard.

good location

the ad promised air conditioning but there was no air conditioning in the apartment, and it was very hot, 38 degrees C..! Agent gave back $50 from a $750 bill, which I thought, was not enough, but I accepted it.

Large three bedroom unit for entertaining a family in a Great Location

Enough room for 8 of us. Liked the lounge and dining table. Cleanliness was perfect.

NO AIR CONDITIONING! Broken Toaster! So many steps and neighbours. Difficult door key.

We loved our stay because we could walk to the beach ,shops and eating options. We love our weekend.

We loved the location of the unit, it was handy to everything. They could include a couple of champagne flutes to enjoy the lovely bottle of bubbly we are given to enjoy other than that the unit it perfect. Love the decor and all the furniture was really comfy. We hope to be back sometime.

Spacious unit, close to the beach and shops.

The unit is spacious with new furniture nice views. The location was fantastic, close to the beach and shops.

Overall the unit is great with good airflow being on the third floor. There is no air conditioning which was fine during our visit (in September) but may be an issue during humid weather. The unit has ceiling fans throughout which are excellent.

Homely & relaxing holiday

Very comfy beds, well appointed kitchen & laundry. Love the shutters on the windows.

A front door mat would be helpful, as would a bin in the ensuite. Otherwise very well set up.

Not cleaned by a professional cleaner

The location was excellent.

The place was not cleaned properly. There was alot of dust everywhere. We had to clean again, under sofas very dirty and surfaces like the dining table were not cleaned properly. All skirting had thick layer of dust and rug had alot of hair and dirt. Would be nice to get a refund on the cleaning bill.

spacious, clean and was in a perfect spot for our family

Have stayed here before and the only thing we could fault was the parking yet again as there are people who live in these units who do nothing but complain about where rental people park. other than that perfect

The space was very generous and a great layout

Very enjoyable and would definitely recommend it to others, you will be pleasantly surprised.

The location was perfect just a very short stroll to cafes, parks and the beach. The unit had everything you would need (except a hairdryer) and it was very clean, tidy and the complex was very quiet.

Thoughtful extras by owners was well received. Would recommend unit.

Very spacious, comfortable & clean. Lock up garage. Location was in a quiet part of Boongaree, but close to shops, park, RSL. The name Island Time was confusing, as this is not what the building is called. Even one of the permanent residents had never heard of Island Time.

Advertised as 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. It is 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Very disappointed with that.
