14 guests (adults and children), great house! Plenty big for all. Nice furniture and decor. Had very little kitchen supplies. No storage containers, pizza tins, casserole dishes, some dishes were dirty, etc. Ice machine in the fridge didn't make ice. No privacy. Yards were right next to neighbor's. Bath towels were lacking for the amount of people the house can hold. Crickets were everywhere, inside and out.
Missing fan remote in upstairs main master. Very thin pillows and matresses were very hard.
Community pool area with watersides was great, but a little small for the amount of homes that use it. Wish we would have known that the putt-putt and kayaks cost money.
Soccer and park area was nice, but a little torn up.
Close to many shops and restaurants.
Prior to our trip, the owner communicated well regarding questions.
Security was HORRIBLE. They let ANYONE and EVERYONE in. HUGE parties across the street until all hours of the night. Tried calling for assistance multiple times with no answer-left message, no one returned my call. Had to call the police. For 2 nights this occured. Didn't feel very safe. Lots of people smoking recreation drugs inside and outside of thr house across the street. Didn't see security anywhere at anytime.

We enjoyed the stay. Plenty of room in the house for 6 adults and 5 children. Close to Disney which was one of the attractions we went to. Having the pool was a great feature. My only issue is that the listing should not say a hot tub and a pool as there was no difference in temperature between the two. It was a heated pool. There was no hot tub. Otherwise everything advertised was accurate.

The only reason I gave this property 3 stars was because the kitchen is severely lacking and is not at all "well equipped" as the listing states. This was also mentioned in a couple previous reviews so apparently the management company doesn't read the reviews or doesn't care enough to make changes to the kitchen to make it more usable. This is a large home that accommodates a lot of people yet the pots and pans are very small and not conducive for cooking for a large group. There are no mixing bowls or large bowls to use for salad/popcorn/pasta/pancake batter/veggies, etc. They just have some wooden utensils that are not appropriate for most cooking. A couple serving trays would also be nice; if you pay the ridiculous $50 grill fee there's nothing to place your grilled items on (except for dinner plates). A (4) slice toaster is also more ideal instead of the old (2) slice toaster that's currently there. One of reasons we rented a home for this trip was to be able to cook in, but cooking in at this property was awful. And lastly, the reception in the home was terrible, texts could not be sent or received as well as phone calls. We all had to go outside to send a text or take a call. Nonetheless, the home was overall very nice and we enjoyed our stay. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and having tv's in every room was great. We enjoyed the pool but the neighbors are right behind & beside you so it's not private at all, in case that matters to you. Another thing to note is that the double bed bedroom is literally right off the kitchen.....which is really odd. Not sure why they don't move the game room back there and make that front room (currently the game room) a large kids suite with bunks. That would be great!

The property was perfect for our family. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels. We were missing kitchen pans, but sent a message and they were delivered ASAP. The communication with the property managers was always prompt. Pool heat was the best part.

Great Location and House
Lots of space for multiple families to stay together. We travelled with my in-laws and their kids. Total of 3 families and my father-in-law. No issues with bathrooms, bedrooms, space for us all to hang out, etc.
The lanai in each backyard looks into each other so there can be noise / music from other vacationers. Other than the weekend days this wasn’t really a problem. This is a very new community so I expect as plantings between the homes grow this won’t be a problem.

The house itself was great. Lots of rooms and beds and bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The property managers were unable to answer simple questions about the layout and coffee makers however before our stay. So I can help anyone looking at this property: there is one king en-suite bedroom on the first floor along with the two doubles (the beds are small and will not fit two adults each) and a bathroom with a shower on the first floor that opens to the pool deck. On the second floor there are two more king en-suites, a queen (no bathroom), the two bunk bed rooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom, and a hall bathroom with a shower. The two upstairs couches do convert to beds which was nice. They have two coffee makers both require filters and ground coffee. There were some cleaning issues with dirty showers-mold. The pool light (timer switch) was broken which was a bummer for night swims. The other houses around us has pool company’s out nearly each day of their stay to clean their pool. We didn’t have anyone out for the week we were there. It was cloudy by the end of the stay. The WiFi was spotty and kept going in and out. It wasn’t capable of supporting so many people and the signal in the area is not good. Especially inside the house.
Although the house is great I don’t think I would rent from this management company again. The house was not prepared for a large party like the listing states. The kitchen especially. There weren’t any kitchen items to prepare a large meal-which we did several times. We had to go buy a large pot, pan, bakeware and mixing bowls. There were not enough bath towels, hand towels, or wash cloths in the house either. Some bathrooms with showers had no towels and the kitchen had no kitchen towels. There were no extra sheets or blankets making the upstairs couches difficult to use as beds if you didn’t bring your own blankets, and defiantly don’t have a kid that has an accident! It really was bare bones.
Finally, be prepared for unlisted charges. You have to pay to use the heated pool and you have to pay to use the BBQ. These charges aren’t disclosed before you book so be aware. The company isn’t aware about features of the house but they are sure to email you before and let you know you will be charged extra for staining towels, sheets, pillowcases and more. However they don’t give you any info about the house or the pool right down the road. I would rent in the area again but look for a diff company

We loved this property and having the pool heated was amazing. We swam all the time! The amount of bedrooms, bathrooms, and eating areas were perfect for our large group. We did a lot of cooking at home and there were not very many appliances and pans so we did have to go out and purchase a few on our own. We would book this home again for a big family get-together!

We loved this property and having the pool heated was amazing. We swam all the time! The amount of bedrooms, bathrooms, and eating areas were perfect for our large group. We did a lot of cooking at home and there were not very many appliances and pans so we did have to go out and purchase a few on our own. We would book this home again for a big family get-together!

The pool was suppose to be heated which it was warm, hot tub not hot, same as tub temp. Hot water in master bath was not hot or for washing dishes. I complained about that but never got the hot tub hot enough so we didn’t even enjoy the outside. The house is big so that’s as good. Missing kitchen items, big pot, pot holders, only 2 kitchen towels, no big bowls. Just hard cooking for a lot of people so I went and bought my own stuff.

One complaint - the house is missing some very simple things that would make the stay much more enjoyable (ample trash bags, coffee filters, salt and pepper shakers - basically the normal stuff you'd find in a VRBO).
