Easy location to town. Check in was simple, condo was clean and well equipped. Plenty of room to spread out. Only wish there was a little more living room seating.

Condo was very nice, spacious, and very clean. The check in process was slow because I had added another ticket for an event and it was not ready. The location is excellent for shopping or going to the strip. My only complaints are the fireplace was not working because it was out of propane (a complete bummer since this is why we chose this condo). When I called the front office, they really did not provide the customer service one would expect. No one ever called me back to tell me the propane would not be delivered until the following week. I had to call back once we were back home to find out the status. The upstairs bedroom was unbelievably hot and no windows to open to cool it down. It was so hot, my daughter chose to sleep on the couch instead of in the bedroom.

We stayed in a 3 bed 3 bath condo, 5 Adults, kitchen and washer/dryer. Clean, lots of room for all of us. Easy check in. Would stay here again!

A nice place to stay in the heart of Branson. Especially good for adults as each bedroom has it's own bath. Not a negative for my group but, it's not on the ground floor so, if you have difficulty with stairs be aware of this. Highly recommend.

Clean and safe environment. Perfect central location in Branson. Will definitely stay at this property again. Only suggestion is to let renters know that there is a flight of steps INTO the property AND a flight of steps UP TO THE 3rd bedroom/bathroom. Fortunately we had a couple gals that were fine with all the stairs up/down during our 3 day/night stay.

Wonderful property. Only complaint is they should ask if you plan on using the pool, at check inn. We had to leave property to go back to front desk and ask for key to use pool.

Wish the pool was outdoors, but everything else about this condo was great. King beds in every room, bathroom got each room, sun room was nice addition of space. Property management team was super friendly. Golf course was nice.

This was a great condo and located in a great area of Branson. Everything was just as it appeared and was described on the Vrbo site, minus the check in process. We arrived 15 mins after the designated check in time, after a 5 hour drive with a 2 year old and a 10 month old. So needless to say they were a bit crabby and ready to get out. We told our 2 year old son that he could swim right when we got there - he was pumped. When we were checking in, we found out that we couldn’t go to our room yet - our condo was getting a leak fixed and “it would be super fast”. We didn’t get a call for another hour and a half and at that point, swimming was off the table, the kids were much crabbier than before and we were all just ready to get to our room. A heads up from the company would have been nice that our check in would be delayed 1.5+ hours before we got there. Overall I give the stay 4 stars, but it would have been 5 had we gotten to check in right away and not dealt with crabby kids.

We’ve been coming to Branson for years and this is probably the best condo we’ve stayed in! Very up to date, clean, amazingly comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the sun room. Just wish we had a longer visit this time!

Beautiful condo was terrific for our family visiting Branson - room for family meals, enough bathrooms, and our grandson loved the year-round sunroom! Maintenance was impressive - had a toilet where the handle mechanism broke, our call saw help arrive in under an hour and everything fixed in 10 minutes. We have family in Branson and would love to visit and stay again.

There was a power outage in Missouri and the electricity went out which cut off our heat source at -7 degrees Tried to call the resort to see how long or if they had generators but no answer. Text and called them multiple times today to get refund because we loaded up at 10 pm the night before just to have heat. My 2 and 4 yo granddaughters were with us so we really had no choice but to drive back to Oklahoma I still have not heard back from anyone about how they plan on handling this issue

We loved that all three bedrooms had king-sized beds along with three bathroons. It was perfect for our family. Also, they were helpful to book ours shows we wanted to attend. Would stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Thousand Hills. The condo was close to what we expected. We didn’t realize the upstairs bedroom was across the top of the stairs from the bathroom, but being just 2 couples we took the two downstairs bedrooms. The only issue we had was that the dryer made a horrible screeching sound. We did call Tuesday night to report that so it could be fixed, but it seemed no one came because the dryer still made that awful sound. We just gave up trying to get a load done! Other than that issue I’d say it was a five star stay!
