Awful, we weren’t allowed in.

Don’t go here. We weren’t allowed in by the person that was there, phone number didn’t work and they didn’t respond to my messages. Also very difficult to find and looked awful from the outside. Ended up having to book into another place (Silverfern) last minute who were great. I have been travelling for over 3 months now across 4 different countries and this is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Please don’t go here for your own sake.

This place was so dirty I couldn't use the shower and tried not to even use the toilet. Mould on the walls and the floor. Unsure if the sheets got changed. It just had a microwave and bench over on a table and called it a kitchenette.

I left and did not spend the night I paid for.

I left there not spend the night, has a thousand people sleeping in a dirty and smelly place .... Although it was cheap, it does not meet minimum hygiene standards for guests. They shouldn't let them host people in those conditions.

The fresh aroma of rabbit droppings wafting through from the garage was a delight as was the once in a lifetime opportunity to experience what it might be like, to try and and sleep, at 1am in the morning, in a deli call center. I really enjoyed the midnight banter. Toad, as it had affectionately been called, did us the courtesy of depositing a runny turd at the base of the ranch slider. I liked that furry four legged feline because after having slept in the garage with the four permanently caged rabits, permanently cage Guinea pigs and birds, it transported the local flea circus to our room where we enjoyed a show that left us scratching for more.

Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Owner needs to throughly clean/wash guest rooms + bedding and improve the q

Nice location and owner was easy to contact when required.

once entering the property, the state of the facilities was absolutely poor. Our room was incredibly dusty and it bed sheets we not cleaned. Both my partner and I got Scabies from the bedding. We both were incredibly disappointed and upset about this.

Was cheapest bed I could find in the area

Dirty moldy towels in shower room, room was pretty tight, beds quite close to each other, room smelt like feet, not pleasant sorry.

Way, way, way too expensive for what it is! I had to get to Auckland for an emergency visit and this was the only place

Way, way, way too expensive for what it is! The bed was alright, but the wc rooms could really use a good clean. The room had a weird smell - I was told by someone else in the room that the room had been under water during the cyclone 3 weeks earlier. The location is terrible if you don’t own/rent a car.

Everything. $250 for a dorm bed made up of children's bedding. Dirty toilet. Rip off price. No off street parking. Should've stayed in the city. Crap!!

way overpriced at 3 nights for $448 considering the lack of facilities.

The host was a nice guy.

No access to a sink. the fridge and laundry were in the garage which also housed pet birds. they stunk making it unpleasant to go there. I couldn't find the wifi network

The listing did not mention we had to walk through a room with 5 people staying in it to get in and out of the bathroom. Room smelled. Bathroom mirror also had black mold growing on it.

I never saw something like that before. All around the house was a lot of rubbish and when I walked inside there were a lot of insects. It was very unhygienic and dirty…i decided to leave because I did not wanted to sleep there!

It's disgusting,I'd never recommend this place

The location

As soon as u walk thru the front door an stand at the bedroom door,there is a air freshener in use plugged at the bedroom door entrance, Its got a nice smell but also underneath the perfume scent is an awful disgusting smell that the airfreshner cannot cover, The room is full of flies an spiders,it's a dirty smelly place, We walked in to check in 5 minits later we left an had not returned back to stay, We hadn't viewed the entire place Wat a waste of money
