The house was perfect, we were able to take my sister, who's wheelchair bound in a nursing home in Oklahoma City out to visit with us. Which is what we wanted to do, this way it made our visit more personal rather than sitting at the nursing home. The house was open and enough space for her wheelchair. Everything was clean and plenty of stores and restaurants were close by as well. We will be staying there again

Stellar communication and the garage was a huge plus. Downsides. We travel with the hopes of kicking back at the end of the day relaxing with our family. This was not very comfortable. Honestly if felt more like walking into a dorm room. A lot of bare space. Not real comfy for 4 adults to hang out. I ended up sitting on the floor. There are printed signs posted in several places like you would see in a dorm... such as how much they charge if you steal a hand towel and what we could do to help save energy. No towels were in the master bath, I got them out of the dryer. Trash was left in the backyard and the mb shower was not very clean. There was a pdf for all the info but I could not pull it up on my phone or computer. If all you are doing is walking in and sleeping, it works. But it's not comfortable to decompress after a long day of driving.

Our stay in OKC was pleasant but with some hiccups. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The home is spacious and in a nice neighborhood. Unfortunately, on our arrival the sheets in one of the rooms smelled like mildew because the dryer is inefficient. We rewashed and it took 8 hours to dry in the machine so likely contributed to the problem. Owners was responsive and apologetic. For those who are staying and intend to cook plan to have extra plates and cups on your shopping list.

Perfect stay for attending wedding at the Barn venue just N. Value for stay was great. Garage to park in a plus. Mockingbird in backyard tree was highly entertaining.

My husband and I booked and stayed in this home for one night. Based on things we experienced during our short stay, here are the pros and cons. Pros: 1. Good location, nice neighborhood, close to highway and main streets. 2. Use of garage. 3. Plenty of room if traveling with a group. 3. Easy check in and check out. 4. Owner responsive. Cons: 1. Not as clean as I would like. Rugs in master bath worn and dirty. 2. Mattress in master bedroom way too soft. There is no way we would have been able to sleep on that mattress another night. I can’t speak of the other beds because we didn’t use them. 3. Furniture in living room not as pictured. Covers looked dirty, so we didn’t sit there. 4. Toilet paper holder in secondary bathroom missing off wall. With some attention to detail, this rental has the potential of being 5 star.

Please do yourself a favor and read this review and others below. I made the mistake of not reading all the reviews before booking and wish I would have. Short version, we ended up not staying here and had to book a hotel. There are an abundance of problems: furniture not as pictured, broken legs and covered in cloth that you can’t even sit on. Smoke alarm hanging from the ceiling unplugged, expired license by the city, spray foam all over the windows, overflowing trash. I could go on but more importantly, the owner wouldn’t issue a refund even though we would stay, he called me on my cell phone and was extremely aggressive and yelling on the phone. He will deny all of this in a response but if you read below there are more reviews like mine. Do yourself a favor, pick anywhere but here.

Good house to have a place to sleep while traveling through. The reason I didn't give 5 stars on rating was because I booked for 7 people but there wasn't seating for that many people. The host responded fast when contacted.

Very accommodating. Moved our day without hesitation. Very prompt response. Rental exactly as listed. Air Conditioning took a little while to cool, but then I’m not used to the OK heat. It gets hot out here.

The property's furniture really needs to be replaced. They are terribly worn out. The living room furniture sinks almost to the floor when sat upon. The bed coils are so far gone in all the bedrooms that they gave us all terrible backaches and need medical care to fix it. The worst part was the horrible peat infestation. There were bugs everywhere, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms. One even got into our baby's bassinet and bit him.

In town for a wedding. Very nice place, host was excellent and responsive. Our only complaint is the living room needs a new couch. Extremely uncomfortable and hard to get out of for those of us in the over 50 persuasion 🤓. Living room could also use a regular armchair and coffee table. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water for 4 adults.

We were in town for a family funeral and needed an affordable place to stay with our 3 children. Jonathan's place was just what we needed. It was a good price, clean, and in a safe area. The beds were comfortable and there was space for all of us to get a good night's rest which is just what we needed for our busy weekend. Check out was simple and we had no issues with anything at the property during our stay.

Convenient and quiet location

A small house in a nice older neighborhood with easy access to the highways and dining. The property was spacious but not very well equipped for cooking in. There is something of a black ant problem in the kitchen area which the owner is trying to address with traps, but the ants are winning. Also we could not locate the “property book” but we figured things out well enough. I would return, and I would recommend this location for families looking for a quiet location.
