Nestled in Hudson, this charming house for $201 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Water Front House on Canal 6541 Boatyard Drive Hudson, Florida Entire House - 2 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms House located on canals access to the Gulf of Mexico Featuring a private dock and a waterfront location. The house is surrounded by restaurants with live music (5 minutes drive), and Hudson Beach is around the corner. Centrally located and offering comfortable accommodations, this waterfront home is the perfect choice for snowbirds heading south for the winter or beach-bound families any time of year. Home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a King size bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Living Room Sectional Sofa can be pulled out into a Queen size bed. The kitchen has everything you need including a microwave, Kcup coffee maker, toaster, mixer, blender, pots-n-pans, etc. The Gas Grill and Fire Pit are located outside the French door from the kitchen. House comes with Wifi Internet and cable. The yard is fenced in but open at the water. There is an awesome floating dock for you to launch the kayaks or keep your boat. The property is close to lots of shopping. The surrounding area offers golf, mini-golf, fishing, kayaking, boat rentals, scalloping, water skiing, antique shopping, casino cruising, and a lot more. There are numerous grocery stores within 5 miles. 20 miles to Clearwater, and 15 miles to Weeki Wachee, a state park with crystal clear spring water ideal for family fun, swimming kayaking, or one & only live Mermaid show. Plenty to do around the area. Restaurants and bars abound. Locals are extremely nice and helpful. A well-behaved dog may be permitted by the owner, provided the dog is crated when left alone. We also require that dogs not be allowed on all beds and furniture. This enables us to continue to offer a home for pets and their families. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 is required prior to arrival. Prior approval is required to bring more than one dog and an additional pet fee will be required to be paid. We will request the additional monies after the reservation is confirmed. IF ANY PET IS BROUGHT TO THE PREMISES WITHOUT RECEIVING PRIOR APPROVAL AND/OR THE $150 PER PET FEE BEING PAID, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $500 PET PENALTY FOR EACH UNAUTHORIZED PET!!! The home is under Surveillance. Security Camera locates exterior of the property. As the property is open to the water, for the liability and safety of our home and our guest(s), any guest(s) that tamper or attempts to cover up the cameras will be charged up to $1,500 fine. With starting my retirement we picked our stay in Hudson and couldn’t be HAPPIER!!! The house is just what you see in pictures. We loved it!!! My children and grandkids came to spend a few days also with us as we were there for a month. Kevin and his wife could not of been any nicer and answered any questions we had. High recommendations to anyone 💕 wanting to stay.

Completely rejuvenated after this trip!! The host was easy to reach and even let us check in early after a long drive across country. It was hard to leave but will stay again when we visit! Thank you so much for sharing your home.

We stayed at this 2 bed 2 bath home for a few nights to be near family that was visiting in the area. The back yard was awesome. We say so many birds and ducks in the canal. The patio included a gas grill, table and sofa as well as lounge chairs for sun bathing. The host was very responsive when I had a few questions. We would definately recommend this to anyone staying in Hudson.

This house is exactly as advertised. It's not a big house, but suited us very well. The fact that we were able to bring our 2 labs sealed it for us. It was our 1st trip to Hudson & we loved the area. Good restaurants, activities to do & plenty of birds & dolphins to watch.

We came down from Nebraska and rented the house for three days. Everything was as described. No issues with the house. Everything was clean, beds are comfortable. Kidz even said the beds were comfortable. The driveway is just long enough for a vehicle and a JetSki or two vehicles. 10 out of 10 we will be back!

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect location for visiting family in Hudson. We spent our evenings on the back porch overlooking the water and even catching a few fish and a crab! House was just as described. Super comfy beds! We will be back!

What a little treasure of a house. We enjoyed crabbing and fishing in the back yard. The bed was comfortable. The A/C worked great. We loved how the second bathroom was just off the garage. It was nice privacy. There were so many attractions and great restaurants nearby. Our daughter and her boyfriend only live 10 minutes away, so it was perfect for us. When we were packing up to leave, it started pouring down rain. It was great to be able to back the van in the garage to load up. We will book here again.

It would have been nice to have the grass mowed prior to arrival. I had my small 16 yr old dog with me and the grass was as tall as him with lots of sticker type weeds. It was tough on him when I had to pull them out of his toe pads. Otherwise the house was good for my travel needs.

This was our second time staying at this property and we love it! The owners had made some improvements since last year. Outside, they had added a couple of big umbrellas for shade, as well as a small deck with some chaise lounge chairs. Inside there were a couple of additional bar stools for the island. We had a sister and brother-in-law staying with us for a few days and they loved it too. They didn’t love the trundle beds in the second bedroom, but we older people are rather picky about our bed sometimes! 😊 The owners are very accommodating and reply quickly. We had a death in the family right before our reservations and had to alter our plans. The owners were wonderful to work with, Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

One thing I liked was all the extras that came with property. Quiet area, fishing right out back door. Everything from fire pit, grill, fishing gear, kayaks, canoes, etc, etc!! Wow.. a TRUE cottage and house away from home. Thx so Much. Terry and Kathy

Rented this clean well stocked house over the holidays to enjoy salt life with my family…we fished, kayaked, canoed, grilled and enjoyed the fire each night. It was perfect! Host was responsive. We are planning to stay again.

We had an enjoyable time with our dogs at the property. The place was extremely clean when we arrived and comfortable. The backyard is large and the neighbors were nice. I do wish there were some trees in the backyard to provide some shade but other than that no complaints. Great large TV in the main room. Not a bad transit out to the Gulf.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had a nice island that was good for meal preparation when we were too tired to go out. The yard was cute and one night we had a Blue Heron that just relaxed near the dock. There were multiple TVs and games so we could do things together or have some time alone.
