Overall it was really good, the rooms for the kids were amazing, pool was great temperature and size, Property management were responsive, everything was clean.
Things i didn’t like were the following, the check in was at 5pm and i couldn't access until then, the entrance gate for the community without a guard did not work with the provided QR code so we always needed to call so they can open the gate for us.
The Arcade games were nice but would malfunctioning sometimes.

The location was just perfect with the church ceremony and the reception for the wedding. Our group was amazed with the place. It is what it showed on the VRBO website. It was clean, the young once enjoyed the game room and young ones enjoyed the theatre room. The pool
was just a good size, just did not have a chance to really enjoy it with our busy schedule. Overall we had a good stay and will definitely come back if given a chance to visit Orlando again.

We love staying on Storey Lakes and the location of this villa was perfect. Located overlooking a lake, nice and quiet and far enough away from the street for us not to get disturbed by noise.
The villa is huge, we particularly loved the games room, which was extremely well equipped and we even had an extra arcade game delivered while we were there.
The cinema room was fantastic, ideal for when we had a couple of days rained off due to storms.
There are plenty of facilities in the villa for enough a large family, or number of families, woth 2 washimg tubs and 2 tumble dryers.
Communication with the rental agents was spot on and they responded immediately to any queries. We had a couple of niggling issues which were resolved to our satisfaction immediately.
The themed bedrooms are very well done, so if you are staying with kids, they will love them, especially the Star Wars pods in the games room.

We enjoyed this stay. Extremely close to everything. The adults and kids loved the game room, and movie room. Plenty of space to spread out.
I would recommend having more towels and kitchen ware on hand. Larger pots and pans for the amount of bedrooms/ guest would make more sense; same with the towels.
Overall we would stay here again. Property managers were helpful and prompt.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! This house was just great! If you travel with boys they will love the Star Wars themed room! It’s like a Star Wars hotel! We really enjoyed the movie theatre in the house, got the chance to share a movie every night, it even had an XBox for the kids to play with. The house was really comfortable and clean. Close to Disney parks, shopping and dining. I would definitely stay here again!! I had stayed in this neighborhood at another house last year, but this house was so much better! Definitely booking this one next year!!

The biggest issue we had was contact with the host - David. we called numerous times before and during the trip and only spoke with him twice. we would call and leave messages and get no call back. A few things that became an issue was the refrigerator went out but the issue was not it messing up it was getting it fixed. we had one lady come and say it was our fault and then the second man fixed it once we told him what we were told the first time didn't make since. the door lock keypad quit working and no one called us back for it to be fixed after we tried to contact him 2 days before we left. another issue was the tv kept cutting out and the wifi would not keep connected. the patio doors were broke too.

We were a family of 14 and found the house perfect for us. It had everything we needed to entertain the kids and ourselves when not at disney. A great choice to relax away from disney. The host is very responsive as well which was appreciated.

The house was beautiful but we had several things that needed attention - the dishwasher did not turn on, no hot water in kitchen sink, sliding door did not lock, screen on patio was completely loose so bugs did get in, and the electrical outlets on patio did not work. The owner - David and Lilia did respond when we had questions.

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of room for our party of 11 (2 families). Absolutely wonderful and it’s just like the pics show on the listing. It’s close to everything including Disney, Universal Studios, and a Target super close. Will definitely stay again.

We were a family of 15. Grandparents, Adult Children and Grandkids. We looked at different properties and kept coming back to this one. From the time we booked this property the communication was great. Mr.Tung and his team responded to any inquiries I had. They were prompt and professional. Instruction for checking in and out was clear and easy.
The Property was clean. The home had all the essential one would need for a weekend or a week stay. Because we like a certain comfort we always travel with our personal essentials that makes any getaway special. One suggestion to management, look into installing a peep hole In the entrance door. If your looking for a property with space, shops and food near by and private this is the place for you. We will definitely rent again from this property. Thanks to you and your team for a wonderful stay!

The house was exactly as the pictures showed. There was 6 adults and 7 kids(ages1-12). There was plenty of room for all of us. The pool and hot tub was a hit. No need to go anywhere else, but we were close enough to do 5 different activities. The grandkids had a blast and are asking to go back again.

This was a great property for our pre-Christmas family gathering of 17 (ages 18 months to 75 years). We had a very nice stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. The boys enjoyed the pod beds very much! The beds were all comfortable. The only negative is that the walls seemed thin, maybe they use less insulation in Florida? You could hear conversations downstairs while in an upstairs bedroom with. The property is definitely in use (there were marks on the walls and a few other places where is started to show some wear) but that didn’t bother us as long as everything worked and any questions we had the property manager responded almost immediately.

everything was perfect..same as pictures ..we had 5yr to 60 year range of people..everyone enjoyed thoroughly..pool /spa with heat was the bestest..only thing was we couldn't go use the resort amenities as it was cold water so can't review that but other than that perfect family vacation before Thanksgiving. everything was nearby publix walmart,sams club , all the restaurants, shopping..and not much traffic. David tung and Marcela and team was great to work with..they were answering my questions within few hrs. all in all family loved it the beautiful house..especially game room and movie theater..worth every penny.

The home was 8 bedrooms which held half my team. The rooms was excellent. The amenities was outstanding. Perfect for large families going to Disney or what ever you are doing! Highly recommend story lake resort!!

We had a group of 4 families with kids and had a wonderful stay. It never felt cramped and everyone had a blast. We really enjoyed the house and the pool area in the neighborhood. The game room was a real highlight for the kids and the theater was great for watching football and playing video games. The location could not be better! Close to Disney, groceries, restaurants...pretty much anything you could need is very close.
A few tips:
The stove is an induction stove and there are only a few pots and pans available. If you have some induction compatible cookware, pack it.
There are place settings for a group of 8 or so. If you have a really large group like we did, definitely bring paper products. Honestly, you don't want to be washing dishes after that many people anyway.
Bring all your spices and condiments. At least at the time of our stay, none of those were stocked in the house, except maybe salt and pepper.
Overall, this place is first class! The house was in immaculate condition. The management company was very responsive and communicative. Highly recommend!

This home was true to the pictures.. very large and beautiful. Our grandkids had a blast. There even was a large crock pot which I was not expecting. I would suggest bringing an electric fry pan (if possible) because cooking breakfast for 10 people would have been a little challengingly with the average size pans provided. I ‘m a cook and note things like this. Otherwise, there were quality coffee pot(2), toaster, and even a blender.
