My sister and I rented this lakeside townhouse for a week. The check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The townhouse was clean and beds were so comfortable we slept like a rock! The jacuzzi tub was the perfect size and nice to relax in before bed. The bedrooms are upstairs so be sure you don’t have issues getting up and down them. The screened in lanai had a nice table and chairs and was the best place to enjoy coffee in the mornings. Our favorite spot was by the pool that was just outside our unit. We would stay here again for sure.

Property was clean and neat. We enjoyed the use of the pool, deck and lake. We were able to kayak multiple times. The location is peaceful. It made us sad to leave. Thank you to the owner for accommodating us with our requests. We would definitely recommend this property to couples and families.

Absolutely LOVED the master bed. Got some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time!!! Pillows comfy. Loved the dock and the view of the lake. Wish I had a jet ski to bring with me - say one of the residents having a blast the morning we left - I’m sure it had nothing to do with our leaving. The attention to details was GREATLY appreciated.

This lake is small and does not have access to the larger lakes but it has a Sandy beach and clear water I wouldn’t suggest it for serious boaters. We noticed a couple of small alligators who were hanging out near the Lilly pads. We were courageous and used the kayaks it was a lot of fun. The pool was clean and very easy access. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was very good. There were sugar ants in the kitchen and we had to store all food in the fridge after the ants got in our cereal and got into our muffins. The owner responded quickly whenever I reached out. Overall it was a lovely time with my teenage grandson.

The owner is easy to work with, and was very helpful. We had a very well-kept three bedroom condo with a great view of a of a small lake and a swimming pool right out our back door. We would definitely use the place again if we are in this area.

My husband and I stayed for 8 days in March. The owner is very accessible and responds quickly! The home is very clean and comfortable. View of the pool and lake is beautiful looking out the double patio doors also the screened in patio. Didn’t have a chance to use the kayaks this time but definitely will on our next vacation. We are looking forward to our extended stay next year!

We had an amazing time at this property. The view was amazing out over Lake McCoy, the pool was perfect for the kids, and just out the back door. The property was ready for anyone! It had plenty of towels, comfortable beds and linens, and a lot of those minor, oops I forgot items already on site. Property owner was always at the ready if we had questions. We were very pleased with the Lake House, and it was only a mile from my other family in the area! We will for sure book again next time we come to town.

The property was conveniently located in Lake Placid to my family's reunion on Lake Carrie. Minor adjustments were reported to the property owner for corrective action, but nothing that would keep us from staying again. The townhouse is situated directly in front of the pool which makes it super convenient to watch the kids play from the living room or porch.

Wonderful view over looking lake, very clean, organized condo with comfortable beds! Hosts were great to work with and quick to respond with any issues. Bonus was host accommodated us with early check in for my 80 year old father. Loved the master over looking the lake! Also was nice that they had some condiments in place to use! Overall a great place to stay!

Perfect spot near the track

Our team races at Sebring every year, and this townhouse is was the perfect place to relax after a long day of racing. The place is very clean, and there’s a pool to cool off in. Quick 15 min ride to the speedway, with plenty of places to find food in between.
