Our family of 12, ranging in age from 8 to 68 stayed in June. The house more than met our needs. Everything was clean and we especially appreciated that the kitchen was so well equipped. Most of our time was outside on our 'private' beach. The owners had kayaks paddles and a wonderful water trampoline that was a huge hit w/everyone.
There was some construction occuring in adjacent lots which didn't bother us.
We enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider staying there again.

What a wonderful stay at this fully loaded lakehouse. We took our employees on a weekend retreat to Lake Hamilton and was not disappointed in this house and its location. It really does have everything that you could imagine from a pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, and even fishing equipment. We made use of almost everything including the paddleboard and float toys that are onsite. The peninsula has a picnic table and makes for a scenic and relaxing place for a lunch. The house has plenty of beds that are extra comfortable and all the linens that could be needed. The showers are phenomenal and plenty of water pressure. The location is incredible as there is a walmart less than one mile away and right off the main drag of Central Ave. Even as close to town that you are; it feels as though you are very secluded.

My family and I had an great stay. House easily fit all 29 of us. Plenty of room for indoor and outdoor activities.
It was very hot in August so cove felt like warm bath water. The boat dock did not have a working ladder so did not have easy access to lake, but we made it work. Oh, and unfortunately geese droppings were plentiful.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and met all expectations. We had a big group of 20 guys and all fit. Great open spaces and plenty of room.

Our group of 11 (8 adults, 3 small children) stayed here for 5 days for a family reunion. The view is fabulous. Lots of room to spread out and lots of big bathrooms for everyone. Our entire group agreed that the beds were incredibly comfortable and the linens were so soft! Plenty of seating for everyone, both for dining and for lounging inside and out on the patio. More seating down by the water would be nice. Also, there wasn’t any sand on the beach on the peninsula. Perhaps it washed away? That was disappointing for us. We specifically wanted that area for our little grandchildren to play based on other reviews.
We cooked most meals at the house so we used the kitchen a lot. There was plenty of fridge/freezer space. The kitchen was stocked well with appliances and cooking gear. The owners brought us a new griddle so we could make pancakes. A few more large platters and large serving bowls would be nice but we were able to manage with what was there. There are 2 dishwashers, and lots of sinks in the kitchen, which was awesome. It took us a while to find all the light switches. There are a lot. The owners did there best to label them all. The one for the stove is hidden behind the coffee pot. Didn’t find that one until the last day. The A/C mini split in the garage was broken so we couldn’t spend any time using the pool table.
Owners were very friendly and responsive!
Overall we had a great time and would recommend.

19 members of my family, married children and 9 kids. We enjoyed everything at the lake and the games in the garage. We also love a covered deck. Beds were really comfortable.

Our family and friends stayed at the house with us in the days leading up to, of, and after our big day. Joe and Amy were very easy to work with and helped make sure everything was ready for our stay and our event. From the courtyard patio to the stunning back yard our event flowed beautifully with enough space for our guests and a view that took their breaths away. We were able to use the boat ramp and dock which worked perfectly for our wakeboard boat. I seriously could not say enough great things.
As for our stay at the house, it was more than comfortable - the beds/ comforters/ pillows were incredible and everyone boasted about how well they were able to sleep there. There was plenty of room for family dinner, a coffee pot for the morning, and three refrigerators which were extremely helpful.
We are so grateful and hope they continue to allow weddings and events at this property so that others can enjoy it as much as we did.

We really enjoyed our week on Lake Hamilton and especially enjoyed the little cove in front of the house. There were 19 of us and the home was large enough for everyone to be comfortable. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had before our arrival and even sent a better floorplan so we could plan which rooms would share bathrooms. The house was well stocked with the basics so we didn't need to bring as much. Our only suggestions for improvements would be to add places for clothes (not many closets or dressers/chests), and to add hooks or shelves in the bathrooms to hang towels and wash cloths. We loved the large living room and enjoyed gathering there in the evenings for games and conversation. Great location in a beautiful house for family and friends to spend time together!

We had 20 people of all ages and everyone had their own place. The access to the lake was great. Lake Hamilton was surprisingly not busy in early August for surfing and other boating. You can rent a pontoon form the house owner too. Needed shopping was only 5 minutes away. we all agreed that we will come back someday.

Excellent location for our group of 15-18 folks, from ages 1 to 81 for a full week. Excellent kitchen with several refrigerators and freezers for food. Beautiful view of the lake with easy access for rental boat from nearby marina. Stay here for isolation, or very short drive to town for those that want to.

Additionally, the house is so well decorated and really exceeded all expectations. We met the owner Joe when we got there and he was extremely hospitable and allowed our group to put a volleyball net up in the yard which was great for our large group. We also enjoyed the kayaks provided on the property, the movie room downstairs, and the game room upstairs. The master suite was incredible I loved it. This house made our trip amazing I only wish we had spent more time here!

The layout of the house is excellent as it offers areas for the children to be inside yet convenience for adults to mix and mingle. In addition, the set up of the bedrooms allows for parents with small children to put them to bed and the areas remain quiet. We will definitely return

This Hamilton Lake cove home was everything we needed for a wonderful week on the lake! Love the location, the private cove was superb. Love having the kayaks and paddle board ready to play. So much room for all to spread out, with four different families. We’d love to come back, get ready for us!!

A group of 16 friends with kids stayed at this property in July. It is stunning. No doubt. The views from the lake, the little private swimming cove, and more! Pictures don't even show that they have a paddle board and canoes and water trampoline and one of those huge flamingo floats. We had such a fun time. The garage converted game room is awesome for kids. We enjoyed the boat docks where we brought both of our boats. The owners were LOVELY. Not often do you get to interact with the owners and we did a few times! They even helped us get our boat out of the lake and are working on a new ramp! He came and talked to us (but not intrusively) we asked for it! He asked if there were anything he could do to better our stay. The only two things we could think of were bathroom hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels and blinds in one of the rooms that didn't have it! That is IT! They have thought of lots of details and the living spaces are enormous for tons of people. We never felt crowded. Beds were all comfy. Everything was super clean. If you are weird about sharing bathrooms, then make sure you look at the actual layout of the house map! We did not, but it was fine! A few of the bathrooms are not connected to rooms and that is ok! WE just did not look into it so it was a tiny surprise on our end when we arrived. The location on the lake was our favorite. It is just truly a gem this house and we hope to make it back out!

No matter what room you're in, there is something(s) that makes it special and shows the personal touches that the owners put into it. I dont want to spoil anyone's experience there by being specific.....you'll smile when you happen upon what I'm talking about. The seclusion of the property with the peninsula and cove all to yourself is awesome. We took advantage of renting one of the owner's pontoon boats for the majority of our stay which only enhanced our stay. Being able to go out and explore, swim and fish in Lake Hamilton any time we wanted was an incredible bonus. Joe and Amy are tremendous hosts who truly care about their guests. Cannot recommend this property enough!

This house has it all. You like cooking? big kitchen, almost any utensil/pot/pan you could need to make dinner to feed the whole crew. You like fishing? I caught a big one literally right off the dock(then cooked it in the big kitchen). Big spaces for the whole group to gather, and private places to hide away. The beds were super comfortable, everybody had a great time there. I can't see anyone saying anything otherwise.
