This beautifully decorated four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home is located on a quiet side road in Grand Beach and is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The private outdoor pool will keep your family busy for hours and if you need something else to do, you can enjoy the nearby Grand Beach playground, tennis courts, and basketball courts, or simply take a quick stroll to the beach. As you enter the home a hallway leads you to the main bedroom to the right and the primary living area, well-equipped kitchen, and dining area to the left. The spacious kitchen is superbly appointed with high-end appliances, stone countertops with breakfast bar seating for four, and is open to the dining and living area, which allows you to interact with your family while preparing meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a lovely harvest table around which the family can gather and a large living area with comfortable seating situated around a gorgeous stone fireplace. Off the living area is a fantastic screened porch with a dining table and patio seating perfect to dine or relax outside during our great Michigan evenings. The main bedroom is on the main level and is furnished with a king bed and en suite full bathroom. As a plus, the entire main bedroom wing closes off for privacy. There are two bedrooms on the upper level, with two twin beds in the first and a queen and a twin with a trundle bed in the second. There is a cozy TV loft at the top of the stairs where you can relax in peace while overlooking the main floor. The newest addition to Putter's Pool House is the finished lower level with a fourth bedroom and a high-end media room including a 65-inch TV, a premium surround sound stereo system, and great seating. The adjoining fourth bedroom is completely enclosed with a queen bed and has plenty of windows to let in the natural light and provide a view of the outdoors. Putter's Pool House has all the amenities you could ask for: Wireless high-speed internet, gas grill, indoor and outdoor stereo sound, a personal gym with a half bathroom in the finished garage, and an outdoor pool with a fully-retractable electric pool cover. There is even a golf cart available for licensed drivers over the age of 25 - local Grand Beach usage only, please! This is the perfect vacation home to enjoy Michiana! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The pool is closed from Labor Day until Memorial Day. The pool will be heated at 80 degrees prior to your arrival. If you wish for the heat to increase, please contact Vacasa after you secure your booking. The cost for additional pool heat is $25/night. This property is managed by Vacasa Michigan LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book. Guests under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Two families stayed here to celebrate NYE. The house was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked as we did a lot of cooking. There was plenty of space for the kids to play and the adults to hang out. Highly recommend this house. Would love to stay in the summer and take advantage of the beautiful yard with the pool and fire pit.

Very nice, spacious house with a great pool and high end backyard and grill area. Great location near park, golf course, and tennis courts. The owners left plenty of useful things out guests to use including golf carts, pool toys and a well stocked kitchen. Pay the $25 extra for the pool to be heated above 80 degrees - it was well worth it. We had two minor service issues that were taken care of right away when we texted the local help # (do not try the main Vacasa line or texting- they were useless). All in all a great house that we highly recommend. Jeff and Tracie (we had 10 total in the house for a week)

GREAT HOUSE

The house was great - tons of space for everyone to spread out and hang. Loved the two dishwashers. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils/dishes. Lots of pool floats available for use. The golf cart was a nice plus as well. Sonos sound system is also great - played music both indoor and outdoors! My favorite place to relax was on the screen porch. The management company was wonderful to deal with as well. My only complaints were: 1.) no beach towels provided at all. Looking back it doesn't say in the description that they're provided but I've never been to a beach/pool rental house that didn't provide beach towels for use and 2.) the a/c was a bit difficult to regulate as there was only one thermostat for the whole house. As a result, the basement was freezing, the upstairs was hot/stuffy and the main floor was cool/comfortable. All in all - we'd return and stay at this home again.
