What a wonderful vacation house, perfectly suited for families with children! Loved the game room, themed bedrooms, pool/hot tub, every amenity we could have asked. Great communication, good value, close enough to Disney and attractions. Beautiful area of similar homes, great neighborhood features such as water park and another pool/lazy river, plus plus plus! Would love to return and highly recommend.

The property was amazing, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all four families to stay at one place. This let us maximize our time together. The heated pool and hot tub were just what we needed since the weather in January can be somewhat cool. The kids had a blast. The resort amenities were enjoyed by all as well on a couple of the nicer days.
The location was nicely located for easy access to attractions all around us.
It would have been helpful to have foil and saran wrap on hand for leftovers (which we purchased and left in the pantry). We were disappointed that the fitness center was not available prior to the clubhouse opening at 9:00, despite having a separate outside access door.
All in all, a wonderful family trip.

This was a wonderful property to stay at for our veterinary conference. Everyone had their own room and it worked as additional team bonding for movie nights. I will definitely bring my team back - they had a blast!

Everything with the house was great and as advertised. The only hiccup was at check in at the gate. I was not made aware of the need to provide names to the property owners ahead of time to obtain parking passes as they are the only people that can submit names to the guard gate if you have more than 1 vehicle.
Overall still a great experience, already booked my next stay!

We stayed in the house with our basketball team when playing a tournament in Orlando. It was perfect. The game room, theater room and pool were a huge hit. Plus every player and coach had their own bed! The only thing that was hard was cooking for 14. I could have used a large fry pan and an electric skillet, but we made it work and ate great!

We had an amazing time at Storey Lake! This house is everything as advertised. It’s beautiful, clean, and spacious! Our host was also great, replied in a timely manner and helped us with any questions. It’s close to a lot of shopping centers and there’s also good food places near by. Unfortunately, it rained and was a little colder during our stay but choosing to have the pool heated didn’t stop us from having fun. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this beautiful home for anyone looking for a home away from home.

This place was amazing! We stayed with a total of 6 children and 7 adults! There was plenty of room ! The house is within 10 minutes of Walmart, target, Marshall’s, Ross, and Sam’s club! 15 minutes to get to Disney and Orlando studios!
The only thing I would say it lacks is kitchen necessities. We stayed 5 days and had to get more trash bags, dish soap , big spoons , spatulas etc. it was also missing a pool ball and ping pong paddle when we arrived . We did find the missing pool ball on the last day ! (Woohoo)
The pool & hot tub seemed to warm up the way it was supposed to the last two days. I’m not sure what we did to make it start working properly but once it finally warms up the pool and hot tub are perfect! The movie room was AWESOME! Hooked right up to the Roku and connects to all the apps. Very easy to use !
Overall my family and I would definitely stay again the kids are already asking to return. They rather stay in this house than go to any of the Disney parks!

Our large family absolutely loved this home! It was spacious, clean and fun for all ages. Communication with the management team was responsive, timely and helpful. The surrounding area is beautiful and the location was convenient. We would stay again if given the opportunity.

Our stay was amazing. The house was clean. The themed rooms were so amazing especially the Star Wars room. The kids loved that room.
The location of the property was at the very back of the neighborhood. We didn’t mind so much but some guest might. The house backed up to a pond and we saw alligators. We all thought that was pretty cool.
The house was very close to restaurants and shopping.
The few issues we did have were: cell service wasn’t always great it was spotty. Once we left the house our phones worked fine. We did have some noises neighbors that liked to sit outside the house and talk late into the night.
Overall a great house and great experiences.

New well maintained property, comfortable and fun, daily trash pickup, our kids loved the games room and community pool, at the far end of the development so no traffic and lots of parking, close to Target and Publix for grocery shopping.

The property was just as it is depicted in the photos. Clean, organized and over the top with comfortable rooms for the adults and fun themed rooms for the kids. Our grandkids loved the Frozen, Star Wars and Jurassic Park rooms and bounced between them since they couldn't decide which was more fun. The communication with the management team was particularly great. When I messaged them from a park that we wanted to turn on the hot tub heater they responded immediately and even sent an estimate of what it would cost so I could approve before they moved forward. I had several messages with the management team before we arrived and they always responded quickly and professionally. My family all said they wanted to come back next time we plan a vacation in Orlando. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

We rented two properties side by side for a family reunion of 32 people. From the initial contact via VRBO, the process was great. Properties were exactly as advertised, management was extremely responsive and helpful. Had several questions prior to visit that were answered promptly. Had maintenance issue that was handled promptly and resolved. AND there was follow up contact to make sure all was still okay. All amenities were exactly as promised. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful and clean property. It has every amenity that you could possibly want or need. It was a short commute to the Disney parks. The children in our family loved the themed rooms, the theater room, and the arcade room! The pool and spa were warm and comforting. We enjoyed watching the natural wildlife of alligators, lizards, and beautiful birds safely from the enclosed pool area. Our family had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Immaculately clean and an enormous amount of space! The kitchen was huge, and we enjoyed several homemade meals while there. The Star Wars bedroom was a favorite hangout for our boys, and the theater room was used every day. The beds were extremely comfortable and we spent a lot of time in the game room. Small issue with the pool was promptly dealt with and fixed. We were so impressed with the wonderful communication from David, and we look forward to staying here again!

The house was off the charts. The pictures could NOT capture the pure magic this home had. The decor was just perfect, the rooms all spacious. The theater was just incredible and accommodated our entire family for belly laughs and connections. The home was so clean, beds comfortable, and the ground were impeccable. Our surprise family reunion for my 86 yr old mom allowed her sister, her 3 kids, our children and a great grandchild to be in the same room after 20 yrs. This property was the PERFECT house to allow this to happen, Memories of a lifetime right there. The communication with the Management Co. and the host was swift and constant if need be. Flawless experience and I have already started to recommend this development and house.

Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy our stay as much as we had anticipated based on initial booking. The gate/guard entry was usually backed up and it took a half an hour one time to just get into the property. The home we stayed at didn't match the booking photos. Star Wars room lacked any storage/dresser. Other rooms either lacked a dresser or nightside stand. The family room furniture was very uncomfortable and hard. We weren't able to use the movie room because it wouldn't connect to the internet. The kids enjoyed the two arcade games however the room was so crammed full of stuff that it was hard to do anything else but play those. The basketball game wasn't working to keep score. There were paint spots that you can tell were covered with the wrong color paint. The inside of the dishwasher was covered in black mold. I contacted the property management who sent a woman out with an automatic dishwasher cleaner that she put in the machine however it still reeked of mold/mildew smell after cleaning. I ended up having to hand wash everything as I would not reuse anything that came out of the machine.
We did enjoy the hot tub/spa but didn't like that it would turn off the pool heat to use it. The outdoor lounge chairs were also covered in mold and mildew. You can tell this is a corporate owned property that lacked warmth of home which was overall a disappointment for our stay.

Very apparently a property was commercially owned. Not a lot of attention to detail with finishes, cleaning, etc. I could not see the neighborhood prior to renting. If I could have, I do not think I would of stayed there.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The layout was great (2 bdrms downstairs + living space + game room; rest upstairs). The home was very spacious and reasonably clean. We brought our own basic supplies & I'm glad we did (particularly trash bags and pump hand soap). The daily trash pickup was great. The pool + hot tub were fantastic. The heat worked perfectly and we swam every day and night. We never even made it to the waterpark. The game room was a fun addition and we all enjoyed the jurassic park game + the racing game. Basketball game wasn't keeping score. The kids LOVED sleeping in the jeep + star wars pods (both super neat). I would stay at this home or another of their rentals again for sure. The screened in porch seems to not be doing it's job as there were some crazy bugs/spiders but we just swept them away with a broom (that's Florida on the water though, lots of bugs). The only improvements I would recommend would be to have a grill and have the dryer vent deep cleaned. We didn't do laundry but we did dry our pool towels every night and I noticed it needed cleaning down deep. Overall, this house is terrific and I would absolutely recommend it. We had a wonderful time. It made us want a theatre room!

The apartment was very good, and the location was excellent. We were a large family of 10 people. Everything went smoothly without any problems. I can recommend the apartment to everyone, especially families with children.

We had the best time celebrating my son's 8th birthday. We had 12 kids and 7 adults! The house was amazing and easily fit all of us comfortably! The themed rooms and amazing game rooms were unbelievable! This was an unforgettable experience.
