Location of the property was great, central to everything which was good. It’s definitely outdated and it wasn’t clear to me that the place was a condo- basically part of a bigger home where other people were staying. That really wasn’t an issue as it was private with separate entrance, etc., but I think good to know. The TV in the master didn’t work but everything else seemed to work as planned. We would definitely consider staying again all in all.

The ONE heads up I’d give people who want to book is that the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms can be dangerous. I slipped twice and my son slipped once during the time we were there. No one got hurt and there are hand rails on both sides, but my recommendation is to take it slow and cautious. Just worth it to know, in my opinion. Doesn’t change my overall rating as we enjoyed our stay! Checkout procedures were easy, which is always nice!

Thought it was a bit noisey with all the doors slamming from the attached building
Unable to use the gas fire place as instructions were not clear although ticket was put in no one followed up or fixed it so lost that piece we were hoping for
Cob webs in bedroom and dust of thickness on living room fan suggest more than one hand towel for bathroom for several nights stay

This is our 4th summer staying in this house. We love the location and walking down town. It's very kid friendly. The backyard and house have just not been well maintained. The backyard has gone downhill fast - it used to have a nice patio and covered sandbox. Now it's gross and has one broken chair. The house is well stocked but there are also like lots of random things that have been sitting for years in the closets and drawers (broken remotes, one sock, old manuals, broken screens....). It needs a good purge and deep clean.

As we pull up we were in disbelief this was the right place. As we opened the door we were pleasantly surprised with how beautiful the apartment was. Plenty of space. Would definitely love to stay again

We loved being able to walk downtown and the unit had plenty of space for our family of four. The other positive reviews are all correct about how great the unit is. We liked that there were games and toys and a gaming system.
We had a few issues: There was a small bug infestation limited to just the sinks. The staircase is very dangerous and it's not mentioned in the listing. I have a daughter with a physical disability and it forced us to put her in the downstairs bedroom and adjust our plans a bit. I slipped down the stairs myself because the treads are so shallow. I had to install the window AC in the downstairs bedroom; the temperature was in the 80s. We couldn't pick up the wifi and I found the router was unplugged. It took me a while to find the router to figure that out.

There was great communication with the property manager company, Vacasa and they even overnighted a lost charger after our visit. There is a shared parking area with a building connected to this rental. The neighbors were very quiet and there was plenty of parking and access to our rental.

Long Weekend
The house was clean and a good size for our group of 5 women. Check in process was all automated through Vacasa, so it was easy. About an hour before we arrived we received a text from the local property manager and they let us know that one of the showers was broken due to frozen pipes. This was unfortunate, but at least we had one other shower (or so we thought). When we tried to shower the day after we arrived we realized that shower was not draining at all. We texted the property manager that evening and did not hear back. I followed up again the next day and finally heard back that they were sending a plumber out. This was around 11am. By 8pm the plumber still had not arrived, so I followed up again. I was told the plumber could come later that night. I told the manager not to worry because we were leaving the next morning. We did receive a partial refund, but not having a working shower really put a damper on the weekend. Aside from that the house is in a great location. It should also be noted that the stairs to the upstairs are very shallow and definitely not to code. A few of us fell down them when we first arrived.

Perfect spot and the house was perfect for our family! Communication was exceptional with the owners company, and we were a walk to downtown and walk to the mountain! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place and wanting to do a bunch of things!

You can only get a robot to answer your question over email and through text and only the day of check in! Also please add garbage bags that do not break easily, Saran wrap and/or tinfoil to your kitchen supplies. I left mine for the next person. You also need more than two coffee cups. Thank you.

Great stay near town
We had a great mother daughter get away. The property had everything we needed and was close enough to walk to the downtown area for coffee and shopping. We were looking for a short drive to Settler’s Green for Bring a Friend weekend and that is exactly what we got. We will definitely look to rent this property again!

This rental is very convenient to North Conway village. (Walking distance). Plenty of space and well kept. Comfy beds. We were a little jealous of the tv!

We wanted a place within an easy walk to downtown North Conway and this place fit the bill. It's an older home that was clean and quiet. Plenty of space. We did not use the kitchen much but it looked well-equipped. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Property Manager was responsive. We would stay at this place again. 4.5 Stars.

We wanted a place within an easy walk to downtown North Conway and this place fit the bill. It's an older home that was clean and quiet. Plenty of space. The rooms are so small and uncomfortable to get around in. The floors are uneven and the stairs are out of code and dangerous. Not many good qualities other than the downtown location.
