About this condo rental

Lake Erie Vista is the best place to stay in Geneva on the Lake. 1 mile from the strip but far enough away to offer peace, privacy and tranquility. Not to mention top of the line condominiums. Private beach and lake view. #211 has an open concept kitchen/living room and dining room. Plenty of natural light. Work in the kitchen---view of the lake. Sit at the dining room table---view of the lake. Sit on your private balcony and you might just see one of the American Bald Eagles that live in the woods right next door. King in the master bedroom en-suite and a queen in the second bedroom with your private full bath right next to the bedroom just steps away. Cable/WiFi provided and tv's in both bedrooms and living room. Over 30 wineries within a 25 minute drive. Perfect for that weekend romantic getaway or the yearly vacation with the kids. No need to look any further---this is the place to stay!!! Please read the following before booking. Also, we require a copy of a state photo ID for all guests over 18 years of age. (May be scanned and sent with booking or texted to 440-479-4531). Lake Erie Vistas Rules and Regulations Effective May 31, 2019 Rule #1 Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No behavior that is an unreasonable nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to other occupants will be tolerated. Rule #2 Basket Carts and Hand Trucks (which are convertible to flat dolly) are provided for your convenience. Immediately after use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners. Rule #3 Bikes may not be parked in the hallways but must be parked in outside bike racks or in condominium units. Rule #4 No items shall be thrown from balconies. Due to falling risk, no items shall be hung or laid on balcony rails. Rule #5 Each condominium is permitted to use no more than two parking spaces during peak season (from May 1 to Sept 30). Each vehicle must fit in a single parking space. Jet ski trailers, boat trailers, etc. must fit within a single parking space and be included within the two-space maximum per condominium. All spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Only non-commercial vehicles are permitted to park overnight. Rule #6 Smoking within common areas inside of the building is prohibited.  If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing of cigarette butts. Rule #7 Under no circumstance should trash be left outside of unit door; make sure all trash is bagged, tied, and placed inside the dumpster. Posted trash rules must be followed. Rule #8 Posted Beach rules must be followed. For your safety:  *No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk - beware of strong undertow.  *Do not climb or jump on pier or break walls.  *No glass of any kind allowed in the beach area. Plastic containers or cans only.  *The lake is dangerous and can be lethal - please respect it. Please respect our investment and be considerate of others:  *Wash all sand from yourself, and children and beach toys at the beach wash station. *Clean up trash when leaving beach.  *Do not leave beach chairs in water. Return them to beach near south rocks. *Respect our neighborhood property. LEV property line ends at rocks on both sides. Rule #9 Posted Pool Rules must be followed. For your safety:   *No lifeguard on duty swim at own risk. *No unsupervised swimming. *No diving. Diving may result in permanent injury or death. *No running, jumping, dunking or horseplay in or around the pool  *No glass in pool area. *Tight fitting rubber pants over diapers or swim diapers are required on persons using the pool who are incontinent and/or not toilet trained. Rule #10 HOA provided grills and fire pits cannot be moved from the designated locations. Fires must be extinguished after use. HOA provided grills must be wiped down after use. Only electric grills and heaters permitted on balconies and patios. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ITEMS IN THE HALLWAY OUTSIDE YOUR UNIT ---floats, paddle boards, beach chairs, etc. must be brought inside the unit or left in your vehicle. Our family enjoyed a long weekend at the lakefront condo. Our small children enjoyed spending time in the indoor pool and watching the sunset on the beach. Would highly recommend.

Good stay. Condo was very nice. Bathroom rugs need to be washed more often. There were cheap plastic mattress covers that made the sheets keep sliding off and made for a loud, crunchy sound when turning over.

My daughter had a wonderful time during our stay in Geneve-on-the-Lake. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Great views from the balcony and right on the beach. It was just as described. Short drive into town for food and souvenirs. The condo manager was very pleasant to work with. She was quick to answer all my questions prior to our trip. This may just become a yearly tradition and we’ll definitely book our stay at this property again.

Nice large condo with beautiful views. Only negative would be lack of toilet paper( less than 1/2 a roll in bathroom). Otherwise, wonderful would stay here again.

Cannot say enough good things about this property. It was clean, it was a great location, and it was right on the water. We went wine tasting then came back and relaxed on the balcony. We will definitely stay here again!
