About this house rental
Two French Blue Beach House is light + bright with fantastic views of Canvasback Pond and is a quick walk to the beach with the boardwalk only steps from the house. Its floor-to-ceiling windows and open floorplan give the house a contemporary feel. New in 2023 is pool / spa off the back deck. Master and king suites are located on the main level, each with private baths. Half-bath and laundry are on the main level as well. The two twin suites are located up a small flight of steps and both include private renovated bathrooms. Each bedroom includes television and Apple TVs with access to our personal movie collection of over 300 movies. Off of the kitchen is a gorgeous screened porch perfect for having breakfast or happy-hour cocktails. The deck offers additional space with beautiful views of the pond and plenty of sunshine! A whole-house Sonos system includes speakers in every room along with exterior speakers. The 65” TV in the Living Room is perfect for a family movie night. Luxury Boll + Branch sheets are in each bedroom along with mattress toppers on each bed for added comfort and a great night’s sleep! The house includes access to our personal collection of vacation gear: 4 adult and 4 youth Priority beach cruisers for exploring the island and it’s beautiful beach; beach chairs, beach cart, towels and boogie boards; limited workout equipment including bands, kettlebells and a step/bench. The pool (10 feet by 12 feet) can be heated in the winter (for a small fee), and has hot tub jets. The pool overlooks the lagoon and walkway to the beach. We had a great stay and love the property. The location is perfect and very close to boardwalk 31 which is just a short walk from the beach. Matt was very helpful addressing our needs throughout the stay. The owners personal touch helped us really feel comfortable during our stay.

There was some exterior improvement work ongoing, but the owners communicated with us about this early on and checked in several times during the week to make sure that we were not being inconvenienced. They have the property well stocked with beach gear and bikes. And for those that like to cook, the kitchen is nicely appointed and well stocked with everything from blenders to multiple styles of coffee makers to dishes, pots, pans and barware.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I, our daughter and her husband and our two grandchildren just returned from a spectacular week on Kiawah Island. We have been renting homes for several years, but we have now found our special place at Two French Blue. This home exceeds all expectations! The location is serene and beautiful and only a short walk or bike ride to the beach. As someone that loves to cook, the kitchen was a dream. The owners have created a beautiful, comfortable upscale vacation home with all the amenities that we have in our own home. The owners were also responsive and very kind. We will be back again and again. Thank you for letting our family create memories in your fabulous home!

House was amazing for celebrating 40th bday and Spring Break! Close walking to beach. Bikes were a great addition for a morning ride! Close proximity to everything on Kiawah! House was very clean, open, and inviting. Can’t thank the hosts enough!!

Fabulous home, well appointed with a fantastic floor plan. The kitchen has every amenity you can imagine. Plenty of room for entertaining. Floor to ceiling windows in the living area offer wonderful views of the lush backyard and water view. Owners are a delight to work with and very responsive. We look forward to returning.

Visited Kiawah for a golf trip over a long weekend and wanted to stay somewhere centrally located. The Two French Blue House was a perfect choice and we wouldn’t have changed a thing. The property is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable and there’s plenty of room throughout the home to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the island. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

The owners have thought of every detail. All furnishings feel luxurious! We loved how comfortable everything was from the living room, to the dining area, to the bedrooms. The porches were peaceful and relaxing. It is a short walk to the beach!

This property could not have been more perfect from the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water to the perfectly styled interior to the adorable footbridge leading to the beach, everything is even more gorgeous in person. My instagram-loving teenager found endless swoon worthy spots to snap photos. Comfy beds, super clean interiors, and everything imaginable provided to make your vacation easy and fun. Our hosts were very responsive to our needs and quickly answered all correspondences. We would love to stay again on our next trip to Kiawah Island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was super comfy and spacious with all that we needed and more. A five minute walk to the beach, and 10 minutes to super golf courses. Charleston is a 40 minute drive and we will definitely be back. Great city with so much history.

The best hosts I have encountered on VRBO. Property was absolutely great. So many thoughtful touches (vast movie library, beach towels, beach toys galore, access to bikes and so much more). These hosts go out of their way to display a personal touch from beginning to end. They clearly want their guests to feel at home and have a wonderful stay and it shows. Do not hesitate to book!

Fabulous! The house, the owners, the beach, the amenities, the decor, all perfect. The hosts went above and beyond on this one. Every detail thought out. And with a hiccup of no electricity early in the am (unrelated to Ian), they had coffee and donuts delivered for our inconvenience. Who does that!? Unfortunately, we had to leave a day earlier than planned due to pending Ian but we will be back! Best rental ever!

The house was ideal for a family trip to Kiawah and we could not have been happier we chose this property. The beach was an easy walk from house. We loved having coffee and cocktails on the porches. The home owners were very quick to respond to all communications and went the extra mile in ensuring we had an excellent stay! We plan to rent again.

Perfect Vacation
Our family of 6 ( 4 adult children) stayed here for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time! When we first got there we had a couple of very little issues but they responded right away and everything was great! We enjoyed sitting outside on patio with the breeze off the lagoon! The beach was 5-8 minute walk which was great. Having the bikes and beach chairs was especially nice!! Would definitely stay here again! If you are trying to decide, just do it, you won’t be disappointed!! Matt and Amber were very easy to communicate with.

Awesome Vacation
Our family had an awesome vacation at Two French Blue! The house was clean and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals and enough counter space for all the cooks in your group to pitch in. The decor is fun and bright and the location was great. A short walk to the beach, bike paths a short ride and a beautiful view out the wall of windows. The beds are so comfortable! We all commented that we've never had such comfortable beds in a rental. We've rented several homes on Kiawah and Two French Blue is a new favorite. Amber and Matt are wonderful hosts. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!
