Welcome to Grand Haven Cottages. We are located across from Pronto Pups, Snug Harbor Restaurant, and Dairy Treat. Enjoy staying in a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, fully furnished, 1395 sq ft. vacation condo. Winter and long term rates available ([email protected]). Enjoy your vacation in a Mid-Century Modern decor, relaxing in the perfect location. We welcome you to walk the 2 blocks to get to Downtown Grand Haven to experience its unique boutiques and restaurants. The boardwalk leads you to Grand Haven State Park and City Beach (half a mile) in one direction or visit the marina and all the shopping along the way to downtown in the oposite way. There is a beautiful balcony view overlooking the community pool, and a fire pit to create memories while sharing your s’more making skills. Appreciate the spectacular view of Grand Haven Channel, the romantic sunsets, listening to the musical fountain, and viewing fireworks during the 4th of July and Coast Guard Festival. Yes! You can view most of the fireworks from our balcony! We invite you to reserve a well deserved vacation!

When I say Jinnifer thought of everything, she truly did! We brought items we typically need when visiting Grand Haven and didn't have to pull a single thing out of the car this trip. Kitchen utensils, paper towel, TP, laundry detergent, beach towels, all linens, etc. are all provided. We will have more room in the car next time we visit beautiful GH and stay at her property!

Everything about this property was amazing! Owner was very responsive and put a lot of personal touches into our reservation, which wasn't expected, but very thoughtful. We felt so welcome and at home. Very well furnished and stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. Great location! Perfect trip. This beautiful property couldn't be more perfect. It's in the best location and the owner has thought of everything in regards to your stay, very accommodating. It is in a great area and easily accessible to beach, nature, shops and restaurants. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

Communication with the owner was excellent. All questions answered very promptly. The condo is in the ideal location. A short walk to restaurants and shopping. Walk to the beach. Stroll the boardwalk. Don't like the beach? Use the private pool. Everything you need for a care-free get away is provided. Even a complimentary goodie bag. Highly recommended.

Cozy condo close to downtown, riverfront, and beach. Jinnifer was accessible and very kind to leave a gift for my young sons. We’ll be back!

Perfect Stay!
We LOVED this condo - it was so beautiful. Another (and singular) attraction of this condo is that the host provides so many helpful add-ons: discreetly placed instructions for appliances, beach chairs and towels, dry goods and common seasonings in the pantry, high quality pots, pans, and utensils. This was a joy and we have already booked for next year!

I cannot say enough good things about Jinnifer as a host and her beautiful home. The condo was perfect and the location was fantastic. The view is amazing and so peaceful to wake up to. The personal touches were such a nice surprise and really made my friends and I feel welcome. We have already talked about plans for next year!

Great Location and Condo
Really nice place. Had everything we needed for a week long stay. Not a single issue with anything. The location was perfect. Two blocks from downtown and walkable to the beach. Next time we go to Grand Haven we will stay here.
