The room size and parking
1. My brother in was in room 219 and I was in room 214. Showers did not have a grab handle. My brother in law needs a grab handle in shower. Elevator did not work the whole weekend. Room 214 when it rained on Sat the rain water came into the room and we had to put towels on the floor at the door.

Property is convenient in terms of location. The view is fair, you can see the a bit of of the water. I like the fact that you don’t have to speak to anyone to get to your room. Garage is attached so it’s easy access. Ac is nice and cold. Good enough clean towels. Overall, it’s clean enough.
The garage smells very very bad (urine and lots of mice poops). So if you are constantly going to the car to grab stuff, it is pretty unpleasant. Room is decently fair for the price. It can get loud from other customers and from the traffic so bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Occasionally, can hear some commotions from the street. The bed was ok. Our king size bed mattress was caving in , so not comfortable for sleeping on your stomach. It’s not the worst either. Room definitively has some wears and tears ( water damage bathroom door ) but that’s an expected because of the beach. Bathroom counter is a bit small. If you need complete darkness to sleep, you won’t have it there, the lamps somehow didn’t fully turn off, and the outdoor lights from the hallway are pretty bright.
