It’s a great location

The location is the best part. Parking was easy.

Mattresses were stained. Lots of electrical cords plugged into surge protectors. I’m an electrician’ s daughter and that’s not safe. I had to leave 2 days early due to family emergency and was not given any refund. I didn’t think that was fair.

Good couples getaway!

No breakfast. Loved both restaurants and bars. Loved the 2 for one Fish deal on Tuesday. Pool was nice although very warm. Good shower and toiletries. Loved the water view from balcony. Great for a 2 night stay.

High bacteria at beach. Two many extension cords seemed a little unsafe. Beds and pillows not vey comfortable, I thought price was a little high for what we got. They acted like laundry was in the kitchen. Could not cook anything although there were plenty of dishes but nowhere to wash them.

Beautiful property, great location & wonderful price!

This location is absolutely gorgeous! The host made accessing the property easy, responded to messages in a timely manner and was very nice. The amenities on property were great, it is a very quiet location with beautiful views. The room was clean, wifi worked well. While it is a little small, it was still very relaxing. I loved the decor as well.

My only complaint is that the light on the balcony was very bright, it made it hard to sleep unless we covered it up with a towel. I know this probably isn’t something the host can fix because there were lights outside of all units. It would’ve been nice if it had a switch or something. Overall though, the room was great!

Avoid at All Cost

The Blue Lagoon doesn't exist. When you arrive, you won't be able to find it, when you ring the owners, they will direct you to a room at The INN Harbour Bay, which is a far cheaper accommodation with a very low star rating compared to the advertised, so called, Blue Lagoon. As we were duped and because there was a violent arguments on the block with no security on the entrance to the complex or to be seen around and there is no reception on site because the property is remotely controlled we left immediately and complaid to Booking.com. this property is not as advertised. Booking.com has been made aware of the aforementioned, and I requested a full refund, but Booking.com only paid me 25 euros, into their wallet, for our inconvenience even though I pointed out we had been duped by the owners.as explained earlier. Avoid this place like the plaque!!!

Being DUPED into thinking we were staying at a property we actually booked, not a property we would have never considered booking, then being left to get on with it by Booking.com!!!

The deceptive trade practice of posting pictures of a higher quality facility which was an adjacent marina resort where our business clients stayed. Post pictures of what your really selling especially when your charging double the price of your level of accommodations

What isn’t there to like. everything in this place was just beautiful so many things to do land the view was just amazing. definitely recommend

I recommend this property.

Location was good. Amenities were good too. Host made it easy to access the property.

The light on the deck stayed on all night which made it very bright when trying to sleep. After one night, we put a beach towel over it. We couldn't find a switch to turn it off and it appeared the same lights were on in all of the units.

I have stayed at motels with more space. I will most likely not recommend this place.

The food and was restaurants were very good and the beautiful sunsets and beach were very nice.

The room was way too small for the amount of furniture. No where to sit to watch TV or just sit up straight and talk. There were no drapes to keep out the light at night. ?The outdoor light shown thru and could not sleep. Other rooms had drapes that we noticed and even talk to some other people about their rooms that had a problem without drapes. For a 2 week stay it was very crowded. I thought the bedroom was going to be separate.

Very frustrated

Bright light coming in at nigt from porch light and blinds were not wide enough to prevent that. The ton of rules and instructions could have been sent ahead of time. Last minute told to print parking pass when there was no printer in my car to do that. Explained ahead of time I would be traveling in area the week before. The answer was I would receive everything the day of arrival and I would get directions from airport. So my email was not read.

We had no problems with anything with any of plans. Just lots of fun.

It was quite and the location was beautiful. Lake on one side and ocean on the other side.

Beautiful... nice little escape Very relaxing

I do have a question... we did put a $200. Refundable deposite down as well as the 3 night rate We left the room in peak condition as we found it and collected our refuse. Haven't received our deposit back as of yet .

we loved it! wish we would of planned more down time so we would of had more time to enjoy the property

property was beautiful and clean! 2 pools, 1 hot tub, 2 restaurants, beach, 2 dolphins playing around dock in bay, laundry facilities!

Proximity to beach, 2 restaurants

Beds very hard, pillows flat, way too much light coming into the room at night which made it difficult to sleep without a pillow over your head and no way to turn off the balcony light.

Exceptional

I loved everything about this location. It's the perfect place to relax. The restaurants on location offer a great variety of food and Sunset grill has a great DJ playing Saturday nights. They have a security guard on the premise that makes sure guest are safe and are actually meant to be there. Everything is walking distance. Our host Lorraine was phenomenal. The apartment was pristine, very reliable with communication and really friendly. I highly recommend this place.
