NEW Stainless Steel Appliances, Playground, Walking Trail, Boat Parking, Screened Private Porch, the perfect place to GET AWAY & ENJOY LIFE IN BRANSON! 2 Summer Pools to choose from & Hot Tub too ... WOW! We have our Meadowbrook Condo Complex Pool & a Wyndham Resort Pool & Hot Tub (has occupancy limitations) See goldfish, Turtles, & enjoy the fountain just outside the back screened porch. Childs *Pack & Play* and Meal Booster Seat At The Komfy Condo, we tried to think of everything you would need to enjoy your time in Branson! 3 Bedrooms, all with full bathrooms, like having three master suites. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, tub and shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with walk in shower. Bedroom 3 is a loft with a king bed with a tub/shower. 1500 square feet, Sleeps 8, including the entry level sofa sleeper for up to 2. Featuring a refreshing outdoor Summer Pool, 50" 4K TV, high speed private Wi-Fi, & Flat Screen. The living room has a couch with a queen sofa bed, 2 cozy chairs, a 50" 4K TV with Blue Ray DVD player. Our dining room seats 6 and there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter for additional seating. The kitchen if fully equipped with a NEW stainless steel refrigerator including ice maker & filtered water dispenser, glass top stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, pots and pans and utensils like you have at home. You can relax or play board games and cards on our screened in porch that overlooks a pond/fountain. Watch for the giant gold fish! There is a common out-door grill between the buildings out back. We have a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience in the condo. We decorate for Christmas, so bring the presents and have a Merry Christmas!! The Komfy Condo is on the Top Floor with only 15 outside steps up to the condo, and no elevator. Great location to all of the Branson fun!! Great Location!! Less than 3 miles from the 76 Branson strip and approx. 9 miles to Silver Dollar City, 2 miles to the Table Rock Lake Dam, 7 miles to the Branson Landing/Convention Center. **READ ME** We recommend that EVERYONE get trip protection for any unforeseen needs to cancel your reservation. It's peace of mind! :-) Get a policy that states “coverage/cancellation for any reason”. If for some unforeseen circumstances, you need to cancel, you will be GLAD you did it, and won't be upset with us. Be upset at yourself if you don't get it! :-) You will LOVE our Komfy Condo!!! 5 adults and 2 children. The 3 bathrooms were a must! Well equipped as we made meals at the condo. Close to the yellow line to get around the busy strip. We enjoyed Branson once again!

Great location, parking terrible, but not the fault of the owner. Too many people parking in the area reserved for the condos that should not have been there. Parking is available just had to walk to another parking area.

There were 6 of us in our party. Ease of access was great, checking in/out was hassle-free, and the condo was fantastic. It was really nice to have 3 large bedrooms and 3 well-appointed bathrooms. We were close enough to everything, yet enjoyed the quietness of the property.

7 to 10 mins from everything. Keypad entry code given. We were all pleased with the serenity of the facility. Close to a pond. Every bed room had a bathroom. All kitchen equipement and plenty of towels were on hand. Safe and friendly environment! Messaged owner and they had a speedy reply. Would recommemd for all!

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was spacious and clean. It was close to everything. Our only thing was the sleeper sofa was broke, it was uncomfortable to sleep on. That was the only thing we were unhappy about.We will be back! We made memories and thats the most important thing. Thanks for the use of the condo!

Property was great- several pools, playgrounds, & everything was clean & well Maintained. The condo was just as described. Very comfortable for our family if 6 + infant. Our granddaughter loved the covered balcony overlooking the pond with fish & turtles.

We just spent a week here for a dance competition and had a wonderful experience! The property was very clean and just as listed. New carpet looked great. I was amazed with the amount of supplies provided. High chairs, play pen, blender, George Foreman grill, tea pots…a ton of little stuff that you never think of needing until you don’t have it. Home backs up to a pond with gorgeous fish. Two pools within walking distance. Far enough off the strip to be quiet but close enough to be anywhere within 30 min. TVs in every room as well as fans. Overall just a great time.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The condo was the perfect size. Having 2 king bedrooms each with their own bathrooms is nice. The third bedroom had its own access to the shared bathroom on the main level. Checking in and out was simple and easy.

We were very impressed with this condo! Great area, great layout, enough furniture for all guests, immenities were included and there is a nice onsite pool. Owner was very responsive to the couple issues we had and very accomdating and apologetic for an item out of his control and had it resolved immediately. We will absolutely book again!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The condo was lovely. We do have 2 complaints. The living room sat 5 comfortably but we had 6 adults in our party. Could have used one more chair. We were there in October and really looked forward to swimming and loved that there were 2 pools. We were very disappointed to find that the pools were freezing cold, so needless to say, we didn’t swim.

This is a very well managed unit. It was clean and the supplies for everyday living were there. Just bring your clothes and toiletries. High speed Wi-Fi is available. Looking at the picture of the unit, it is located on the upper left. There is a flight of stairs in case someone needs to know this. We plan on returning next year and I will definitely rent this unit if it is available.

My family and I have no complaints about this property! The 5 adults felt right at home and the 3 kids didn't want to leave! The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. It had plenty of dishes, blankets and towels. It even had large pool towels! The area was clean and felt safe. It was just outside of town which made sitting on the screened in porch very relaxing. No loud noises or city lights. But close enough to town that we could go get groceries etc. without wasting a lot of time driving. There was a power outage that covered the whole area. I contacted the owner who immediately contacted the electric company. The owner kept in contact with me (giving me updates) until the power came back on; which wasn't long. It couldn't have been handled any better! I highly recommend this condo!!

We were pleasantly surprised with our unit. In the picture it showed forest green carpet but there was actually brand new carpet in the unit. Everything was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful and swimming in the pools was a great time. Property owners were very prompt and professional with communication.

This property worked really great for 3 couples. There were only a few little things....an issue with a toilet that made a whistling noise, was having to turn the water off when not in use, and light bulbs missing in a few fixtures. Great location, clean, quiet, affordable. Would stay here again.
