Home was very clean. great location and lots of room our family of 6. My only negative is that the wifi is not good at all. I needed to work a bit while I was there and had very spotty service. Other than that highly recommend!!

We had 7 people, and all slept great. The condo is in my opinion a very comfortable 4 bedroom 3 bath. The loft is open to the down stairs, but has a great queen bed and private bathroom, the traditional rooms are perfect with one having its own bathroom The entry way or mud room has a trundle bed that is nice and quite. Overall perfect. The only negative is it is up 3 flights of stairs, but heck who cares - the place was perfect.

Everything was as expected based on the description and pictures. However, if you have members of your party with issues with stairs...now that there are 29 steps from the entryway to the front door. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked with cookery and there was an awesome shelf unit of games--so your downtime should still be filled with fun and fellowship. A beautiful location! And Winter Park did not fail to impress!

If you're looking for a cozy mountain rental at a convenient distance to town and the ski resort, this is a good one. Plenty of space to spread out, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything to cook and eat with, and the bathrooms even came with cute toiletries kits. If one thing could be improved, it would be to get better mattresses. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the feeling of being in the midst of the forest.

Cons: The beds were terrible. All mattresses need to be replaced and sheets were like sleeping on newspaper. Very basic tv, no access to ESPN, CNN or other. One small tv in living room. No ski storage, so you have to either leave skis/snowboards in your car or hall them up three flights of stairs.
Pros: The management company was fabulous with communication prior to and during rental. Nice location and top floor.

Very basic unit and clearly a rental. Don't expect to sleep very well on the crummy beds.
