When you aren't making the most of fresh snow at Winter Park, heading into town, or hiking along perfect trails, simply warm up by the fireplace and reminisce with loved ones as a movie plays on the flatscreen TV. Be sure to bring along your favorite recipes too because the fully equipped kitchen is more than ready to assist in meal prep with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and plenty of counter space for multiple cooks to hop in. The adjacent dining table will also come in handy for gathering to eat or play a few board games as the stars come out! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. A free shuttle service to Winter Park Resort is available A private fishing pond and hiking/biking trails are accessible from the home. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This is a good location, close to a bus stop and easy drive to Winter Park and Fraser. Very quiet neighborhood, so great for dogs. The condo is well laid out and spacious for six people to stay in.

Our family had a great Christmas in Rendezvous, the unit was spacious , clean, and perfect place to spend the holiday with our adult children and our 2 well behaved dogs. Great location, close to the shuttle to Winter Park, the grocery store, tubing hill and many restaurants. Highly recommend.

This is a nice new condo - loved the 3 story with w/d, garage, great kitchen and good sized bedrooms. Only downside which was not too bad was there was a lot of dog hair from previous tenants, bathrooms were on small side and there needed to be more lighting (only light in living room was burned out fan bulb). Highly recommend location, slight drive to slopes but knew this when we booked. Community is nice and quiet and close to restaurants and shops. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our ski weekend here! The condo is bright, clean and really well laid out. The owners also made sure to furnish it with many additional amenities such as an instapot and lots of games that aren’t always included in a rental. The kitchen and living area is wide open so great for entertaining, cooking and hanging out. It is also close to the ski bus and some local trails. If you rent during the summer it’s within waking distance of the Fraiser River where we have gone fishing in the past. I highly recommend a stay here. We will definitely rent here again!
