Fenced in back yard great for pets and kids. Luxury quality queen air mattress serves as a 3rd bed when looking to sleep more than 4. Fully furnished basement provides a cozy den like feel. The Maplewood Restaurant & shopping district is located within walking distance. Central location in STL allows for easy access to all parts of STL. Plus the gorgeous River Des Peres Bike Trail is located less than 500 feet from the house! We have the highest resolution internet available in the area (plus router is centrally located so no dead zones in the house) Remote lock access code allows you to access the property with ease (you'll be sent your code upon booking). As a welcome present we also offer all guests a free large pizza certificate to one of the local Maplewood restaurants!

We had an absolute blast staying at the lemington lounge. We came into town for Christmas and had a relaxing time in a beautiful home. The place was spacious and well stocked and in a perfect location to walk to our old stomping ground. Easy check in andcheck out process, and we loved having on-site laundry. Adrian was so responsive and a true joy to work with. We definitely want to rent this place again.

Visiting for Parent’s weekend at Maryville University and this was perfect for the family, including the dog. The house is clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The pup enjoyed some off leash time, thanks to the fenced in backyard. We hope to be back when spring sports start.

This home is fantastic and Adrian is not only a great host but genuinely just a really good person. Me and my family (wife, son, two dogs) were displaced from our home via a house fire. We needed somewhere quick, yet comfortable to stay short term until we could figure out where we’d be staying longer term. With a small family, this was a bit of a challenge in an already stressful situation. Adrian was so kind and accommodating and communicated flawlessly. I cannot thank him and his family enough for giving our family such a nice place to call home while we were away from ours. Needless to say I highly recommend. Thank you Adrian, your kindness and our stay at your property is something we’ll remember forever.

My brother and I were in St. Louis to take care of the affairs of our brother that had passed away a few weeks before, so it was not a fun visit. But it was so nice to have this comfortable home to come back to each night instead of a hotel room. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The host was easy to work with and a good communicator. We would recommend the house.

Well kept property that was located close to WashU for graduation plus other locations (Maplewood). Safe neighborhood with only complaint being that I could hear (my more soundly sleeping wife could not) a train switching yard that is in the area. Place was clean with plenty use to cook or other close locations for going out.

We loved our stay here. It was perfect for our family with 4 adults and 1 child; we felt very at home. It was wonderful being able to go explore the city and have somewhere cozy and relaxing to come back to and make dinner. We had dinner at The Post for our first night and it had a great atmosphere and wonderful food. Adrian was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back and stay here.

Came to St. Louis for a brewery weekend. Leamington Lounge met our requirements for location, washer/dryer, king size bed and TV in bedroom (we are picky). The home was comfortable( which is important) clean, safe and met our needs. Adrian was extremely attentive with immediate responses. Thanks for the stay.

Exactly what we needed for a nice weekend in St. Louis. The home was very well supplied with whatever plans you would want. Grocery store was also close by to grab what we needed. As it was a beautiful weekend, it was a great to have a deck, with table to sit outside, and enjoy the weather with morning coffee and evening wine. Close to whatever you wanted to do. Wish we could have stayed longer! We also loved the pizza! Thank you Adrian, we will be back.

Such a great place to stay!
We really appreciate having such a comfortable, pretty, clean and welcoming "home away from home." Our Covid-delayed reunion with family members was enhanced by having a centralized place to relax together. The air-conditioned inside was really helpful one of our days, and the expansive back deck (and working grill, thank you!) provided a great setting for our main gathering. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, parking is easy. Communicating with Adrian was amazingly easy. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!

This is the best location. You are 10 minutes from anywhere you might need to get to. When you are here you feel like you are truely 'at home'.

We stayed here 4 nights while visiting our son in St. Louis with our daughter and her two dogs which was the deciding factor on why we chose Adrian’s place over others. Dogs were only allowed on the first floor which meant they couldn’t sleep with my daughter but she and they were ok with that. Loved that the back yard was fenced. My husband would have appreciated a more comfortable chair to read in the living room as he is elderly. On the overall it is a great rental.

Spacious and perfect for entertaining
First of all, many thanks to Adrian for being a responsive and empathetic host! There was a small glitch at check in that he quickly resolved, which was much appreciated. All in all we enjoyed our stay. The house was stocked with several video game consoles on the first floor and a ping pong table in the basement, so perfect for family game nights. Note that the house is pet friendly, so there is a slight pet odor in the “air” when you first walk in the door, but you get used to it after a few minutes If I had to complain, I would just say that the house didn’t get a ton of natural light. That said, we would consider staying at Adrian’s house next time we visit family in St. Louis.
