Situated in Lindenwood Park, this attractive house for $299 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to The Clifton! This adorable duplex is nestled right in the heart of south city St. Louis, with everything you need from fantastic restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, boutiques, and major highway access that are all less then a 5 minute drive. This neighborhood has perfect walkability to grab a coffee or stroll up the street to one of the many restaurants. The space Inside you will find three bedrooms with queen sized beds, all designed around comfort and convenience. In the upstairs living area, there is a futon that pulls into a twin bed, complete with all the necessary bedding to make it a lovely night's sleep. Our dining room is equipped with tons of fun cocktail glasses to enjoy a drink before you go out or to plan a fun night in. The galley style kitchen is stocked with whatever you need to cook for your friends or family. A simple but sweet coffee bar is provided for your enjoyment to get your days started. In our lower level we have another living space that has all the vibes-including a bar cart, TV, and plenty of seating to host a night in. The lower level is also complete with another pullout couch that turns into a full size bed and is also complete with the necessary bedding. In the unfinished part of the basement you will find the washer/dryer and iron/ironing board. Outside there is a beautifully lit gazebo to enjoy your dinner, breakfast, or have some drinks before or after you go exploring. An electric grill is also provided! We are located about 5 miles from downtown, where you can catch the St. Louis Cardinals, Blues, or our brand new soccer stadium that houses the St. Louis FC. We are even closer to Forest Park (a.k.a. the "Jewel of the City") that includes the Art Museum, History Museum, and nationally ranked St. Louis Zoo! Guest access Please keep in mind this is a duplex, so please keep noise to a minimum! Guests will have access by keypad on the front door of the unit. Other things to note There is a handicap accessible ramp leading into the back door.

This place was absolutely wonderful. It was in a great neighborhood and was extremely clean and housed our group of 6 adults very well! There is only one bathroom which made things a bit tight, but we made due! I just wish I had blueprints to this home so I could build one just like it!

My family and I had a great stay there. The house was super clean and there was plenty of room for us. The neighborhood was really nice also. We where able to walk to a lot of places like shops and restaurants. We felt right at home here.

We absolutely loved this place for our time away to explore St Louis! The neighborhood was so cute and we weren’t far from all the sights of the city. The home was very clean and so welcoming. The owner thought of everything to make you feel like a valued guest. Lots of beds and places to hang out. We truly enjoyed this place and would come back!

The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could ever need. The location is perfect and close to everything - downtown, the hill, STL favorites like Moms Deli and Ted Drewes. The check-in, Check-out was easy. Baby/Kid friendly as well. They even welcome you with a sweet note and local STL treats! I wish I could have stayed longer. When I come back there is no doubt I will be booking at The Clifton!

We were very pleased with our stay at the Clifton. Clean , comfortable and in a very safe neighborhood. Caity communicated well and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely try to stay here again if in the area.
