About this house rental

Situated in Torquay, this charming house for $293 per night is a great choice for your next break. Relax and reinvigorate in this stylishly appointed townhouse with polished concrete floors and open plan living, with an abundance of natural light pouring in from parkland views connecting you to nature . From your open plan living area you are connected with your timber deck out door entertaining and neat and intimate grassed garden. Upstairs you enter the second living area with natural timber floors that opens up to the full length balcony with unobstructed parkland views as well as ocean glimpses . there are 3 generous bedrooms styled in the coastal cool theme . the main bed room opens on to the balcony and has parkland views a king size bed, ceiling fan and light dimmers, its stylish and generous ensuite with rain shower head as well and hand held . bedroom 2. has a queen size bed , built in robe and a ceiling fan . Bedroom 3. has a double bed ( or alternatively can have two single beds) built in robe and ceiling fan. there is also another neat bathroom upstairs.

A great place , spacious and comfortable house with a short drive to beach and 10min walk to coffee shop and supermarket.

The space was really great, everyone had their own space to do different things. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and was clean and fresh on arrival. The beds so comfortable, plenty of beds and clean linen, really nicely decorated and the fresh Lillys on arrival were a really nice touch. The host was very responsive. The supermarket is a 5 min walk away. It is just outside of the city centre so it was nice and quiet without congestion in peak time. Unfortunately some areas need some further attention (we cleaned the fridge before use, and a few fixtures had wear and tear such as toilet roll holder downstairs, blinds and screen doors but nothing we couldn’t manage). Other reviews said parking was not available, it is! There is plenty of parking out the front. The back parking and garage is not available but not necessary. A BBQ would have been great! Overall I would absolutely return! Thank you so much for having us!

Home is located in a newish residential subdivision, but just 5 minutes drive away from Torquay’s attraction area. Central heating, hot showers, kitchen, laundry room, backyard, Netflix, and perfect for those with pets (if owner allows). Shane is highly communicative and replies within minutes. Unfortunately, we couldn’t park at the property. There’s all day kerbside parking across the road, so it wasn’t a big deal. There’s a big oval across the road if backyard isn’t enough to burn the kids’ energy. All in all, it was a good stay and would recommend for families.

Spacious and comfortable home for families, with all the amenities you need. Also very close to supermarket and cafe and a short drive to the beach. Shane was a lovely host and quick to respond to any questions we had.
