Located in Branson, this attractive condo for $210 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath ~ Tree Top View of Taneycomo plus Golfing, Pools, and Fishin We hope you will choose to stay at our newly-renovated and newly-furnished 2 Bed / 2 Bath condo overlooking Lake Taneycomo in the beautiful Point Royale Golf Community. We have one King bed and one Queen bed, all with comfy new mattresses and a new sleeper sofa that will pull out to a Queen bed as well. There is a new modern electric fireplace installed in the corner of the living room with an all stone accent wall. There are 2 flat screen smart TV's in the unit. A new sliding barn door is a fun addition to the living room. This area opens up to the hallway where there is a closet for the new washer and dryer you are free to use. It's also a short cut to the Master Bedroom and Bath. The Master Bedroom and the Living Room both have sliding glass doors that go out to the private deck. This deck offers you a tree top view with the sweet sounds of the gently moving water below and glimpses of the sparkling waters of Taneycomo. In the winter, you can see more of the lake and all the way to Tablerock Dam. The kitchen has everything you should need to cook a few meals if you desire. It features stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and a black quartz counter top. There is seating for 4 at the table and 2 at the bar. This unit also has all new flooring, is freshly painted and has a new HVAC system, water heater and water softener. It is an easy access condo with parking right out front and only 6 steps up to the spacious landing and covered front porch area. Pointe Royale is a gated community which you will get access to and features a fabulous golf course you are welcome to play plus there is free access to a large and gorgeous outdoor pool, an indoor pool, hot tub, a workout gym, and hiking trails. There is a great little grill at the clubhouse to go get breakfast, lunch or a cold drink if you desire. And don't forget about the fishing! Incredible trout fishing access right in Pointe Royale! We are just downstream from the trout hatchery. (Some limits and rules apply.) Branson is such a fun place to visit! We are on the South side of Branson with easy access to Table Rock State Park and Marina only 5.6 miles away and only 5.8 miles to Dolly Parton's Stampede on the Highway 76 Strip with lots of fun things to do and see in between. Celebrating 57 years of friendship, my friend flew in so we could relax, reminisce and remind ourselves what joy we have in one another's presence. The condo was absolutely perfect for sharing thoughts and dreams. The host was 'johnny on the spot' and answered questions immediately via email. We felt safe, inspired, pampered by the 'extras' supplied and spoiled! I will definitely share with others and can't wait to go back again with my husband or maybe another girls weekend!

Thank you for a lovely Christmas getaway in Branson. Your place was so cozy, but large enough to be comfortable and spread out. We love Pointe Royale. The indoor pool was perfect for winter. We loved the two beds and baths and the roomy kitchen. The electric fireplace offered a nice ambience and we loved the inviting balcony overlooking the woods. Very clean and updated. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved staying in this condo. We were able to get to all of the main attractions within 10-15 minutes, depending on where we were headed for the day. We loved taking advantage of the indoor heated pool in the evenings. The condo had everything we needed for our family of 4. Super clean and very peaceful!

My sister and I spent a long weekend here. The location was far enough away from the Strip to avoid the major crowds, but still within a 10 minute drive. Very quiet location, enjoyed both the front and back sitting areas! Condo exactly as described. Very clean! Communication with the host was quick and easy-thanks Chris!

The property was very clean . It was stocked with everything you could need . A lot larger than we thought it would be . The location was very quite but would rather have been on golf course. The only problem was the tv , very hard to use . For what it cost I don’t know why anyone would stay in a hotel

Absolutely perfect location just outside of town. Gated community driving through an amazing golf course. The place is amazing just like the pictures online 10/10 will definitely stay here again! And don’t forget your golf clubs!

This was the perfect location for going to SLD. The property worked well for my family of 3 and my parents. The resort indoor/outdoor pools were nice. I contacted the property owner for help with wifi and received a response promptly. We would stay again. Be aware no beach towels for pool so picked some up at nearby Walmart.

We were in Branson with our children for their choir competition. Myself and another mom shared the property but 4-6 people could have stayed easily. Very clean, comfortable beds, good supply of paper products, condiments and little things you might have forgotten like a tooth brush. Owner is very responsive and easy to work with. The property was perfect. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable! The view from the balcony was fantastic. It is close to the Branson strip and the amenities at the golf course were great for my kids. We took advantage of the indoor pool and basketball court. The neighbors were friendly too. We will stay here again when we return.
