A perfect getaway.

The apartment was comfortable. The location was perfect, with pool and beach access. Also, it is a walking distance to get food, there are many places around the location.. Very close to Al Hmara Mall and Al Hamra Waterfront.

Very nice apartment, with an even nicer location and a view from the balcony. My family had an amazing time spent there. The apartment is fully equipped, and it has good amenities and most importantly, access to an amazing beach. We are already planning to go there again.

great place to stay highly recommended, great for pets also

beautiful apartment with lovely views. Well equipped with good kitchen appliances. Hosts were very pleasant and helpful and quick to organize extra towels. the sofa bed was easy to make up and very comfortable. lovely quiet area outside and close to local food outlets of all varieties. lovely quiet open beach nearby great for walking dogs.

Great place!

Location is perfect in the centre of different sightseeing possibilities. Within walking distance lots of nice restaurants at the waterfront. Safe parking garage, great appartment with perfect view and big balcony. The host was very helpful and we booked an unforgettable trip to Musandam. Will come back for sure!

Contemporary apartment with a beautiful view in a nice neighbourhood

The location of the apartment is just perfect - located in Mina Al Arab with nice and green neighbourhood, just 5 minutes walk from marina walk where you can find cafes, supermarket, 5 minutes walk from a lovely wide, long beach from which you can enjoy beautiful view of mountains; you can do jogging along the beach, walk around the park. There is a cafe downstairs - you can grab coffee and have breakfast. The apartment itself is nice and modern - there is a personal touch with many pieces of decor. You can find all essential stuff needed. There is a balcony - you can enjoy fresh air with a nice view. The host was very responsive, supported us very promptly with all needs - thank you!

Not a cons but just to keep in mind the apartment is located on the first floor facing to swimming pool which means a lot of potential noise coming from the pool. To make this apartment really outstanding I would suggest to make a slight renovation as there are a lot of missing parts of the furniture, broken lamp, the water is always running out from shower cabine and the floor is always wet in the bathroom. It would be lovely to update kitchenware as it seems to be broken and filter coffee machine. I would also pay a bit more attention to cleaning and add hoover for guests to be able to keep the apartment clean

I liked the place and the location

very good location and very quiet I loved it

the toilet lights were not working well. You need to ensure the bedsheets and towels are clean and not too old. also we found someone boxer better to check well to remove other people belongings

Don’t go to this property huge waste of your money as its ad was a lie

Ad was a lie as it’s an air bnb not hotel apartment and no beach access . And it’s not suitable for four person doesn’t recommend this property to others. Only queen size bed and no sofa bed for kids

Location was superb and the room view was exceptional as it had a beach view. We were welcomed with water and chocolate. Host was responsive. Had went there to celebrate my wife's birthday and I had requested for decor. They decorated the room and I really appreciate it. Really liked the place and would want to visit again.

Memorable short-stay with lagoon view

Loved the lagoon view, check-in & check-out and comfortable bed. The photos I have added to the review are proof the apartment's comfort and magnificence. Food & groceries can be delivered up to the apartment and security guard was very helpful. Parking, pool & gym facilities are also available. Towels and extra pillows were stowed in the cabinet. Sufficient storage, hair dryer & iron were provided too. Property has a balcony with sit-out furniture. Property is perfect for short or long stays as kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and coffee maker. El Mar is accessible from within the building premises and is a quaint cafe serving brilliant breakfast options. We enjoyed the eggs benedict and pistachio lattes served with an amazin view..

Amenities missing such as water glasses and mugs. 3 glasses were there but could be replaced with more regular size glasses or bigger glasses.

Excellent stay and we as a family had a very nice, comfortable, happy stay

The location is very good. The view from the property is awesome. You will get the view of both the sea & the backwaters. Mr. Ismail is always available on phone and whatsapp. Can ask him anything, anytime. So friendly and professional. Can bet on him for any needs at the property. The access beach is very nice for family with kids. The property is loaded with all essential household equipment. Just grocery is required .

City Escape

Gorgeous modern furnishings with a luxury touch that make this a nice retreat. A wonderful location that truly makes you feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of Dubai. Haven’t even finished my stay and wanted to say how great it is.

The apartment comes well kitted with cleaning supplies but I recommend that you bring your own toiletries rather than use the ones provided. Deliveroo knows the location well, Al Hamra mall nearby for spinneys

Location and views are amazing! Apartment was clean and well equipped. Helpful and quick in response staff

The facility management could be more attentive to the minor and really small issues before the guest check-in. Otherwise all great.
