Superb hotel

Breakfast was very good. Hotel is not too far from the train station and cable car station. There is no lift at the hotel though; so if you are going there with less mobile person, ask for the room at ground floor if possible. Overall the stay was great 👍

Wonderful time in the mountains

The host welcomed us warmly and gave recommendations about local leisure facilities. The room was very clean and well equipped. The mountain view from our balcony was amazing. Breakfasts were of excellent quality. The menu was diversified. The facility provides a discount to Spitz restaurant that has a nice bar and cozy interior. We were satisfied with our stay.

Good accomodation if you would like to rest or go for hiking.

Good varied breakfast with attentive service. Room was quite big and have a really cool view to Tatras. The accomodation was close to hiking routes and also to railways. Also there was a possibility to eat at the local restaurant called Spitz, which has quite nice atmosphere. Parking was free.

Nothing to mention here. Everything was great.

Excellent hotel - superb room with all facilities you could want. Welcoming stay - with superb extensive breakfast. Location perfect - close to centre of town and rail station. Strongly recommended. Would also recommend restaurant under hotel.

Great place to enjoy tatras

- nice room, clean, room cleaning service during the stay, great location, perfect breakfast, perfect staff, great restaurant in the bottom of the pension, private parking easily available at the pension premises

smell from the kitchen went into the room if a balcony door were opened in the morning

Exceptional stay in the best place ever

Traveled here with friends and we enjoyed every day and night we spent at the Tatrasport Zampa. We felt like we were visiting old friends or close family members. The team made us feel like we are part of Tatrasport Zampa family. We felt loved all the days we stayed here. Food, rooms and everything exceeded our expectations. Location is wonderful as well, the view from balcony is breath taking. Thank you very much, we love you all, will definitely return again. And definitely will cheer for both brothers on next Winter Olympic games :)

Simply incredible: very welcoming, very comfortable, fantastic location. great value for money.

Even from before we arrived, everything about Penzion Zampa was amazing. Martina contacted us to prior to arrival to check when we were expecting to arrive and very kindly offered for us to check-in early as we took an overnight train into Slovakia. This was very much appreciated as we were obviously tired and wanted to freshen up! We were even offered breakfast which was a lovely gesture. The room itself was incredibly clean and comfortable - the beds were huge and comfy. Breakfast was delicious with a large menu to choose from and again Martina and her team's dedication to making guests happy and taking care of them was amazing. The penzion is centrally located in a quiet location and even has an amazing restaurant attached too, where you received a discount due to staying in the penzion. All in all we couldn't be happier with our stay and will definitely be returning next year! THANK YOU to all at Zampa for making us feel so welcome <3

parking is small, but we got our place so it wasn't a problem, but make sure there's place, breakfast was ok, nothing special tho

I loved thier hospitality!

The apartment location is close to places of interest, it is very well-maintained and clean! The room had a large comfortable bed with a big balcony with a mountain view! Martina gave us great tips and recommendations for surrounding attractions and nature trails with the kid. "Aside note", I was very surprised when they prepared a turkey instead of ham without even mentioning it, that was so kind, considering, and caring! Thanks a million. Owners, Martina, and staff were extremely kind and taking care of our needs during the whole stay. It exceeds our expectations, highly recommended.

Wife note: missing kettle inside the room for hot beverages.

Well-maintained hotel with nice breakfast, friendly staff. The room had a decent terrace with mountain view!

The electronic keycard didn't always work at the room door, and there was no staff to be found at ~8pm; however as it usually started to function some minutes later we didn't try to call the mobile nuber given to us for help.
