Easy walk to Callala Beach where you can watch the dolphins play. Sunkissed Manor welcomes families and is spread out over two levels with 6 bedrooms that can sleep up to 12 people. There are three bathrooms, two living areas and a cinema room. Property Features Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave Ducted air-conditioning throughout Flat screen TV with DVD player Dining with seating for 12 Wifi Main bathroom downstairs with corner bath Two other bathrooms upstairs both with bathtubs and separate showers Undercover outdoor dining area. Please do not park on the grass Bed Configuration Bedroom 1 queen bed, ensuite Bedroom 2 queen bed Bedroom 3 queen bed Bedroom 4 double bed (downstairs) Bedroom 5 tri bunk (double on bottom, single on top) - bunk bed for children only Bedroom 6 2 x single beds Location Only one street back from pristine Callala Beach. Catch the courtesy bus to club Callala with bistro dining and golf course. Local ferry service from Myola to Huskisson. Close to other attractions including bush walking, light house, and surf beaches. Callala Bay shopping centre offers a supermarket, butcher, chemist, takeaway and other specialty stores and cafes. Important things to note: Linen is not supplied No access to garage This is not a party house! We welcome families. No social gatherings permitted including schoolies, buck’s or hen's nights. Only two adults per bedroom are permitted as per NSW holiday regulations Only number of guests noted on the booking may stay, this includes day visitors. Apart from a few minor obstacles, the stay was excellent. The obstacles were, unlockable toilet doors, minor air-conditioning issues especially at night and swimming pool pump. These were brought to attention and property managers quick to react. Kate/ Cate very friendly and helpful. Marked for future short stays

Amazing stay at Sunkissed Manor. It had all the amenities for a big group and the pool was brilliant, as well as a great outdoor entertaining area. It was much better that what the photos suggested. Very clean on arrival. The only drawback being that we had to bring our own linen and towels. Otherwise, it was fabulous and would consider staying again if the situation arose.

This is the second time we've stayed here as a group, and we were not disappointed. House is clean, plenty of space, huge entertaining area, BBQ, lots of bedrooms, close to the beach. What more can you ask for?

Fantastic House

Fantastic House

Loved it and will be back. Would have been a little better if there had been a little bit of tea/coffee/salt/pepper available. Also having to bring own sheets and linen is a bit painful but a Covid issue I guess. We will be back, the house was great, lots of space and nice yard and pool.
