Enjoy the nearly 3000sqft of coastal modern design. Wake up every morning to sunrise over the beach, beautiful sunsets in the evening over the river. Only a 5-8 minute walk to the beach! *NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR 3RD PARTY BOOKINGS - this will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and your removal from the property. *MAXIMUM capacity of 10 people at anytime - this will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund if over 10 people and your removal form the property. *NO smoking, vaping or drugs inside OR outside of the property - violators will be charged an additional $250. *MAXIMUM of 4 vehicles may park at the property at anytime - no street parking permitted, no parking on the grass, do not block the sidewalk *NO PETS OR ANIMALS House details: Lower level consists of an in-law/teen suite with one bedroom with queen size bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, small living space with smart TV, sleeper sofa and one set of washer/dryer. Back double doors lead to pool. Second story is completely open concept and consists of large kitchen with island, dining table for 10, and living room with smart TV, entertainment space and a half bathroom. Back deck leads down to pool. Third level holds the primary bedroom with king size bed, free standing tub, huge closet and balcony with great ocean views. Two additional guest bedrooms each with queen size beds and a shared full bathroom with walk in shower and double sinks. Second set of washer/dryer. 4 bedrooms total - 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 1 sleeper sofa (in lower level living space) For your convenience; 12 beach/pool towels, 1 beach cart, 2 beach umbrella, 10 beach chairs and some beach toys are available to use during your stay. Please return all items before your departure! EXTRAS: - 240v outlet for charging electric vehicles - Hook and ring game out by pool - Corn hole boards and bags NOTE: There are Ring door bell cameras on all exterior doors that record audio and video. Also, 24/7 video surveillance cameras surrounding the exterior of the property including pool and garage . Minut noise monitoring in main living area inside the property monitoring decibels. It is possible to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, feral cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property. Per VRBO listing requirements, we are, therefore, required to notify you that we have “dangerous animals” on the property. Beautiful property with plenty of space. Full kitchen supplies, dishes, cookware, spices, etc. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, spacious living areas. Nicely stocked for pool acrivities and beach fun. Overall a wonderful stay!

Absolutely beautiful home - the hosts thought of every detail. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is a close walk to the beach and easy access to downtown. The house was super clean and we were provided with towels, chairs, and anything else we would need! Definitely recommend this house for any group or family trip it was perfect!

I booked this house at the last minute for a much needed getaway. The home is in a great location to enjoy the beach and the culture of St. Augustine. But more importantly the house is beautifully appointed and truly felt like a home away from home. There were comfy beds and ample space for adults and kids to enjoy themselves. I spoke with the manager prior to check in and she said she believed she had “thought of everything” and she definitely delivered! The home is better than advertised, I would stay again and again.

Coming from a resort area to Vilano Beach was such a nice change of pace. No overcrowding, just minutes to historic St Augustine. The house was just lovely. The room separation was fabulous as the ground floor made for added privacy for couples and/or older people who may not want to climb too many stairs. The main living area had tons of seating and made for socializing very easy and enjoyable. The home for being new is very well stocked with items for enjoyment and use. The beds were extremely comfortable, couch was such a hit my sister-in-law even made me ask where the owner purchased! Owner went out of their way to answer questions quickly! Highly recommend this house!

My family and I had the best time staying at this house! The location is perfect. The beach is just across the street and there are lots of public access beach options along the A1A highway if there are any mobility issues. It only takes 10 minutes or so to drive into St. Augustine. You get the best of both worlds, secluded beach and fun activities in St. Augustine. The house had everything we could possibly need, plus extra little touches to make everyone comfortable. The beds were so comfortable and there were plenty of towels, pillows and blankets for our stay. We enjoyed having a few items already stocked for us, like creamers and kcups for coffee. We had a baby traveling with us and the pack and play came in handy! We couldn’t be more pleased with the house. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The property and location was perfect. The house is brand new and beautiful. I would suggest adding better seats and table surfaces on the decks. The cameras also felt a little awkward throughout the property.

Best of Both Worlds: Beach & St Augustine!

Looking for a spot where you can enjoy the Beach and minutes away from downtown St. Augustine? You have found your spot! We are a very picky family when it comes to many things: cleanliness, comfort, privacy for all, amenities, and convenience to desired locations we wish to be near.This property ticked off all the boxes for us! Here are some details on what we loved about the property: We traveled as a family of 7: Myself and spouse, daughter, son and his friend, my mom and sister. As far as layout was concerned this home accommodated us perfectly. Layout: My Spouse and I in the Master (top level)- The bathrooms were stocked with all the things you need: Body wash, shampoo & conditioner, black face cloths for makeup, cotton balls, makeup remover pads, all towels, and more! One thing I LOVED about the master is it felt very private, and the windows on the side of the room had beach views and I kept the blinds open since there are currently no neighbors next door (on either side BTW). Private balcony that has views of the ocean. Daughter in top level room. Mom & Sister in top level room. Son and his friend - bottom floor. The bottom floor was amazing. It has its own mini apartment. Has it’s own access to the backyard where the beautiful pool is located (it’s heated). It was perfect for boys who wanted to play video games and watch movies late into the night - no one else can hear a thing! Middle floor (2nd) was the gorgeous kitchen and living space. This space was very expansive and accommodated all of us at meal times - rather at the large island or the table that seats 10. Balcony had awesome ocean breeze! Publix (grocery and more) is down the road and its a very clean, well stocked store. We bought groceries here and made several meals at the house. The home has a gas BBQ, with all the BBQ tools. Plenty of pans, baking sheets, measuring cups, etc - we didn’t run into any kitchen item we needed. There is also a Butcher on Anastasia Island if you are really picky about meats like my husband is. It was great! The home has a wagon to tote to the beach, along with: boogie boards, small ice cooler, beach blanket, and chairs! Lower level had several beach towels, separate from the regular bathroom towels. There is an outside shower out back outside of the bottom level for rinsing everyone off after the beach! Lastly, the home is perfect. We are looking forward to planning our next stay in this home! Also the Hosts are awesome :) Enjoy!
