BALOO LAGOON- 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins This pet friendly home features a great room with vaulted ceilings overlooking the water plus large screen TV, a whirlpool tub in the master bath, a brand new dock with floater and new decking. It is the perfect place for swimming and jet skiing! Enjoy the amazing dock for dining, entertaining or just reading a book. From the moment you step into the house you will be delighted by the great layout, wide water views and private feel. The main level has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed with its own master bath plus TV and the second bedroom has a queen size bed plus TV. The kitchen and dining room area overlook wide water views of the main channel! In the spacious lower level there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out to enjoy the family room with wet bar and large flat screen TV plus there are 2 bedrooms downstairs; one with a queen plus TV and the other has 2 twins. They share a large full bathroom. This home is on the main channel and boasts wide water views, so you have several wonderful choices to take in those views...the brand new spacious dock with guest friendly dock house including small fridge and microwave or hang out on one of the spacious back decks. The owner is providing 2 kayaks and 1 paddleboard for guests to use, as well! It really doesn't matter where you are in this home because you are going to love it all! HOME INFORMATION: Sleeps 6 guests maximum-This number includes children above 2 years of age. WIFI is provided Trash Service Provided Must be 25 years old to book Home has 2 exterior security cameras. 1 pointed at front door and driveway and 1 pointed at back entrance. Electricity & lights available at dock Boat lifts not available to guests due to insurance reasons Floating dock is 15 feet long with 3 cleats Water depth is approximately 10 feet deep at the end of floater at full pond. 2 kayaks, plus 1 paddleboard for guests to use Smoking not allowed Linens and towels not provided STRICT TWO PET POLICY-DOGS ONLY-$300 FEE ($150 PER PET) We do not allow events or parties. This includes but is not limited to: weddings, showers, work retreats, graduation parties, parties. No furniture may be placed on the lawn. No tape or pins permitted on walls or house. Failure to comply can result in immediate eviction with no refund.

The view from the balcony is incredible. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Easy check-in, quick responses. Incredible trip.

This home fit our needs perfectly!! The house was very clean with the exception of the ceiling fans. They were rather dusty so we could not run the fans. The layout of the home allowed us all to have our own space to retreat to. The dock was spacious, as we had 5 of us fishing, and had plenty of room. Would book again!!

Not sure I have enough space to say how much we enjoyed this property. Clean, comfortable, unique, and relaxing are a few words that come to mind. The water was beautiful, and the dock was a fav place to hang out, even when it rained! The folks at Long & Foster were amazing, sending someone out to fix a misconfigured TV almost immediately.
Looking forward to our next vacation at SML and hopefully staying at Baloo Lagoon again!

The house was very nice. We had one issue with a wet stained mattress cover which we reported. My frustration was the cost. I had 2 different contracts with different prices. I believe I was overcharged over $100 but real estate company blamed VRBO.

Relaxing vacation, great house!
We had a wonderful stay at Baloo Lagoon. The house was the perfect size for our family and had everything we needed. We loved hanging out at the dock and enjoyed the access to the dock house, paddle board, and kayaks. We will definitely consider staying here again.

This lake house was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Lots of room, and the bedrooms are situated for privacy. Comfortable furniture, wifi worked great, and enough tv's for everyone. This property is absolute paradise. The view is unlike no other. The house is simply amazing, and very spacious. Such a beautiful home at a breath taking location. Can't wait to return!

The house was very clean and nicely appointed. The views from both decks was great and we spent a lot of time outside on them. We really enjoyed the kayaks and being able to get out on the water. The layout of two bedrooms upstairs and down with a living room on each floor was great.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as described with maybe the exception of the narrowness of the driveway..was tricky with a truck and boat trailer but not impossible. Very nice home and furnishings and very clean. Would most definitely stay here again because the lake view and access, which is why we come to SML, can't be beat.

The house was clean and property manager was very responsive. It was frustrating that there were zero replacement supplies. We had to go to the grocery store for additional garbage bags, toilet paper, and would have needed paper towel if we hadn’t brought our own kitchen towels. It felt very bare bones and I believe the owner could have taken a few extra steps to supply these type of items to make for a complete experiences. Also there is no internet (which we were told ahead of time) but there were routers in plain view - so that felt odd. We were thankful for the kayaks and paddle board. There were two floats but they were not functional as both had large holes in them. I think supplying a couple extra floats would be an easy way to improve the experience. Little details add up and make or break a stay for those who travel a long way to visit and can’t fit all these things in the car! I’d stay here again, but I’d be definitely looking for other available options first!
