Kitchen The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, dishes/utensils, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker and toaster. 4 Bedrooms, Sleeps 10 Each bedroom has its own TV and the master has a large walk-in closet. Bed sizes are as follows - * 1 bedroom with king size bed * 3 bedrooms with queen size bed * 1 sofa sleeper in the living room area * Pack and play 3 Bathrooms * Master bathroom with toilet, jetted tub & separate shower * 2 bathrooms with toilet, combination tub/shower This Branson Canyon rental home is just a few minutes from Branson area activities, but removed enough to provide relaxation and privacy. Don't settle for an ordinary room when you can stay in a lovely, family owned home with plenty of space and privacy where you can feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Branson Canyon Amenities * Zero entry pool with lake views * 4,200 sq ft clubhouse with pool table, media room w/big screen TV, granite countertop kitchen, game tables and small exercise room * Basketball court * Hiking trails * Spring fed stream * Wooded Area ***1 Dog CONSIDERED. DO NOT INSTANT BOOK without discussing and getting PRE approval for your dog. We consider 1 small to medium, low shedding, adult dog. Your dog must be completely housetrained and only potty outside, is not allowed on furniture or beds, must be leashed and picked up after outside, kenneled while you are away, not a barker or whiner while you are away, and current on flea and tic treatment. There is a $25 per night pet fee. We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee -Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. -Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster -Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started. -Please start one load of towels. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest. -Please strip the bed of the sheets and put at the bottom of the bed if you have time. Do not remove mattress pads, decorative pillows, or shams. -Please leave the home picked up and games put away.

The house was decorated nicely for Christmas. It was clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. We were a family of 7 but could have accommodated 10. We like this location because it is just 15-20 minutes from Branson activities but allows us to escape the crowds at night. The owner send all the information needed to radioing the house and get inside. She also check on us the first day. Overall great stay.

The house had plenty of room and all of the necessities of home. Thankful for the high chair and pack n play for the baby. Close enough to SDC. Brenda was a very attentive hostess.

This was the perfect property for me and my family. We had 7 adults and 2 children stay. The property was clean and very presentable. Owner checked in on us to make sure everything was good for us. Pool was great as well as the club house. This property is only 10min from surrounding activities in Branson. I will definitely be booking with Brenda again.

We were tagging along with my mom, who had a place at Big Cedar. This cabin was just perfect for our group - close enough to BC to reach the other part of the fam while just a few minutes away from The Landing. The house was clean, neat, comfortable, and had good starter amenities.

Our foursome stayed here for our golf outing at Big Cedar Lodge. The house was a short 10 minute drive from all that the resort offers without the resort prices. 2 people shared a restroom upstairs and both downstairs bedrooms had their own bathrooms. We take several golf trips a year and wish all had the convenience, cleanliness and price point as this home. Will stay here again for future visits!

This house made our Covid vacation amazing. We were close to the outdoor activities we chose to do and had plenty of room to relax in the evenings with a nice meal and play games. Would definitely stay again!

Great house, very clean, everything you need is there. The full shampoo and body washes in the showers were an extra bonus! The only bummer was very loud neighbors playing music at all hours of the night but this is in no way the houses fault or anything they could have controlled! Great property, would stay again just hopefully with quieter neighbors next time ;)

The home was very clean and wonderful! The community pool, club house and playground was perfect for our family get away. Home is close to everything and we will definitely stay here again! Host made check in/check out super easy and easy to get ahold of if need be!

We recently rented this property for a small family get together and it was the perfect size for our group of 5 adults. Everyone had their own space and the pool was just a short walk away. My father has a hard time walking due to a bad hip and it was great that he had the option to drive to the pool and park instead of having to walk. The only downside of the pool was the clubhouse pool bathroom was really dirty, but you could always just walk back to the house and use the bathroom there like we did! All and all a great property and it is exactly as described and pictured.

Perfect location!

This was a great home for our extended family to share! It's in a quiet part of the subdivision yet super close to the pool and playground for the littles. The location was ideal for us, no more than a few minute drive no matter where we wanted to go. It was also ideally situated for me to introduce my niece to stargazing and meteor showers, just far enough from the lights of Branson. The beds are comfortable, linens are plentiful and soft, the home is well stocked and Beth is a very responsive host!
