We really enjoyed our week at the lake. The home was perfect and everything you could possibly need was there. The lakeside deck was fabulous which is where we spent most of our time. Our daughter and two teenage grandsons were with us and really enjoyed kayaking. We certainly would rent again.

Our stay was so enjoyable and relaxing. Walk outside to the beautiful lake just footsteps away. We kayaked daily and enjoyed every moment of it.! Amanda was attentive and answered all of our questions. She was extremely nice and helpful. Her husband Chris was equally kind. Our space was exactly as described and the beds offered much comfort. We would definitely stay here again if they would have us. It was peaceful, beautiful and so relaxing. Thanks Amanda and Chris for sharing this little slice of paradise with us!

The online pictures don't accurately describe how large and beautiful this house is. We absolutely loved this house, location, ease of communication with the owner and the entire process. Can't wait to come back next year!

This was a beautiful home situated directly on Conesus lake. Walk out the front door 20 feet directly into the water. Our boys love fishing, and the dock on this home did not disappoint. They caught more than 20 fish in 3 days from the dock, including a couple 12"-14" catfish and couple 14" large mouth bass, as well as a ton of perch and bluegill. Our family with 2 adults and 2 boys (9 and 12) stayed here for 3 nights in June 2023. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms both with tub/shower combos. Plenty of room for everyone, the kitchen was well stocked, and the family room was lovely with high ceilings. The home itself looks very new and is very clean. The house is equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need inside and out, from water toys, to additional patio seats and cushions, a gas grill, etc. We rented a boat for one day and the dock was absolutely perfect to tie up to for a quick lunch. We did have a small issue with the air conditioning upon arrival, but the owner was easy to contact and got a repair man out very quickly to solve the problem and we never had an issue afterward. I hesitate to even mention the issue, but wanted to highlight how reachable and helpful the owner was to get the issue resolved. That is something you don't see in all rentals and we appreciated it very much. We would definitely stay at this home again. The lake is beautiful, property is very comfortable, and the fishing is amazing!

Everything was as described. The house was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. Check in and out were easy. Communication with the host was fast and helpful, she was able to assist me with everything we needed.

The property is just as described. Check in was easy. The binder with information about the house was super helpful. We celebrated Easter with my near by SUNY Geneseo student. It was a great memory.

This is a well-loved family lake house. Amazing location, super comfortable space, great spot - I really enjoyed my stay and hope to come back.

Everything was wonderful. It was very up-to-date and in great shape. Absolutely spotless. Everything was newer and very up-to-date. It was even better than we thought it was going to be. Being right on the water was so pretty and so relaxing. Having a fire in the fire pit in the evening was great. Even though the houses are pretty close together it was very quiet and no one bothered us. The lake is just beautiful and the water is crystal clear having a big park behind us was another plus. We were 20 minutes from the northern tip of Letchworth State Park and about 35 minutes from the southern point

We enjoyed our stay. However, we thought the cleaning fee was higher than it should have been.

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was well stocked and very clean and nicely decorated. We look forward to booking again in warmer weather. The fall colors were beautiful as well. Thank you so much.

This house is fantastic. It was clean and comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Location is great, being right on the lake made the weekend so enjoyable. If you've got your fishing license, there are some BIG bass up by the dock in the morning. Check in and check out were extremely easy. Highly recommend this property, and we'll certainly be back.

We stayed here to be close the venue where our daughter was getting married. The location was very convenient. We like the fact that it is off the main road. The property was very clean, nice size rooms and 2 full baths. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good overall

The property was perfect! Huge open living room with combined kitchen with large windows overlooking the lake. The lake weeds were very well maintained and water was crystal clear! Only a few miles to Letchworth State Park where we really enjoyed hiking and viewing the falls and gorges.

This home is perfect and cozy. Great views of the lake and extremely relaxing. We had a great girls trip and hope to be back again!

We were looking for a great relaxing place to spend five days with our adult children, and this definitely fit the bill! Yes the house was as described, the lake views were incredible, and we were close to some very good restaurants, wineries and breweries. Without a doubt, we would book this place again!

We stayed for two nights. The house was clean and bright. Very comfortable. It’s right on the lake. I’d love to come back in the summer. It feels bigger and more spacious inside than it looks from the outside. Owner was very responsive and we had no problems during our stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

Although a little challenging to find in the dark, this property more than made up for that slight inconvenience. The house is updated, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Two showers are definitely a plus, too. We had six teens/adults in our party and there was more than enough room for all.
